It feels very complicated and it has way more notifications about same things in different apps and services but it's main con is it's access control for channel meetings and non intuitive UI

MS Teams is an easy-to-use application with great audio and video call facility. The real time chat theme looks unique with emojis and reactions. Large files can be shared and it integrates well with Microsoft ecosystems.

Nachteile

Too many updates makes the user experience unpleasant. The activity status of the user doesn't get updated promptly. The applications runs slow when accessed while being in a call or screen sharing.

Teams gives audio calls, conversations, group messaging and video meets on single platform. It's the best in the market.

I don't like the frequent updates provided by the teams software.

Unable to disconnect an unanswered call when participating in a conference call. I had to disconnect the conference call to avoid the unanswered call going to message mode which interrupted the conference call as a whole.

Teams is AMAZING - so many features, and does take time to explore them and customize your workflows, but incredibly powerful and integrates so much within 365.

Important for organizations to control the creation of individual teams to avoid sprawl - for example, one team per department.

Teams is very reliable for connecting with colleagues using text messages as well as for audio calls .It also has features to view organisation charts designation of colleagues which is a nice feature to have

While sharing the screen there is a navigation bar that shows on the top middle of the screen which hinders with navigation and there is no option to hide it too

Versatility and functionality of platform including the ability to have breakout groups that can be timed and automated to return back to main group sessions. Variety of features for presentation options as well, and generally good quality video and audio.

Nachteile

It does't appear to be option (or at least easy to figure out) how to have two different Microsoft Teams accounts via different emails and to toggle between both accounts on the Desktop version. You have to log out and log back in each time. At least my version causes this. I also find it is inconvenient to host meetings that may involve people who do not usually use Teams, as it is far more work to join a session for non-users and can be difficult to navigate. Especially in comparison to a platform like Zoom where a link can be selected and the video meeting pops up with ease.

Easy interface, good call quality, screen sharing and record facilities just work. Perfect solution for remote working and rarely have any issues vs some of it's competitors.

When files are sent over teams, modifications are saved so original file integrity lost unless user saves file down.

Sometimes my external webcam doesn't work properly with the new Teams app. It used to work great in the older version but now it often lags a lot and I can't seem to find any fix.

Logiciel facile à prendre en main avec beaucoup de fonctionnalitées regroupées au même endroit. La création de groupes de travail afin d'effectuer des réunions hebdomadaires mais aussi de partager facilement des fichiers via le shearpoint constitue un atout majeur de Teams.

De plus, la possibilité d'enregistrement de réunion ou de sous-titrage des personnes en temps réel permet un bon déroulement de ces dernières.

Je recommande vivement son utilisation.

Le mise à jour automatique des fichiers partagés peut parfois avoir du mal à s'effectuer. De plus, certains fichiers peuvent parfois être corrompus et ne plus se mettre à jour, ce qui oblige à les importer à nouveau.

After opening the meeting, I can’t see my chat groups so easily. That means if I click teams icon from the menu, it continuously show me the meeting but not the teams app itself. I felt that made me confused all the time.

Another part, screen sharing in 2 display monitors. We have to make sure what screen we are sharing. Instead, it would be nicer if to have pop messages like you are sharing screen 1 or screen 2 or you are screen sharing.

Also, opening teams app takes long time.

Microsoft Teams has become the ubiquitous tool for communicating within our organization. From member to member, or conducting innumerable workshops, syncs, Agile ceremonies, and more, it's Teams we rely on. I'm very impressed with it's reliability and noise-canceling technology.

Nachteile

We have experienced issues with it updating often, or logging in, but both may be attributed more to Security concerns on our side of the fence vs. any particular product issue. That said, minor odd things do occur. For example, I had a critical channel pinned to the top of my Teams list, and it just, disappeared. I was able to recover it, but that was a small bit of frustration.

Microsoft Teams makes it easy for our team to collaborate, communicate, and anything else you can think of. I love the options for the editable stickers, they are very fun. The connection is always great, and if there are ever any issues, they get fixed almost immediately.

Notification settings, on my iPhone it will only let me mute the channels instead of the entire app on my days off.

When the old teams was updated to the new teams recently it seems to not come up automatically upon log in and I have to manually pull it up. I see that as just being a temporary glitch.

When it works it's fantastic. Setting up and joining meetings is fairly simple unless there is a hiccup or a user isn't quite so tech savvy

Sometimes you can be all set up and ready to go and then an update happens and you have to scramble to get it all logged in again. Finding meetings isn't as intuitive as it should be unless you remember to check the calendar though as once you accept a meeting invite the message disappears!

For most of our colleagues this replaces endless e-mail communication. Easy to set up group chats. Having channels with Teams-groups is great and relatively easy to admin from support point of view. (don't let end-users generate teams channels to prevent clutter of channels though ;) )

When you integrate lots of 3rd party apps - your RAM consumption will increase (we work with at least 16GM ram laptops)

Some functions are not as fully integrated as they should be and file sharing is still a little wonky. Often times you will try to share a file from your OneDrive folder but it won't be accessible to team members until you save a copy of the file into teams itself.
