Nothing.It's hard to navigate, and creating a new ticket requires 2 layers of sign-in info for some reason.
Nachteile
Everything.I asked tech support to call me direct since I couldn't see my ticket status. and they didn't. Never get an answer when I call in. Never get help using the chat support. Completely useless service.

Excellent product - strongly recommended
Overall, absolutely brilliant.
Vorteile
I rolled this out for a client of mine. Despite some initial minor issues (primarily with Microsoft and just needed some patience for things to take effect at Microsoft's end), the product was really simple to roll out, and works really effectively.
Nachteile
I felt that the initial onboarding instructions could have dealt with some of the finer points in more detail. THere were a couple of minor points that weren't covered in suitable details which could have led to a slightly smoother rollout.

Very useful in larger organisations
Overall I really like having a tool to automate and standardise signatures, and Exclaimer is pretty easy to use and works well in a Microsoft environment.
Vorteile
Standardising and automating email signatures is hugely beneficial for marketing/communications and for maintaining brand consistency.
Nachteile
When first using Exclaimer, admin could edit and set up signatures with the raw HTML. This was very useful when dealing with small formatting issues that can be hard to fix without access to HTML. Since that was taken away, I do have problems with the editor at times. It can be quite buggy at times to do simple tasks, for example making hyperlinked text underlined and blue for consistency for users.

I appreciate the ease of applying the Outlook add-in and signature updates to our employees.
Nachteile
For individual lines of a signature, I wished you could apply multiple criteria for the visibility of a line. Currently you can only have one critieria.

Easy to use, fun to adjust the signatures. Was a bit a search in the start, but was easy to use afterwards.
Nachteile
The lack of AD group implementation was the reason we did not purchase this.

It is easier to edit and maintain the template and if you have new people the template will be automatically applied

I really love using this as you just need to create a template that can be use by everyone in our company. You can edit that template or update it and it will be applied to everyone and no need to manually edit everyone's signature.

Intuitive and Easy to Use Product
Great. We implemented pronouns in our signature using a custom attribute sync with Exclaimer. The support team was able to assist us quickly. Setting everything up in Exclaimer was simple and easily completed.
Vorteile
I like how intuitive and easy to use it is. I feel comfortable giving access to certain non-IT personnel to manage signatures and know, that after some training, I won't get many tickets on it.
Nachteile
I can't use it in Microsoft Edge. I had to download another browser just to get this product to fully work.

Not perfect but it solves a lot of problems for us
The problems we are solving is brand recognition and consistency in emails. Also comprehensive information consistency for each associate. It's convenient and helpful.
Vorteile
Integration and set-up took the longest just getting all our employee info into the fields. But once set-up, it was fairly easy to use and manage. We love the ability to have different signatures for each of our divisions.
Nachteile
Not being able to turn off signatures on replies - you can, but it turns it off on all replies, including replying for the FIRST time to a customer or vendor. If a customer reaches out to you first and you've turned off signatures for replies, the reply you make to that customer and essentially emailing them for the first time, won't include your signature. We just wanted to be able to turn it off after you've replied or emailed someone for the first time within the same thread so there wouldn't be so many graphics in one thread. But right now, if you turn off the signatures on replies, it turns it off for every reply regardless if it's the 1st, 2nd, etc. There are also some problems with iOS where the images in the signature each turn into attachments to the email upon replies on mobile email. There is a work around but we are still having a few problems.

Great piece of software
Customer service have been great, and the product allows us to have a simple way to update signatures.
Vorteile
It was so simple to integrate our Active Directory fields with the signatures, it kept things simple. I also very like the server-side signatures, when you're used to not seeing your signature but know it's attached, I find it very useful.

The way signatures are created/amended could be improved, have grid layout rather than boxed layout.

Probably the best thing you will invest in for marketing. Makes the whole business look as professional as it is across the board with flexibility and ease.

Exclaimer makes everyone's life simpler. Perfect for small teams with a specific focus and large businesses alike. Simple management and no software to install. Simply connect it to your servers and manage your marketing and branding without worrying about [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in accounts using comic sans!
Great campaign management and the ability to schedule by date and time is a godsend. Easy design updates - have specific signatures for each team or individual with granular control. Lower internal server load through light-designed internal signatures.
Nachteile
As a non-technical team it was a bit hit and miss rolling out the signatures for the first time but support was awesome and some tinkering by IT did the trick - no downtime and no errors for over a year - so far.
Simply had to do one walk-around and delete all email signatures from the local computers. Some users with email signatures as templates (for accounts and terms and conditions etc.) could keep them and keep working the same way so minimal onboarding is required.

