The signature creation and the mobile signing capture are the most impactful in my opinion. If I didn't already pay for Adobe which allows me to pretty much do the same thing I would pay for this every month. I happened used the free trial. I kept adobe because my subscription came with more features.

Nachteile

It was naturally limited in its functionality for a user like me. I would pay $14 a month to have Adobe which can do a lot of the things I can do with this app and more. I also had docusign at some point. I used docusign because my business partner wanted to use it. However I would have preferred this. This is much more cost effective than docusign. I think they need to do a better job of marketing to let me know how it beats out the competition. That is usually what drives a decision for me. I ask what am I really getting for this price.

1) it should autosave drafts at any stage2) it does not allow switching backwards and forwards between set-up (signers, messages to them etc, document selection including one at a time) and the designing of the requests themselves (ie where to add signatures etc)3) i could not see whether it is possible for the requester to add an explanatory note (like "Add Comment" in a Word document), so i have to email these separately - this would be helpful4) it should remember signers I have used previously, so I don’t have to choose between uploading entire contacts lists (which shouldn’t really be there at all) and copy/pasting signers’ details every time.

Signeasy is an easy to use platform that gets the job done when you need it. Uploading documents, creating documents and getting our clients to sign their documents was done with ease and simplicity.

Our clients did not always get an email to sign their documents. There were glitches along the way when trying to get them to sign the documents.

It is easy to use and you can sign on the fly wherever you are. It allows the use of documents in all formats and it integrates with email.

App updates often come with issues. Following does not work satisfying:
1. When selecting a letter size and you add a date the date does not follow the letter size.
2. The app does not remember the position. You need to move your signature or initial to the right position. Especially if you have to initial many pages it is annoying.
3. The preset text cannot be changed. I only use two bit cannot remove the three others. I therefore need to scroll.

Vorteile

I like the ability to use a range of features, like freestyle and photos as well as text and signatures.
The ability to send to remote clients who now don't have to have the app themselves is a great aid to getting things done quickly and efficiently.

Nachteile

I find that when you have to fill in small boxes, like numbers into a direct debit form, it can be fiddly - a magnifier would be a great addition.

The product is easy to use, and was 1/10th of the price of DocuS*gn, when all we needed it for was to allow customers to eSign proposals. Some of our customers struggled with opening the documents/emails at first, but it was easy to walk them through. The document creation process is very simple, drag and drop.

Nachteile

There aren't many features for selecting one of several options, or for doing a checkmark list, etc., but this was to be expected. I believe this is why the price is so cheap, and it was worth it for us.

ease of signing for personal documents and the fact that ones personal intial/signature and other info is stored and east to place in a document- this could definately have more options to store necessary details to save time.

- We have experienced many issues with file batches- You cannot edit a batch of documents once you send it (can't "resend with amendments")- Will crash for signers if it has more than 10 pages- Very difficult to find signed documents in the system - you need to file them separately once they are signed- If there is an issue with a batch for some reason (if it fails, a signer accidentally denies signing, or if there is an issue with a document) you need to restart (add all the documents, manually add all the signature fields, etc.).

We like that the service is easy to set up, easy to use and gets the job done at a reasonable price without a lot of extra fees along the way.

It can be a little more complicated to integrate into other softwares, so not as functional as some other products but still the best value for the money.

I have been struggling with my app recently, I purchased it last year fro a 12 month membership but for some reason the app is not working. Unfortunately it happened when I had to sign a critical document, hence I ended up downloading DocuSign , which I am currently using.

I love this software. Having the option to sign documents and contracts without being in the same place through mobile devices has become an indispensable quality to achieve improvements in personnel and purchase of resources. With this program I have the facility to sign personal contracts, suppliers, reuse templates, it's easy and simple.

So far I have not been able to find something that I do not like, except the cost of the tool but outside of that I think it is a very good tool, which can only go from better to better.

I love SignEasy because of its ease. It saves a lot of time and with this, we can do all the tasks with our mobile app. And easily share our documents between PC and Mobile with the help of cloud service. Pretty handy app for PDF sign.

I love that gmail has a built in choice for sign easy so that whenever I receive documents on gmail, I have the option to open it using the sign easy app, sign the document, and send it right away

I would like it better if there is an option to select all signed documents and delete them in one click. With the current version of the app, I need to delete each document one by one . This is too time consuming.

What I like most about this software is its user friendly interface. Signing documents electronically in such a fast manner is so necessary for my company, as we deal with medical documents all the time.

What I liked least about this software is the frequency of disconnecting from the internet. Fortunately it allows offline signing, which is a very great feature to have in these circumstances.

I like the fact that I can complete forms with multiple dates. This may seem obvious but I've tried others and it is not always available.

