Very Satisfied with vFairs
I was so pleased with our Project manager, [sensitive content hidden] was patient with all of our edit requests, thoughtfully listed to what our needs were and worked with he team to meet them.
Vorteile
The flexibility to make edits to best suit our needs.

vFairs Played a Pivotal Role in our Success!
vFairs helped us solve the problem of how to hold an educational conference for healthcare professionals and consumers during and after pandemic shutdowns. By hosting a hybrid event we kept the in-person element of community building and networking along with the online element of easy international access without travel. vFairs provided a fun and easy to navigate platform for our attendees for a very reasonable price.
Vorteile
vFairs has been in the virtual event planning business long enough to know how to plan and execute a flawless experience. We found their team to be highly skilled, professional, collaborative, fast responding, and a pleasure to work with. Our project manager, [sensitive content hidden] , and Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden] , were deeply committed to the success of our event. Throughout the entire planning and execution process we felt well taken care of.
Nachteile
The vFairs platform is highly customizable; it can be intimidating for inexperienced event planners to create the online platform with content and images. We appreciated the options to use standard templates and the help from our project manager in keeping things moving along when we were paralyzed by decision making fatigue. There were more tasks to setting up the event than we originally thought. The first year using vFairs we left too much to the end and were under pressure finishing.

Fantastic service from day 1
Vorteile
The vFairs team are quick to respond, friendly and have excellent knowledge of their products and services. Ammara was a fantastic contact from day 1, following up and completing actions in a timely manner and being on hand to support us with our app throughout our event weekend. We were able to do everything that we needed with the app and the customer service was excellent throughout the process.

There isn't anything that we did not like about vFairs.

vFairs Provides an Engaging Experience
Using vFairs has allowed us to make a global onboarding process that is engaging, informative, and very well received by our new caregivers.
Vorteile
vFairs is easy to use, very customizable, and allowed us to create an engaging virtual live experience. Our contacts at vFairs , especially our Project Manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT]
, are amazing: very responsive and helpful in all aspects of design, configuration, and the day-to-day operations of our weekly event.
Nachteile
Since we have a weekly event, we were interested in triggering automated emails to the weekly groups--- vFairs is working on ways to help us do that in a more automated way. That said, we're still able to do this with just a few clicks!

vFairs as an Event Partner
We began using vFairs in 2020. I had no experience with putting together a virtual event, but with the support of sales and project managers, we held an event for almost 10,000 Hearing Care Professionals across the globe. It was incredibly successful! We've been conducting 5 - 6 events per year since.
Vorteile
The thing I like the most about vFairs is my project manager. He helps me brainstorm ways to complete our objectives, and most importantly to me, responsive to my requests.
Nachteile
I have not found any issues with the software that we cannot work around.

Great Product for Virtual Events, Excellent Customer Service
Vorteile
The graphic elements and design capabilities for our virtual events are fabulous. We love the options to include animation, avatars, and additional design features. Our attendees are able to chat easily online with each other, as well as with vendors in our health fair. Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, quick to respond, and a huge reason why our events are a success.
Nachteile
Whenever there has been an element we thought could be improved upon, we'd mention it to the vFairs team and they would take it to their developers to see if a fix could be implemented, and more often than not they've been able to make adjustments to our needs.

Excellent service with great staff
Vorteile
We have used vFairs for two conferences. We had very specific requests for holding our event which included live sessions with breakout rooms, on demand sessions, a poster hall, exhibitor area, and other content. The team was able to build a beautiful platform which was easy for the attendees to navigate. It gave the attendees the conference experience while viewing from home.
Nachteile
We had to use youtube to create closed captioning services for our on-demand videos. When the videos first aired it was hard for the users to activate the closed captioning services. However, when the videos went to on-demand status, the captions were easily activated.

Good user experience
Overall, we were pleased with the final result but we had some stressful moments while building the site. I recommend outlining everything your sales rep promised in the contract.
Vorteile
When we finished all the set up and launched the site, the final product looked sleek and impressive. Animated graphics, user friendly interface, pleasant feel.
Nachteile
Customer support leading to the event was subpar and our project manager did not know all the features the platform was capable of. We were told that some things were not possible, however, we were able to figure out how to make it work.

Highly Recommend vFairs for virtual events!
This was our first time using vFairs and our first time hosting a virtual conference, and we loved the platform and the technical support we received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and her team. The platform has many tools that make a virtual event immersive, interactive and fun, and the vFairs project managers are extremely organized and responsive. We had to make many adjustments to our event as we were planning it, and this was no problem for vFairs. We plan to use vFairs for these kinds of events in the future and highly recommend them.

Timings are set using military time which takes us a moment to convert but is really not a big deal.

Never a Bad Experience!
Our experience with vFairs has been incredibly successful thanks to the software itself and the amazing support staff. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the best Project Manager I have worked with and wouldn't want to plan a virtual event without them.

Great Support for Our Event!

The use of vFairs has been wonderful in establishing an annual symposia for our organization. The response time for support has been wonderful.

It's a little difficult coordinating everything between vFair's technical needs and the speakers who continually make adjustments and changes.

User Friendly Platform
Vorteile
The end product was very user friendly. The engagement opportunities through chat were valuable and the access to sessions was streamlined.
Nachteile
It would be nice for attendees to find each other and send messages when they are online. It also would have been helpful to have step by step instructions for setting up the site as well as specific timeline for due items.

VFairs Health Summit Review
Overall they were an excellent partner who strived for excellence. They were very collaborative in the process often coming up with new or unique ways to add value. Their tireless dedication is admirable, walking into the late hours and up to the day of the event.
Vorteile
As a partner with the team at VFairs they made the software easy to use and implement for our more than 1300 attendees. With customizable features like creating African American Avatars it made it a very interactive experience for the user.
Nachteile
We would have liked to have more seamless speaker presentations using the Zoom interface
