I like most of the templates for presentation, unique designs to choose from. The application is easy to use with just a few clicks thou accessing Help facility is still advisable just too maximize the use to answer those 'mind bugling' questions..
Nachteile
A bit pricey for personal use. This is a good product for students. A year of use might not be an option for parents to buy a copy.

It has a ton of features. Everything that you could possibly think for making presentations of is incorporated in Power Point. It is very intuitive and easy to learn
Nachteile
As of recently you need to pay a annual subscription cost to use power point which is pretty disappointing. Having too many options at your fingertips sometimes reduces creativity and can make creating a presentation more confusing.

The best solution when creating presentations is Microsoft PowerPoint, because in my opinion it is many times superior in functionality to all similar software that I previously had to use.
Nachteile
File sizes become quite large even with shorter presentations, which makes it sometimes difficult to share them. I would also like to increase the number of templates available.

This software gives the ability to present extremely detailed presentations. I would recommend this for intermediate level users who are comfortable with a more in depth program

There are a lot of features on powerpoint including the ability to use customized fonts. This software is the better choice for when you want your presentations to be more in depth and have more options in doing so.

The Gold Standard for Presentations
I've had many successful presentations that were given via Powerpoint and I have yet to be disappointed.
Vorteile
PowerPoint is versatile and compatible with both Macs and PCs, which takes the guesswork out of presentation prep. Also, Powerpoint's abundance of functionality and tools makes presentation creation simple.

The only con I've experienced has been that at times the functionality on a Mac is less than that of a PC.

I like that SAS can export a table of graph into a PowerPoint using code and I do not need to copy and paste. SAS users should really use PowerPoint since its "SAS friendly".
Nachteile
Animation is limited. Most people turn to Prezi for the intricate designs and transformations from each slide. Even though I like PowerPoint the way it is, this addition would only help.

I would highly recommended this program. You will not be disappointed.
Vorteile
As a non-profit we were envious of presentations from other organizations. Since we started with PowerPoint, we have made several wonderful presentations for our board, our staff and communities. The program is so easy to use and insert pictures, documentation and sounds. Presentation look professional and I was just shock on how simple it was.
Nachteile
It has so much that it is at times overwhelming especially to someone that is not familiar with the system. We have learn everyday something new.
