I help our professors with PowerPoint. They use it for teaching in class. I like that it can look professional and they are easily able to use it to teach ancient languages not often recognized by other systems.

I use powerpoint all the time because I am a student and it really helps with different projects and presentations I have to do as a recreation, parks and tourism major. I love it! Compared to prezi, I would add more features to powerpoint in order to compete.

I use PowerPoint intermittently but it is just so easy to produce professional looking slides without very little knowledge. The Take a Tour wizard was all I needed to get started when I had to produce my first big presentation.
Nachteile
PowerPoint is so powerful that I feel I could do much more but don't have the time t learn it. My 12 year old daughter uses PowerPoint in school and her presentation on the planets had more wizardry.
