I like the simplicity of sign easy. There are multiple features that are very useful.

Nachteile

I do not like that I can no longer attach a 'xlsm' document. When we initially signed up we were able to do this. then they stopped, but we still had to pay the same price. Almost all documents we use, are xlsm.

The software has been so easy to use and helps up when we are needing to quickly sign documents for our customers.

Nothing we have been using this software for awhile and haven't had any problems with it. Helps us get documents signed and sent before deadlines expire.

SignEasy is the most beneficial digital signature platform for me. It has helped organizations and businesses with seamless document signing. This tool allows users to sign legal documents with ease using either a computer, a tablet or a mobile device. You don't really need to send an actual paper to get a signature. It is indeed an essential tool for recruiters and other professionals. I love that the status for each signature is visible and that allows us to know who has already signed the document and who has not. Not only that, it is available in 18 different languages!

I do not have any issues with this software. It is simple, easy to use and most importantly, it is secured.

More than 90% of all documentation has been transferred to the electronic version. Previously, in order to sign contracts or acts, you had to print files and make scans. Now I use the SignEasy service to sign electronic documents. The tool allows you to create a signature template to speed up the process.

For me personally, the main drawback of the service for signing electronic documents SignEasy is a mobile application on Android. Sometimes there are failures in data synchronization between the mobile and web version of the tool.

Using this application, signing documents takes very little time for me. It is very convenient that you can import business documents from other programs (Google Drive, Evernote Business).

There is a lack of a function that would allow to place several documents in a single zip file, as well as integration with social messaging applications, for example, WhatsApp.

The most I like is this application is very user friendly and each and every person can use it at first time, mean to say no training required. Can create many templates and also which helps you in saving time. Just one click and work is done.

Nachteile

Only thing which I hated was , when our client fills the form in the text box, half of the data is not view able which makes a lot of trouble in understanding the complete sentence.

Soon hope this will be rectified.

Of the functions that I like inside the program, I'll separately mark the ability to save the signature template and then paste it directly from the library into the document.

I do not have a printer at home, so in order to sign and send documents I had to constantly go to a photo studio. The app saved me from this routine. Now I sign documents directly from my smartphone. To do this, I just need the Internet.

Only a few signatures can be stored in the program and their color cannot be changed. In addition, difficulties arise when a document is printed. The signature overlaps the seal, you cannot somehow change its position.

Limited document for the free or basic account... I wonder if they can add more like 5 to 10 free document.
