Good for Business- not for creatives
I used PowerPoint when I was first teaching but have since moved on to Google Slides or Canva for presentation purposes. PowerPoint is good for businesses, but didn’t work for what I wanted to showcase as a teacher.

Overall, PowerPoint is one tool that I use frequently in my business and often not just for presentations.
Vorteile
I like the designer tool. There are times when being creative is just not possible. That designer helps me out tremendously because I never really start with a blank page.
Nachteile
I'm not a huge fan of how the table with graphs works. Excel integration could work better, but that might be my own skill set issue. Also, I use powerpoint to stage social media graphics and the designer does not work if you change the aspect ratio... bummer cause I like to great on a 4" x 4" then scale.

Es muy intuitivo, tiene demasiadas herramientas que permiten crear presentaciones que se ajusten al mensaje que se quiere transmitir, el diseñador sugiere estilos que le dan un toque elegante y profesional al contenido de la presentación, es posible insertar videos sin salir de la presentación lo que la hace más dinámica. Si se traen datos de Excel como tablas, es posible adaptarlas ya que toma el formato tal cual
Nachteile
Para poder utilizar el diseñador de PowePoint es necesario tener la última versión de Microsoft, adicional si se agregan más tablas o imágenes de las sugeridas, el diseñador deja de funcionar para la diapositiva que se está editando.

Powerful software to make presentations look great
I really like(d) Powerpoint but I find that there are other programs out there that do the same thing if not better but are easier to navigate.

There is a semi-steep learning curve. I found that it was a little clunky to use.

Simple Review Power Point
Overall, I enjoy using Power Point for my business' and for even for helping my kids with their school work. Its so adaptable and so easy to use. The tools make it so easy and you can create something to your liking.
Vorteile
I have been using Power Point since I was in college. Was so easy and fast when I had to do presentations. Easy access and the features, the templates, tools to edit, and more. Even now that I am a mother and a have my own business, I still enjoy using PowerPoint.
Nachteile
There is not much I can say that I dont like about PowerPoint, maybe if they added more presentation templates to choose from.

Uso PowerPoint per una serie di progetti personali, non troppo professionali. Mi ci trovo veramente bene e non ho intenzione di passare ad alternative.
Vorteile
Intuitivo ed efficace, permette di ottenere risultati professionali con uno sforzo tutto sommato minimo. Offre davvero tante possibilità e online si possono trovare molte risorse gratuite.
Nachteile
Il modello in abbonamento è poco pratico, e l'assistenza sul sito dedicato Microsoft è veramente scarsa.
