Great tool to use for presentation in my role
Vorteile
Easy to use, with good tutorials, and like that the built in graphics and features. It's nice to add in personal touches like adding pictures in the background
Nachteile
Sometimes certain projectors don't transfer the images or sounds accurately, but this may be an issue with the projector and not the software

For the most part, I find it fairly straightforward and easy to use. It's fairly self explanatory. The only things that I struggle with are some of the formats. Every once in a while it decides to screw with you and makes it impossible to move things around. But I haven't run into anything that I wasn't able to resolve myself...yet.

Had to create a last minute presentation and the flow through the software is very easy.

Powerpoint is great. But we need actual Linux support.
Vorteile
Powerpoint is the best application for making and giving presentations, period.
Nachteile
Microsoft, it is really time to start providing true Linux support. Currently the only option to work with Powerpoint files is to use open source software on Linux (e.g. LibreOffice) but compatibility is poor at best.

I have used PowerPoint for over 20 years and have been a long time fan. It is very versatile and even used it for some graphic design projects.
Nachteile
Wish there was the capability to save images with a higher resolution. There is really no other issues that I have found that could not be worked around

Presenting information with PowerPoint is easy and it makes it look more professional. Premade templates also help with quickness and ease of use
Nachteile
Sometimes formatting can be odd if not using the premade templates. Putting in pictures and videos can be a bit tricky until you get used to the program

Great tool for Sharing Presentations
I am a graphic designer at a large software company. We use PPT on a daily basis to build out presentations. The wide functionality of PPT allows for complete customization of deliverables and ease of use for sharing the content. My only compliant with the software is that the majority of advanced functions are hidden/ hard to find or you need to layer multiple effects/ animations to get a simple video effect that is a basic option in other presentation building programs. The built in photo effects also bloat the file and make it extremely large even after compressing the files.

Complicated issues can be presented or explained by using PPT step by step.

It’s very easy for presentation, If I want to show a chart or a diagram, I use it instead of excell. Paste the picture and using different typing styles is very useful.

If I can drive or picture like Paintbrush, it might be more convenient.

Vorteile
I love how many features within PowerPoint exist. In particular the PowerPoint designer makes it easy to take content to design options that the basic user may not have thought of on their own!
Nachteile
I wish that when I want to make notes on a slide that it would print with my notes. I think it only prints with one slide per page with notes but 3 slides with respective notes would be easier for presentation purposes!

It is a very good software. It is easy to use and when you get stuck in a part you just need to play around with the software. But once you are able to figure it out you are able to see that the product is worth it's price.

I love the themes and pre-set layouts. They make it fast and easy to make a presentation look professional while also being easy to customize.

The default font size for certain spaces made things difficult at times with the user having to adjust the font or text box manually for a uniform look.

Still one of the best slide show presentations
My latest experience involved making a slide show for one of my customers. I was easily able to add pictures, words, and music to the presentation. And, after all that, I was even able to turn it into a movie, which I didn't know I could do. Excellent.

I have used Microsoft Powerpoint for a number of years. The ease to integrate videos and music into the presentation is a valuable tool to enhancing the experience of the people you are presenting. The ability to move through the slides are within a slide to control the amount of content in the presentation is also a valuable tool.

I love to create banners or slide presentations with this software. It allows you to do a lot more than just using word or paint. Going back and editing docs a re a breeze and you can save it pretty much on any format.

I like how the interface has been refreshed a bit. The styles and backgrounds have been expanded nicely.

It would be nice for this product to get a facelift. It looks better now than it did in 2003, but I would still expect the interface to look more modern.

Overall this software works great and has so many features to edit your power point. Its great and i highly recommend it.

This software is probably the best one out in the market for power points. No other software can beat the amount of features and options that power point has.

The customer service is not the best. if you have a software that is crashing, it can be a pain to get back to working order if you rely on the tech support.

I love the templates that are offered and that I am able to customize these templates. I like that I can change their colors and themes still to make my presentation look how I want it to.