Bespoke Support Solutions - Exclaimer Reseller Review
Least is best when looking at the exclaimer, and its simple, two words, very good.
Vorteile
The software enables safe integration within the Microsoft 365 eco system. Our clients when using Microsoft 365 need to use services where we know where the data is hosted, we know the credentials of the supplier and there is a history with planned pipeline of additional features which drive reseller sales.
Nachteile
The software has very few floors. Development is required to centralize support for partners and resellers to get the best out of management of the service.

Very Helpful tool to a big problem.
We work with exclaimer for 3 years now and we don't have any complains. Extremely easy to implement and manage. The tech support available is one of the best on cloud products that we subscribe.

Exclaimer Cloud is Great for SMB and Startups
Vorteile
The first thing about the software that I was most drawn to was the price, which was on par with comparable signature tools. What ultimately sold it was their willingness to sign a BAA with us due to our work with patient data. We are simultaneously working to build an organization that complies with all of the US's regulations on healthcare data and almost no signature tools out there were willing or even sure what that involves. Additionally, the product just works. In the past, I've used other tools that were sold to me and my companies as amazing applications, but they never executed well. Exclaimer has worked for us since we were able to get everything operational on our end. Their support staff is amazing and incredibly helpful in troubleshooting all the various problems we ran into while integrating our Google Workspace.
Nachteile
The user interface tends to have some glitches here and there. Sometimes elements will not update when styles and text are changed in the signature editor. Usually this requires a refresh of the application and repeating some of that work. Other times, it will not save the changes after working on a signature and the edits will revert when returning to the signature selection screen. All of these leave improvements to be desired, but don't impact the overall effectiveness of the application in deploying and triaging signatures at scale.

Overall great system. I came from another provider, but happy I switched across. Not perfect, but they can easily get there.
Vorteile
Easy to set up, and manage with different groups etc. Can customise signature templates and have multiple depending on people group or any campaigns that are being run.
Nachteile
The customisation of signatures needs a little work. It can be fiddly, and what you see is not always what you get on the other end

Does the job, but lacks features and setup is intricate
It has been OK. Aside from the signature HTML editor limitations mentioned above, the service does what it is supposed to do with G Suite. It's a clever hack they're doing to add signatures to outgoing messages through G Suite without actually channeling mail through the Exclaimer Cloud SMTP servers. G Suite checks in with Exclaimer Cloud on every message sent (regardless of sending client - web, mobile, or desktop), and if appropriate, it tacks the signature on to the message. Then, the modified message with signature goes out via G Suite's SMTP servers, so there's little danger of spam issues. By and large, I'd say this is a clever product that does its job well, and with more enhancements to the admin tools, it could be a five-star product. It just needs time to mature.
Vorteile
This product does exactly what it is supposed to do - once it is set up. The initial setup of the service for G Suite is *very* intricate. You must follow every last detail exactly in order for the system to work properly. However, that being said, their instructions are perfect. While lengthy and technical, as long as you follow their instructions to the letter, the service will work and it will work well. After initial setup of the G Suite integration, using it is a breeze.
Nachteile
There are different flavors of their products depending on your mail server setup. We use G Suite, and their signature builder for G Suite is very limited. Yes, it is functional. It's not bug-laden or broken in any way, it's just limited. You do not have access over the source code for what you build as a signature. You're forced to use their visual signature editor. For novices, that's probably fine. But if you know basic HTML and you're just looking for a simple table or block of text as a signature, their visual signature builder creates bloated, unnecessary code that isn't always compatible with every email client that receives it. This bloated code means that signatures might display differently if someone views your email signature in a different email client. If I had direct control over the HTML of my email signatures, I could minimize the bloat and strip it down for maximum compatibility. The G Suite version of their product, as of July 2021, does not allow you to so this. That is one of my few criticisms of the product.

Great Product and would really recommend.
Absolutely brilliant piece of software we had an issue where we once upon a time we rebranded and renames and we had so many different variations of signatures, some even using old ones that we no longer use. Trying to force users to have the same and sending out a template can be an impossible and exclaimer solved this by giving the control centrally to administrators and not the users and thus creating uniformity in our signatures and branding.

