SAP equals reliability

I like the fact that SAP is a "work horse". It does what you need it to , when you need it done. I have yet to have any issues or problems with this product nor anyone that I know that uses it as well.
Nachteile
I cant say that there is anything negative about this product. I only wish that my position had not changed to where I am not able to utilize its services anymore.

One solution for the entire company

I think SAP is the best ERM/CRM software in the market. The entire company is integrated in the software, incluiding other facilities, so the communication between departments is there.
Nachteile
SAP is too expensive for medium companies and the implementation takes time. It is not so easy to use.

2. It has a deep functionalities for Sales, Marketing and Service cloud and can be integrated to any level with any system or SAP module.
3. They help us in data migration from internal system to SAP CRM module

Not very user friendly.
Training Business Users is an issue as the product is a bit complex to use.
User interface of the SAP CRM module is not at it best. Needs Improvement.
Training and maintenance cost can really be an headache as it really costly due to coding

Slow and clunky app
SAP is an extremely slow app, we use it for our volunteer organization for CRM and half the time it crashes or doesn't work.

Great tool for surveys!
It is very easy to create complex surveys which look User-friendly. It has Drag and drops environment. It has a reporting feature that can be useful to track daily survey results. The forms sit within our landing pages but look entirely like our own. It is very easy to Integrate with Salesforce.com. It has nice routing function for more complex questionnaires.

Great features and multiple options, but a bit of a learning curve
Great survey software. A lot of little complaints, but overall does the job very well and still one of the better options, if you are ready to handle the work.
Vorteile
Survey emails are easy for people to complete and has a simple interface. Syncs with Salesforce so that we can use our full list. A lot of options in setting up the email types.
Nachteile
Limited types of questions and interfaces in the surveys. Can be difficult to customize the appearance of the survey and to learn how to structure the questions to properly capture the data in Salesforce. Some knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is necessary.

Learning Platform here we come
Well, we needed something other than screen share and cobbled tutorials so we sprung for CallidusCloud. Feedback so far is positive and moving forward with full implementation. Word on the street is it will give us a breadth of scalable features. All sounds good.

i get training in SAP FICO but the marketing of SAP don't give me any opportunity to work with...

SAP is not for me
Switched from AS400 to SAP/CRM .. So slow. So complex. Too much ability to move information around on the screens. Too much white space. Too much information that is not used at all on every screen. NO AUTOMATED REPORTS.

Great CRM - Not for everyone
SAP is a very robust and capable CRM just like Oracle, but neither of them is easy to use. It seems like everything that SAP can do takes a lot of effort to work. Once the whole CRM is configured properly it works like magic.

A very average CRM solution - UI is outdated, the customization possibilities are good, and I do not see it as a user friendly solution. Price however is sane - something I cannot say about Salesforce.

syncing with Salesforce, and the potential to see data by person and organization. It's going to help our business and sales opportunities to identify our quality products.
Nachteile
Don't know enough to say yet because we are in the testing phase. Since we don't have a technical person that knows all the details to setting it up it delayed our testing window. So it does take more knowledge on the front end to set things up to even know if this is the best tool for us. So you have to really be ready to get started once you begin your free demo time.

It is expensive for small business owners. Due to lack of documentation a developer find it very hard to learn this tool on his/her own.
