La varietà di template aziendali resa possibile dalla personalizzabilità e la quantità di feature grafiche quali stili, riempimenti, animazioni e funzionalità ipertestuali rendono il pacchetto assolutamente completo da ogni punto di vista. Difficilmente se ho in mente un tipo di presentazione che vorrei sottoporre al cliente (o che mi si richiede di proporgli) non si rivela possibile realizzarlo. E spesso i tempi sono piuttosto rapidi se si conoscono gli shortcut

A volte vorrei più strumenti di ricerca/manipolazione all'interno di oggetti quali caselle di testo o contenuti "embedded" che rimandano spesso soltanto all'editor proprio esterno, il che limita un po' quel potere creativo che a volte ci viene "sul pezzo".

Microsoft PowerPoint è, nel panorama lavorativo Italiano, il software più diffuso per la creazione di presentazioni in Slide. Le PPT sono altamente personalizzabili e la possibilità di pre-impostare dei modelli di base velocizza il lavoro successivo e consente, con semplicità ed efficacia, di rispettare in tutte le comunicazioni la brand identity del cliente. Interessante la possibilità di linkare le tabelle in PPT o i grafici con quelli prodotti su Excel, in quanto ciò consente di aggiornare il contenuto dello slide al modificarsi delle informazioni presenti sul foglio di calcolo. Buona l’integrazione con OneDrive che consente di condividere con tutto il team di lavoro gli aggiornamenti in tempo reale delle PPT e permette ad ogni elemento di aggiungere la parte di propria competenza per arrivare al completamento della presentazione.

Le funzioni di base del prodotto sono incredibilmente semplici da usare, le funzioni avanzate, invece, le quali fanno la differenza nella presentazione delle PPT e la rendono adatta ad ogni contesto lavorativo, richiedono un po’ di studio.

Most tasks are more difficult and less user friendly that Apple Keynote.Of course, not everybody has a Mac computer.Integration in Mac computer is apparently flawless but Microsoft has always neglected making Office 100% compatible with Mac. I have been using the Office suite since 2005 when I have no choice. I prefer the Work Suite from Apple.