So easy to use and deploy. Completely integrated with Outlook and Azure with just a few clicks.Easy design software and the training that was provided was intuitive and perfect.Support couldn't be better with straight answers and quick responses.You can even create signatures and set a date of when to stop and start using them meaning we can create seasonal banners.You can use Groups to have signatures target the department and have department specific banners.In our case we are private healthcare and can have banners for the imaging department only for example which can display offers for imaging services, and then something else for other departments.
Nachteile
The only cons i have are not being able to change the frequency of the auto sync with Azure/O365 as this only happens once a day and I am regularly having to manually do so every time I make changes in AD for the signatures. Another one is that we have users who also have an NHS account but as we do not own this domain, we cannot add signatures to these. However, I do understand about this and why it is not possible but I'm wondering could there not be a way to have it apply on the outlook side before it is sent.

Brilliant - Has saved so much hassle
We simply couldn't be without it now. It saves so much time and hassle when setting up email clients for staff. Making global changes to signatures have always been a pain and a nightmare to organise, Exclaimer solves that

The new interface is not to my liking. The staff seem to find it difficult to understand that the email signature does not appear as they write the email. Instead it appears as the email leaves the building. Tis presents a training problem or proves my staff are stupid.

Excellent service, takes all the hassle out of Office 365 Signatures!
Fantastic, I've used it for several years now, and recommended it countless times. It's taken all the headaches out of all aspects of signatures. Also, when I made a little booboo and it stopped working (my fault) - their support was fantastic - resolved the issue in the first suggestion.

It does everything it says as well as it needs to - it's far easier than managing signatures manually. I started using it when it was just me - ensuring signatures get applied uniformly across all devices - it wasn't possible before - different apps have different capabilities - this isn't dependent on any features on apps or devices

Nothing really - I guess they could give it away for free?

Best Signature Manager w/ Office 365
I can't tell you how much time this program has saved me by not having to copy and paste and manually change information. I don't have to worry about setting this up on multiple devices for one person. I don't have to worry about it not applying to a user. Seeing this signature in a users email helps identify spoofed emails that don't contain the proper signature. Honestly 10/10 for any business.
Vorteile
Most love goes towards the AD Sync pulling dynamic data for users signatures AND saving techs time creating this for each user and manually entering in the information. Bonus is it works on all devices web mail, mobile phones so never have to worry about it not being applied to a user when they send an email.
Nachteile
There a tiny bizarre issues encountered that can't be explained like the font in one signature changes from Arial to Times but is barely noticable.

Robust Product
With Exclaimer cloud signatures we are able to manager the signatures for all the users centrally. Also its very secure and robust product.

Automated Signature Blocks
great product to standardize our signature blocks
Vorteile
Since the update, the product is much easier to use. Creating signatures very straight forward. I know the product well enough to udpate or create new signtures quickly. The testing feature works great.
Nachteile
Sometimes we have a user that the last character in a line is chopped off. It is very random and have not been able to resolve - happens in Outlook (internal and external), but not to other mail programs.
Not all features have been updated and switching back and forth between new and classic is a pain.

Brilliant customer support; easy setup and best of all it just works!
Vorteile
The product saved a lot of time for us to create something that just works including with fonts and layout. It has been easy to setup and the decreases the time wasted working on each machine as you’re able to deploy the software to all PC”s using GPO’s and enable them quickly.

First class!
Vorteile
The software is easy to implement. The customer journey is a WOW every time help is required. For an SME trying to compete with larger organisations the signature conveys a professional company is communicating with you 'from the get go'. Awesome brand awareness and information share capability is built in.
Nachteile
Would be good if it could drive lead generation using AI moving forwards.

Overall, I really love the product - our Marketing Team also loves because they can make banner announcements without sending a lot of instructions and requirements to the team.
Vorteile
The most impactful feature has been the ability to standardize signatures. We were definitely all over the place with signatures. No matter how hard we tried to get everyone on the same page internally, there were always rogue signatures, logos, etc.
Nachteile
The only think I wish was different is the way we purchased - we didn't get enough licenses so we have to turn on signatures individually. We are in the process of getting all of our records completed so we can get everyone on board when we renew.

