For how we use it, I can't say there is a lot that is missing. You can always embed things into it, so that flexibility is helpful.

There are so many functions. After using this tool for years and years for my professional school program I am still not fully versed in all of the functions. Professional training may be required for a faster transition to ease of use.

Ease of use is one of my favorite features. It's very easy to make a PowerPoint presentation for the presentations we have with customers.

There could be more templates to choose from. Also, personalization is nice, but feel there could be more features to add in that area.

User friendly, intuitive interface. Easy and quick way to create presentations which deliver the message and capture attention. Presentations can be as basic or as extravagant as the user wishes. Easy to incorporate graphs/charts/data in a visual way.

Software can become slow if you try to put too many things on a slide. Some of the transitions/animations can make the presentation too busy or unprofessional.

You are able to add animation so the words or images come in or fade out at different times. There are TONS of free templates to utilize, we've used it in my company to create a "Jeopardy" game and it was GREAT!

Slides created can be exported to Word documents. The most important feature to me is that it allows you to integrate videos within a presentation for easy playback without exiting the program.

It needs to provide more template options for users. Sometimes there are technical difficulties managing the slides whereby they hang when transitioning. The software has too many features that take time to figure out.

Adding a background image is not easy to get to. You have to go through a lot of steps. I like to create my own images for the background and it's just a pain to go in and add each one individually, plus it's a multi-step process to get there.
