This program is so easy to use and has so much information out on different platforms if additional help is needed. I’ve used it for years and keeping up with the updates is great.
Nachteile
I was disappointed a couple of years back when Microsoft fell into the annual membership fee. I get it for updates, bug j wish they would just charge for the updates or upgrades instead of making people pay an annual.

I would like also to provide commendation to the tool (Microsoft Power Point) since it has great features as well when creating the stunning presentations and this will more engage and convinsable to the clients while presenting to the unique brand of the business for products and/or services.

What I like the most in Microsoft Power Point are user-friendly interface where it making accessible to the users of various skill levels. Additionally, the versatility, collaboration and presenter view wherein it allow the users to create wide presentations, make collaborative features like co-authoring when used in cloud based environments like Microsoft 365 and presenter view that allows the presenter to see the additional information on their screen.
Nachteile
What I did least like in Microsoft Power Point is that an overused and predictable because of it's widely used, presentations created can be feel generic and predictable. In addition, the platform compatibility may also a huge impact to the presentation that may not worked when the latest version was installed versus from the previous older versions.

I have not seen any system application as efficient in presentation as Microsoft PowerPoint, it is unarguably the best for official presentation.

Vorteile
Very efficient and Userfriendly. I like the fact that you can use it both in a professional and personal setting.
Nachteile
There are not a lot of themes or templates to choose from.

Customizable, endless options for creating files
Vorteile
I like how much variability there is to what I can do on PowerPoint. The templates and themes are aesthetically pleasing and I like that I can import themes as well.
Nachteile
Syncing/saving through OneDrive versus to the computer directly gets a bit difficult and sometimes it won't open unless I download a "version" of the file.