Exclaimer Could be Better
Frustrating. It has the potential to be such a good tool if the technical difficulties I have outlined are dealt with. Raising a support call requesting assistance is a painful process with limited response. I have managed to find a work around in most cases, after spending a lot of time, but it still doesn't operate in the way I would like it to. As soon as I have the time to investigate further I will recommend we move to a new system.
Vorteile
The behind-the-scenes management tool on the face of it is easy and intuitive to follow, it just doesn't work. Updates don't feed through to signatures and it is fussy and difficult to use for this reason. You need to check each individual change has applied before moving on to the next, still looking to make sure previous updates haven't disappeared in the process. Support calls asking for assistance are left unanswered.
Nachteile
Being unable to trust any changes made don't undo something you did earlier. The fact that how the signature looks in the editor doesn't necessarily relate to how it appears in your Outlook signature (for example in terms of indent, font size, bold etc).

Nachteile
The only critical problem with this software is that the Recall Option for Email will not work as the mail has to reroute from Exclaimer. Microsoft has stopped the process.

It was our first time using a centralised signature so we were happy with the result in that regard but overall didn't find the software user friendly and the interface was hard to navigate.
Nachteile
I found it very difficult to edit the signatures and customise for different teams/departments. Overall found the portal difficult to navigate.

The Remote workforce and your company's email branding
It has met our schools vision of unifying our communications .
Vorteile
it integrates, is easy, reliable and deploys instantly. We can modify to meet changing environment like when our school accomplished Accreditation. Adding the log and making a hot link was a snap.
Nachteile
NA. We have yet to find a limitation that has caused us grief, concern or in need of support.

Easy to use signature management platform
Time.
No need to spend time to onboard new employees, show them how to use signatures or make them yourself. We have it across all platforms so it shows up when messaging from phones as well.
Vorteile
Ease of use and implementation. We have set it up for a client of ours that was constantly having issues with employees not using signatures or not using the proper signature.
Since implementation, they loved the product and most of the employees don't know it exists, they just think their signature magically shows up in their Outlook.
Nachteile
Took a few tries to get everything set up properly and we also had an email outage that happened because of the M365 connector. But support was pretty fast and helped us get through it.

Great product
Would be great if there was a service to examine the sig with multiple devices and mail apps. Or a review / report from Exclaimer team on how the sig may behave. This is something we would pay for if available. to avoid problems with deployment and client side rendering

New & old Sig editor is not great. Slow refresh, unable to cut/paste elements, glitchy and hard to apply detail changes.

Gets the job done for a decent price
Overall, for the price and simplicity, I would recommend Exclaimer Cloud. It functions well on the user end. Is very simple to train for end users. A bit frustrating and complicated to manage, but nothing that any operations or IT team couldn't handle.

The interface can be frustrating to use. Changes sometimes do not save or windows close randomly. Can become very frustrating while designing complicated signature with a lot of rendering rules.
The user database updates when a user is added, but not when one is deactivated. This can get frustrating if you forget to reduce your license count.
Some of the rules do not apply as you would expect - it can take some time to get used to, but isn't overwhelmingly difficult.
Can cause mail routing issues with Barracuda or other email threat management software. Not impossible task to work around, but many of our emails were flagged early on in our implementation.

It does exactly what it says it does
It took all of the hassle out of creating an agreed corporate signature at a company wide level and gave the corporate structure control over the public image.
Vorteile
It is incredibly easy to create a business wide email signature from scratch in a very quick time frame. The UI is intuitive and what you see is what you get. The rules make it simple to split between departments and create a completely custom template for each business area.
Nachteile
There have been no hurdles in integrating this into our business, the only negative has been that it takes some users a while to get their head around not being able to control their own signature.

Slick easy signature management
We now have a consistent look and feel across our corporate email, with branding and customisation with personal details all managed transparently. It's simple to create new signatures, and will save a lot of time at Christmas if we decide to add a seasonal message to our email footers. Plus everyone's will look the same!
Vorteile
Clean crisp signatures are just a click away. Personal information like email addresses and mobile numbers can be pulled transparently from Azure active directory, making highly professional yet personalised signatures extremely simple to create. Setting up multiple signatures and then switching them on and off centrally removes any requirement for users to have to manage their own email branding. We like the software so much we are in the process of becoming an Exclaimer partner.
Nachteile
There's little to dislike really. I think the only thing I found slightly difficult was image management within the signature and in the end, I wound up resizing and creating aggregated images externally to Exclaimer before uploading. Most likely this was my unfamiliarity with the product at the time, but it worked.

