You can use some of the links and logic to make some powerful presentations. For example, a slide with images that link to other slides can make it look like you're using an app when being presented on a tablet.

Some of the standard templates and formats can look a bit obviously PowerPoint! Best to get a graphic designer to produce a template for you.
