Vorteile
What I like most about PowerPoint is the variety of transitions and effects you can add to both the slides as well as the text. I also like how the app makes suggestions for slides outlines.
Nachteile
The one con I have for PowerPoint is that multiple people cannot work on slides at the same time like Google Slides. At least not that I know of. If you can, then I have no Cons for PowerPoint.

My overall experience with powerpoint has been absolutely great. I have used powerpoint for 2 decades and have always enjoyed using it.

I like that the software is very easy to use. The software is self explanatory. Making changes is also easy.

There is nothing about this software that I do not like. Everything works how you would expect it to and i Have not experienced anything that i dislike about the software.

I have enjoyed using this product over time and become more confident. I love adding in video content and gifs for you to interact with your audience.

As an analyst i need to be able to clearly present data in a digestible format. PP is the go to product. Easy to use and create graphics, very initiative to use.

Getting every bit of detail right like formatting can take some time. E.g. alignments, fonts, spacing etc.

What I love about the Microsoft PowerPoint is the ease of use, great animations, hidden slides that are visible to me but not the audience, and most importantly the transitions.

Excellent for many types of presentations

Ease of use and all of the options you can choose from. I love using Powerpoint for everything from slideshows to proposals and presentations. Microsoft has met every need and has offered excellent assistance when questions arise.
Nachteile
No cons that I can think of. It took me a while to figure out some of the features but that's not on the software. It takes time to learn any product.

There are lots of products popping up for the multimedia presentation phase of life. PPT is a timeless classic.

It's a classic. It has predictability and can appear boring. There are other software that allow you to do some really cool things that PPT just does not have the userabiliuty to do.

Great Way To Present Information

PowerPoint is a great and easy way to present data. I had to design a new tool for my team to use, and writing it in word was not working. I created a presentation using power point and not only did my management team understand what I was suggesting but they became excited and were able to easily explain it to others.

I have not found anything I do not like about Power Point.

Overall an easy way to prepare a presentation in a fairly fast time frame.
Vorteile
Easy to drag and drop graphics, logos, etc. Templates are fairly easy to work from and creating a presentation from scratch is simple. You can add as much or as little as you want. It is easy to graphically make the presentation pop and integrating audio or video is very simple.
Nachteile
As much as I have used it, I have not had too many difficulties. Finding the settings for the presentation screen size or orientation took a couple minutes, and after changing the settings, I had to re-import some pictures and text to make it look right again. Other than that, no big issues.

An expensive option for presentation making

Having used PowerPoint alongside its competition, I can safely say it has its benefits. It's very simple to use and I've had no issues creating presentations to my taste.
Nachteile
While the pros justify its use, price cannot. I find that the much cheaper (or even free) options do the job just as well, which is why I ended up switching from PowerPoint

Who doesn't Know about PowerPoint?
I basically grew up using this as my presentation software, from school reports to professional presentations.
Vorteile
What can I say? PowerPoint has been the go-to presentation software that I've been using since grade school in the 90's. It does everything you need it to.

There isn't anything bad to say about this. It does exactly what you tell it to do, and you presentations are only as good as you make them.

I used PowerPoint for a class I was taking online. It was fairly easy to use, and I considered buying it, but once I finished the class I really didn’t have a need for it.

I liked being able to customize the slides with pictures or graphs, as needed. Also the ability to speed up or slow down the slideshow as needed was helpful.
Nachteile
Pictures have to be framed or sized to fit the slide, which can be a little time consuming.

Perfect. One of the main applications that we use and could not do without.

Could not do without PowerPoint. All the company presentations are done in PowerPoint. Also like the pdf convert possibilities, the layout suggestions, themes and so on.

Sometimes have to really look for certain features. I know the feature is there, but sometimes takes up some time to find it. Could be more intuitive.

I love a picture/visual presentation, makes presentations a little more interesting rather than just seeing words on a page.

The programme is easy to use and has a few options that you can choose feom that already have a layout design to give you a head start if you are not sure how to begin your presentation.

I would like to add backround music as a whole to the whole slide show, im not sure if im doing it wrong but just cant seem to find out how to add music to the slides. Also animations to the slides could do with some upgrading there are so many new ideas out there to change it up a little
