It is easy to use. It has a centyralized management and it's integration with Active Directory.

Nachteile

Its price is a bit expensive. It has limited design options. No mobile app

The product works great, signatures are very customizable, seems to work flawlessly with no end user issues. Only required improvement would be an outlook mobile add-on allowing end users to see their signatures rather than tagged on the way out.

Nachteile

Generally the product is good but when there is an issue which lets exclaimer down is when you require support, very rarely does someone answer the phone, told you have x minutes wait then after that period it goes to voicemail which when you leave details, nobody call's back. Logging a ticket via the portal works fine but very slow to get any response, support seriously needs improving.

Analytics re-writes url's in your signature, to track the clicks, which I understand, but I can't enable/disable this myself, and have to open a ticket to manage. The url's being re-written, cause some of our email to be blocked as SPAM by some email hygiene providers, so the feature isn't useful, only harmful

It is very easy to manage and with the setup support was very helpful to feel at ease with the platform. The integration with m365 was a breeze to setup since it is almost full managed by exclaimer.

Nachteile

The M365 integration it is a bit iffy and I think it is a bit of an overkill give full administrative power to the exclaimer tenant in order to setup the connectors, could be better to implement an integration with api and limited user and leave to the customer configure the m365 tenant.

When building the signature, in the design/ editing interface, sometimes would not display as hoped, and image may be slightly misaligned, but is fixable with little extra time

Not the most easy program to learn, needed some help from our IT person to help install everything correctly. But once you have it figured out en set up it all works great! :) A real bonus to having a professional signature for our organisation that looks the same for all of our team members.

The signature creation process is fairly intuitive.

Visibility of active licensed users. We could only see the number of licenses we purchased. We had to contact our sales rep to get a report for active licensed users. Some customer service contact times were outside of business hours, early morning or late night, local time. Sometimes the signatures will appear as duplicates and then resent as normal with no issues.

They have a template building team - you send them a PDF of how you want your signature to look and they create it for you! Looks professional.

Nachteile

Difficult to navigate / work if you haven't had training - ensure you get an onboarding call prior to going live.

It was easy to integrate from on premise exclaimer to cloud version but would be nice to have a signature export manager from on prem to cloud so you can import your signatures yourself.

Singature export and import manager from on prem is really something that we are missing. Now we have to pay 125 dollars -/+ to have it imported. Good money maker i guess :)

Able to make changes and have them applied globally with ease. Ability to have different signatures apply to different groups, which a catch all at the end so can accommodate user groups that have special college requirements, etc.

Lack of ability to split on word instead of having weird words being hyphenated that looked funny when signature viewed on certain screens.

I like the drag and drop part, when it works. Easy to change design and set up rules for sending.

When a design has an error, it is quite difficult to figure out why the design is stretched or similar problems. All the settings seems to be set for enherit.

We wanted something to standardise out signatures, previously giving staff a template and doing there own, which led to major inconsistencies. Had a few minor issues with the setup, which was down to Microsoft but exclaimer showed us what to correct. Since new staff added automatically and getting standardised signature, have had to apply multiple versions since and it is so simple. I have now assigned non technical staff to manage it.

We have had a great experience with the customer support team. We did experience a lot of issues with the setup and deployment, but the remote support made this easier for us.

The overall setup and deployment with G-Suite is very complex. I'm sure that the on the Google integration side of things, there is very little that can be done about this.