It is hard to manage font sizes. It doesn't have a default that can be set. Each time I open a new form I have to adjust the font size. It is irritating since I often use the same form repeatedly and every time I have to change it to a different size. Even if I saved the draft and returned later.
Also, the price has gone up so much I can no longer afford the level I used to have. I've been using this app since its infancy. I get that as things become more popular the price goes up. But a high enough hike leads to me thinking of other apps or other ways to meet my signature needs.

Easy to use, you can keep your originals up on the web and this is useful for forms. All your files are on the web so you don't have to worry about backing up.

Glitches in webapp for Chrome and Safari, glitches with Gmail plugin. No editing post signature which means that you need to redo a whole form if you made a mistake and find it after signing.

Ease of use. It is very Self-explanatory. I like the fact that it automatically puts the day then when you click it. I also like the fact that you have the opportunity to save your own signature.

When you don't have a very strong signal the program struggles big time. A lot of times it will lose the information that you think you have saved. Also I wish you could just click on the title and change what it is saved as inside while it's open. Instead of having to save as a draft and go back and re-name it

Easy to use! It's 2018, and the use of electronic signing is the key method for completing documents. I like that SignEasy allows you to use computer font to sign and provides a stamp to validate, as well as a "screenshot" of your actual signature to paste into the regions you want in a given document.

Nachteile

Wish you could modify the stamp of validation to include content you actually want - i.e. room you are signing in, any witness you are signing in front of.

Easy to sign, efficient usage in our office. Creating multiple copies of documents was easy to do so we didn't have create new ones each time.

Allows me to do my job on the road. I travel to 19 projects a month, but must sign documents as they come in for all 19 projects.

Operates a little slower than I would like and not all documents can be opened in the app. I also have had problems with locating signed documents in the app to resend or send to additional parties.

Hard to rotate documents. It would be good to be able to use Apple Pencil. The fact that it is an app it puts it in direct competition with changes to IOS mail. I don't like that if you do not have cellular data you can not use the app.

I can sign and track contracts through the site without having to track emails. This keeps me from driving into the office every time I have a receipt that has forwarded to our billing department. We work exclusively on the job site so the ease of being able to sign documents really helps me to be more productive. I have used this for more than 4 years and has saved me more than one trip a week to the office.

I don't like having to change the date every time for mm/dd/yr. This maybe my only complaint, as the rest of the system is easy to use.

Also to send for a bulk submission you need to send a link in email, not that you can send the document from the program to separate people, but no problem with this, just it's made another way than Docusign, maybe it's even better...
The blue color for signature is a bit strange, could be less electric and more like real blue pen.

This is a simple and straightforward solution that puts the power of your pen to work without endless copy and faxing or scanning. Instantly I was able to affix a signature to a document and execute a contract all while on my mobile phone. The app is delightfully simple so you will be up and running in no time.

Here it is once again- another monthly fee. I don't like the monthly option for this type of business service.They boast included storage and security but I have other applications for this and prefer those universal options. I would like to propose a per-signature fee. This would make more sense and be more like a notary where you pay to sign. But another monthly to use tech.

Easy to use, paperless (which means less clutter at home), accessible from multiple devices with internet connection, but with few variations. I find it easier to type a text using my iPhone as opposed to my laptop.

It's not always accessible offline. Fill-in fields not easy to manage when using a laptop since boxes need to be enlarged and the information doesn't always fit in.

I love how it gives me a quick and easy way to handle things if I need to get something signed quickly and don't think I'll be able to make a physical appearance somewhere to do so! I just say "I have an online document signing software - could that work?" and for the most part businesses are more than happy to accept it!

It also makes it easy for me to keep my paper use as low as possible. I need a lot of consent forms signed in my profession, and I do my best to use as little physical paper as possible. Sign Easy makes this work for me!

Sometimes it will be glitchy when I am trying to enter or move around text boxes or signatures. Not always, but when it happens I usually have to refresh or re-open the document.

We regularly transfer important documents requiring users' signatures. This app has allowed us to be tremendously more efficient and sophisticated. It's simple, intuitive, and easy for nearly any person to use.

We don't have any big headaches. The only thing I would change is that the other user giving you their signature has to have an account, so it can be a little annoying.

It is very easy to use, very simple to get the required signatures of my drivers, I have and will continue to recommend this app.

No adjustments after finalizing, when it is finished. I have on several occasions, had to add or remove information at the payers request.
When this happens I have to add another invoice, and explain to them that this app does not allow for edit after finishing. Therefore the new revised, invoice will not have the drivers signature.

You often need to sign documents, but sometimes you just can't scan and send them on time. It helps SignEasy to use the application very conveniently. The interface is nice, figured out very quickly. It's great that after signing the documents you can immediately send them by e-mail.

The application is loaded for a long time after signing. Every new document has to be signed again, I would like to add the ability to put signatures on several documents at once.

Would like the ability to store more [custom] stock text blocks than just name, title, &c. I find that I am frequently entering the same info and would prefer to not have to scroll through the recent entries list ( which is not organized intuitively).