Useful product for a unified corporate image
I haven't dealt with support for a number of years now, mostly because the platform is pretty stable. When I dealt with them directly, I was frustrated by the offboarding process when a customer cancelled. Exclaimer at that time made it difficult and tried implying a long-term contract was in force. Now it's through CSP the process is much simpler.
Vorteile
I like Exclaimer because it provides a unified experience across all devices. I know that my corporate branding, and that of my customers, will always be present on every email. And you can have different signatures for replies, other departments etc.
Nachteile
I'd like to see a media library to be able to re-use images. Currently you have to upload an image each time. Plus I had to move away from being a partner due to not selling enough new seats annually. Happily buying through CSP works out a little cheaper overall.

Simple and efficient while retaining flexibility
Love the product, if you need a platform that can uniformly push the same signature to all your employees without having everyone fiddle on their own, this is great.
Vorteile
The simple of use is great for new team members when they need to do some simple/light actions. You can just show them the site and very quickly they can figure it out by themselves.
Nachteile
The signature order is a bit clunky at times, especially when you start getting very fine details like a specific number of users within a group that requires a particular signature. It can be very easy to get lost on how everything work if you were not the one who designed the whole cascade of signatures.

Great all round flexibility
We have solved the need to standardize our signature across the organization, and central control of user information on signatures.
Vorteile
The product is easy to implement, setup and deploy. Integration to Microsoft 365 exchange is automated, so virtually no setup needed on the Exchange Server side.
Nachteile
An easier way to deploy the Microsoft Outlook plug-in could be researched. It's not a major problem, but maybe moved to the server side instead of manual user installation. Also downloading of invoices and statements on the web portal could be introduced.

Excliamer Cloud Review
We have always like Exclaimer products for our customers, that have always been easy to us and implement without any heavy costs incurred. It is a big labour saving product.
Vorteile
Very easy to impletement, with no downtime for the customer. We only use it for O365 and have used for years with on prem Exhcange enviroments. Support has always been good and is very inexpensive to run. Design enviroment is good and for a web environment is easy to use after a bit of playing.
Nachteile
Some of the design features in the editor like changing fonts and sizes can be a bit confusing. Just formatting setting in general, can be a bit trial and error. No autosave function and no HTML coding function.

Excellent time saver and has become a hugely important application
Excellent - Exclaimer is a huge time saver and ensures that all signatures remain consistent across the business.
Vorteile
Exclaimer allows you to centralise signature management, taking the pain away from either editing/updating employee email signatures individually or relying on end users to update their own signatures. It allows flexible designs and integrates well with Active Directory.
Nachteile
There was a bit of a learning curve when we originally implemented the on-premise Outlook Edition and Exchange Edition but the new 365 edition retains all configuration settings, signatures and integrates well with Azure AD.

Exclaimer good tool but can be tricky to implement
Once I got used to it very good, for someone not technical I can imagine they would struggle. The setup takes time but if done correctly means once it is setup it just works very well, I integrated all my signatures with AD groups so rarely need to go into the Exclaimer portal for my clients

Once setup it just works, you add users to the groups that they need to be part of and the signature automatically is applies as well as when updated all signatures are automatically updated
Nachteile
The signature design is very clunky, you can't free move the elements around and can take some time to get used to.
The implementation can be painful and I found when we put the client side out there was to a degree a manual approach as we had to change on some users profile the signature manually

Great easy to use product
Vorteile
The ability to create signatures in a matter of minutes makes Exclaimer a delight to use.
Drag and Drop features is very nice, making creation of complex signatures easy for all technical abilities, no need to know html
You can also tailor certain area's of the signature to be visible dependant on AD criteria, something we utilise regularly.
Nachteile
Would be nice to have a wild card place holder for images. For example if you had your corp sign off and then banner followed by some other information and then a T & C, rather than have to split the signature into 4 sections that flow on to each other you could incorporate the first 3 things (corp sign off , Banner, Other) together and then have a pool of images for the banner that can be inserted due to filter criteria and then and the T & C
