My first tool that I learned for my presentations
Very good, it was my first tool to make presentations, very easy to use, although at a professional level it needs more transactions and effects.

Works just fine
Once you get the presentation set up, it's easy to use. Taking a training course might be beneficial.

This is the standard for presenting. It works well but I think it can be a little more user friendly.

Brilliant for presentations
Great for making presentations individually, not as good for collaborative efforts
Vorteile
Easy to make high quality presentations for office and to make them fun by adding animations. Also easy to make custom charts, designs, posters etc, which are considerably harder in Word and Excel.
Nachteile
The online collaborative version is not as smooth as Google Slides, even though it gives a better set of features. Make collaboration easier!

I’ve never used all the features
Always been great to work with the office suite of products.
Vorteile
PowerPoint allows you to either create a quick presentation or to take your time and create slides with animation and more. I usually use a basic presentation without anything extra and I get the job done.
Nachteile
A ton of features. I’ve never quiet used them all. Unsure if that can truly be a problem. Don’t over do the presentation with too many animations.

We've been using it for in-house presentations and between our teams and external agents.
Vorteile
Microsoft PowerPoint is surely one of the most traditional presentation software. Recently, Power Point has been updated with really powerful features for a up to date presentation.
Nachteile
One of the greatest weakness is surely its weight on the machine. I don't know why, but it always appear to consume huge amounts of computer resources.

PowerPoint is easy to use and integrates well with Excel. I like that I can embed the Excel workbook each chart is sourced from.

I like the different charts I can make and how much I can customize each chart. PowerPoint is super easy to use and I like the presentation templates.
Nachteile
I don't really have complaints about PowerPoint. I generally have a good experience with it. It's one of the few Office 365 programs that isn't glitchy.

I just loved Powerpoint!!! AMAAAZINNG!!
I have been using PowerPoint for 7 years when I was in 8th standard. Since then, it has been very helpful for me to make presentations for my school as well as mega projects for my college.
Vorteile
The most I liked about PowerPoint is autocontent wizard, the themes, the custom animation, user-friendly interface and easy to use software. I love PowerPoint.
Nachteile
The music feature should be allowed to apply for all slides and not just played in one slide.

The app file is very large, which can feel quite clunky. Compared to online, browser-based apps (Google Slides, Prezi), PopwerPoint can fee old and sluggish.

PowerPoint is a very easy to use program. Everything necessary to create a presentation is already installed in the program. Everything is self explanatory however if you have difficulty there are lots of YouTube videos showing how to use the program.

Sometimes if you don't properly save the video onto the slideshow, the video won't play when you share the slideshow with another user or viewers

Getting better and better
Needed to create engaging slides for a project presentation, and it delivered what was needed well and easily!

I really love the seamlessness and the large collection of functions and features offered, especially the new Morph function or the 3D integration
Nachteile
some things like the Morph cannot be controlled as finely as wanted, and other things are too intuitive and lack flexibility even though it is still rather controllable

Easy to use and understand with very limited training or experience.
Nachteile
While it is easy to use, the advanced features can be a little trick, such as building a new master template. I also do not like that I am often limited on the photo suggestion placements, I would like to have more options or the option to place the phone and the system works around it.

PowerPoint is an excellent and easy to use resource for presenting.

I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use of powerpoint. We also use other programs with more features for presentation, but always come back to powerpoint for small projects.
Nachteile
Powerpoint lacks in integration software that a bigger platform like pro presenter has. We use powerpoint for smaller classroom settings and proP for our main services.

As someone who taught photography classes came in handy a lot.
Streamline the process is much easier to update the slides was easy for everyone to use.

When we got started teaching photography classes years ago before PowerPoint it was a very big pain for us to create something in the computer for display PowerPoint made things are more easier and streamlined and can't I was able to update are easier than anything else.
Nachteile
Like any other computer software it could be glitchy when we would click something to have it put into it sometimes it would just choose not to do it or choose the last thing you clicked on instead the current thing. But overall it worked out well.

PowerPoint is simply the gold standard for creating presentations. Integrates beautifully with other Office apps like Excel charts for example. Tons of templates available for the creative-challenged. Lots of tutorials and information available online.
Nachteile
Not cheap, there are more reasonable options out there but they are not as easy to use. Support not really there unless you are paying for it.

Vorteile
I've tried other program but in the end come back to PowerPoint. They hold the top spot in consumers mind for slides for a reason they are the best. They are the most robust and functional of any slide software I've used. They've been in the business long enlightened to have seems to think of everything a consumer might be looking for in terms of functions and options.
Nachteile
I don't have much in th area if cons. I suppose they could ramp up their cloud service and make it more user friendly and possibly add more options there but other than that I have enjoyed working with this software.

It is good, and the instructions are straightforward, which is really good to basic users.
Vorteile
I like Powerpoint the most is that, it is really easy to use. I can simply add pictures or items by copying and dragging, and there are now lots of ready-to-use official templates.

What I like the least is that the software is quite limited to fixed area of slides, fewer major updates about the way of presentation these years.

PowerPoint is a stable for a clear, effective team meeting.

PowerPoint is the best way to share updates and project status. Instead of sending random JPEGs or questions, I can story tell through photos and basic information to give effective updates.
Nachteile
Sometimes the file can get large and it is hard to send to others. It can create PDFs quickly, but the PowerPoint file can become too large to send over email.

Great software, been using it for years now - Always use it to develop presentations and create charts/graphics. Easy to use and easy to learn - the new updates are great too, very modern.
Nachteile
Sometimes annoying if the software crashes, but that has more to do with the kind of computer you're using. Would be great if you could save it in real time so you never have to worry about losing your work.

Powerful presentations with Powerpoint
I have found powerpoint particularly helpful in creating presentations. I also specifically use it to create beautiful ebooks.
Vorteile
I like the themes and preset content. I also like the way PowerPoint enables the addition of charts and graphics. This has been very helpful in visualizing information.
Nachteile
I found the templates rather bland and over time it becomes obvious which theme you used, so wish there were more preset templates.

Great Software
I have used PowePoint for many years and will continue to use it for the years to come.

What I liked most about this software was the ease of using this product. I was able to get around the program very smoothly and did not take too long to figure out. My presentations look amazing due to this software.

It is not easy to do collaborative work. The fact that changes by a team member require creating a copy and sending via email make collaborative work much harder

Most useful business tool that Microsoft offers
This is my go-to for building and showing presentations. There are other options, but this one is the most functional and easiest to learn. Everything else is just a pale imitation.
Vorteile
The fact that the software can be used with a 'clicking' tool to slide through slides while doing a presentation without fumbling with a mouse. It looks more professional as well as being easier to handle.
Nachteile
I would like to see more options for making slide shows. I'm not sure if there is an open marketplace online for other users to share theirs, as there is for fonts and such for other software, but I'd really like to see more built in options.
