Pros: - Templates make using PowerPoint easier, as you have something to go off of - More functionality with Microsoft services - you can save on the OneDrive cloud, you can import some slides into different Microsoft softwares like Word- Lots of menus means that everything is possible in Microsoft PowerPoint, with tons of features built in like slide features, text features and more - You can collaborate with other Microsoft users that have PowerPoint on the same PowerPoint

Cons: - Creativity is very hard to achieve - some aspects of this software are buggy, especially when importing pictures - Very hard to use sometimes, as templates are limited and therefore could have a generic impact on your slideshow - Uses a lot of RAM (memory), so your computer may be affected largely due to this

PowerPoint can be challenging the user will have to take online classes to help with proficiency. Good thing Microsoft offer free classes to support learning.

This tool makes the presentations catchable and presentable, you catch the attention of the audience with its brilliant features like animations, trust me they wont be bored, animations keeps them alive and active. I can also go offline and still be able to work on my projects, the font colors and choosing between multiple templates is my favourite thing, am spoilt for choice. I also work remotely and do my presentations to people in a different geopgrahical location, this is very helpful especially when your company has branches from other towns or countries and you need to train or present ideas or projects, no need to book flights and waste time and money on the way. Its intergration with other microsoft office toold eg teams and media channels is brilliant, with improved tech we do not need to be wasting time from one media channel to onother, thats why we appreciate when a software intergrates with other channels seamlessly.

It sometimes crashes but overall its a brilliant feature. I rate it 5 star, the king of all presentations

The biggest Con for Powerpoint is it is not enough beginner friendly as it took me a long time and still and finding new things. A better beginning walk through or a pop up for certain actions that may trigger a pop up of a walk through for feature.

It is difficult to create our own custom design, it needs some polish.
It lacks flexibility during slide show. Once you start a slide show, you can't easily make changes, instead you keep moving through slides or ending the presentation.

Grazie al design particolarmente intuivo misono abituata subito e l'ho usato sempresenza problemi, trovando sempre ciò di cuiavevo bisogno per creare i miei file nelmigliore modo possibile. Inoltre è personalizzabile rispetto alle diapositive, le animazioni, le transazioni, i font. Ti consente anche di collaborare in tempo reale con gli altri utenti con cui si svolge il progetto permettendo così di velocizzare il lavoro di squadra

Per quanto riguarda gli inconvienieti, le funzioni di base sono molto semplici da usare ma quelle più avanzate richiedono una maggiore ricerca per questo si potrebbe migliorare la loro organizzazione e struttura. Inoltre ho avuto diversi problemi di flessibilità per quanto riguarda la modica dei testi più lunghi che risulta piuttosto scomoda.

È un ottimo modo per realizzare presentazioni e progetti,presenta tantissime funzionalità per poter personalizzare il più possibile la presentazione ed è possibile includere non solo foto, ma anche video, a livello grafico è altamente sviluppato, e nelle presentazioni si possono integrare grafici di molti tipi.
PowerPoint è molto versatile, utilizzabile sia per scopi didattici che professionali, per me rappresenta un grande vantaggio.

Sicuramente PowerPoint è il primo software che ci viene in mente quando pensiamo alle presentazioni su pc,il programma in questione ha un interfaccia abbastanza classica e semplice, le funzionalità sono basilari e i modelli non proprio perfetti.Secondo me dovrebbero aggiungere nuovi modelli e possibilità di animazioni/editing delle presentazioni, anche perché il software non è gratuito e quindi ci si può aspettare qualcosa di più.

La cosa che meno mi è piaciuta di PowerPoint è che è troppo classica con funzioni altamente basilari, che secondo me dovrebbero essere incrementate, data la grande potenza di Microsoft.
