I like how quick vFairs are able to support when we need to change or fix something. I also like how interactive you can make an event and how easy it is to use on the front end.

Nachteile

Because there are so many available features, the backend can be quite overwhelming but once you know where to find everything, it's very useful.

vFairs' flexibility and capacity to adapt to the client's needs was very appreciated in this project. They are reactive and willing to help, always full of solutions. We managed to set an online training program on the platform by adapting the tools to our requirements.

Nachteile

Some features, especially when reworking them to adapt them to our needs, are not always that easy to understand and having the team be so far away makes communication not as clear as one could hope.

My Project Manager, [sensitive content hidden] was extremely attentive and a true champion of our success. He was quick to respond with any questions, concerns, or issues that arose, and always provided clear and concise guidance on how to move forward. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the project goals and was able to effectively execute on all project tasks within a short time frame. His always-positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made him a pleasure to work with. Before vFairs, badge printing for our trade show was one of the most difficult and costly features of our event process. We used to print all badges ahead of the show, which was costly and inefficient. vFair's on-site badge printing was easy and fast and made the check-in process a breeze. Both our attendees and our check-in admins were thrilled with the easy and speedy process. The app was a big success for three groups of people: attendees, exhibitors, and our staff. Exhibitors liked how easy it was to scan badges, record notes, and house resources for attendees. Attendees enjoyed how easy it was to navigate the trade show floor, the very fun scavenger hunt, and the push notifications. Staff enjoyed the reporting, badge printing, and scanning into breakout sessions. The app absolutely elevated our event, making venue navigation easy, adding an element of fun with the scavenger hunt, staying on track with push notifications, and having information readily available.

Nachteile

Would love to see some templates to help with content creation.

The sales and service promises made before the event sounded very convincing. The team acted as if they knew how to support a live event.

The parts of the platform that we could access ourselves worked, but only a small portion of the platform was available to us.

Nachteile

It took 6 weeks to sign a contract with vFairs.

Every part of the platform out of our direct control broke on the day of the event. Sessions did not start on time, wrong versions of session videos were played, users were unable to access chat rooms, exhibitor booths weren't working.

We had complaints about the day-of-event help desk support from attendees in email, on social media, and within the event chat itself.

Project management was poor: multiple contracted features were only set up after the end of the live event or not at all.

Training is poor; the vendor used other events currently in production to show us functionality and did not have materials that we could share with exhibitors and attendees.

Response time is poor: we've spent almost two weeks waiting for a response to our current issues with no answers to missing features and functions.

Vorteile

Ease of usage, smooth interface, beautiful UI and extremely user friendly. Basis few meeting, the app usage was smooth as butter and overall no issues on app usage and no erratic issues occurred even though the app was used by 500+ participants on external network.

Nachteile

The app has some features which can be further improvised like the new feed content loading/permissibility limit and some out of the box features should be available.

I am amazed by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] responsiveness. I have yet to send her an email and not receive a response within minutes. In addition, I find her quite knowledgeable and innovative regarding the vFairs product/service. Finally, I appreciated the video she made for me explaining a workflow. I was able to view it multiple times until it became familiar.

Nachteile

Web-based administration consoles can often be tedious to use. But, vFairs somehow managed to make it not quite so rough.

Overall, the quality of the event was great. What put vFairs over the top was the support from the team who helped build and run the event - they kept us on track, supported every request, and made the event great.

Nachteile

Missing the ability to drive directly to a webinar and also allow people to create a 'calendar' of webinars they'd like to attend. I would have liked to enable people to add a webinar (ahead of time) to their calendar, then click a link directly there.

Vorteile

The overall event experience for delegates and exhibitors.
Ease of use for the attendees and great visuals to keep them engaged.
Excellent functionality within the exhibition area - floor plans and stand visuals etc.
Good range of options for presentations for live, semi live and recorded.

Nachteile

Lack of an information resources and formal guidance for new customers.
Development was unpredictable and showed through the design process with updates.
Needed more information in reports, some unreliable/missing data.
It was hard not getting to see the live version before the event.

- final environment only ready 1 day before the event, a dry run was only partially possible (however this is due to the fact we only had 8 weeks to organize everything)

The software was easy to customize to make it look and feel like our brand experience. The environement made it feel more like a real event than a standard Zoom. The ability to have one on one chats and interact with the attendees was critical and the most important function of this software.

Nachteile

There were some user errors, so providing more user training would be helpful. It could be pre-recorded videos that can be shared with admins on demand. There were some issues with the chat booking function, but again could have been user error. We had such a high demand for chat, that we were not as prepared as may be we could have been. It would be great if more features could be built in instead of as add-ons, ex: more diversity of people featured in the templates, upfront agenda so attendees don't have to go searching for it.

The software was easy to use and I liked working with it. If something was not working or not that easy to change, the support which was provided was very fast and helpful.

Sometimes the interface where you could choose your designs for the front end were a little laboriously structured.

Customer Support at Vfairs are phenomenal in​ customer service and adjusting​ to our needs. They are thorough with their work and speedy in their response time. They are hard-working individuals and very pleasant ​to collaborate with on a successful event.

We are adjusting for future events how participants register and access their profiles.
