I was looking for an app just like Your Porter to sync my account cheaply and effectively. It works like a charm. It does exactly what it claims to do. Otherwise this thing works like a charm!

Nachteile

As a minor point, I wish the calendar feature was more like a "common" calendar, rather than having to scroll left and right to look at all of the dates.

It's capability to bring all the major booking portals to one unified interface.

I'm not a big fan of Website based softwares and would rather like to have an application for the same.

The user interface could use a little work and they need improved mobile apps so it can be managed entirely from the mobile hanset.

Paying $100 / year extra for the booking engine to utilise your own domain name is ridiculous in my opinion.

I wasookimg for a pre written reservation response form but found that I could design my own.

Ease of use. Very easy to navigate all of the different uses in this app. Still learning new efficiencies every day.

Convenience of message automation, I don’t have to do menial tasks, I have all my reservations from Airbnb and Vrbo in one place

Once a reservation is made, it takes about an hour for it to sync to guesty, I feel like this could be faster to prevent double bookings quicker

I primarily set up this software to integrate both booking platforms I had my property listed on, but I am starting to like the auto-messaging abilities as well.

Initially I found the website to be confusing and not user friendly, but after using is for a couple of weeks I've adapted.

Vorteile

I like that the software walks you through the process to build and maintain our website. If I have any questions, I can Google it to find where to navigate in the app. I also like that it can sync with Airbnb and VRBO. That is very helpful.

Nachteile

The website can be difficult to navigage at times. Luckily we are computer savvy and are good at figuring it out.

My Porter App is so simple and easy to use. It gave me simple step by step directions for setting up multiple platforms and linking calendars. It was freeing to set up automated messages because for over a year I’ve sent saved messages to guests each time they booked, 2 days before arrival, day of arrival, etc. I suggest this app to other hosts just because it’s so easy to use.

It does what I need it to. I wish it managed my cleaners too.

It is very user friendly and doesn’t take long to get used to the workings of the app.
It integrates everything and will save me a lot of time for my 8 properties going forward.

I often thought about what functionality and features the ideal software should have to manage my accommodation business in a simple but professional way.
I came across Your Porter App, I immediately had a great feeling. The app, which has an advanced and continuously updated technology behind it, offers a simple but smart intuitive interface.

You can see that it was created by those who have worked in the hospitality business, in fact it has all the features you need.

Nachteile

The only thing that could be improved is that you are forced to have linstings on Airbnb.

Actually this is not a problem for me, but it could be a limit for property managers.

The booking time check-in/check-out are not integrated automatically from the platforms; the subscription starts with 2 listings only for $18 which I find a negative idea - better also offering pricing for one listing; the statistic part of the app could be improved with better graphs

The software is very user friendly. Easy to set up automated templates for guest messaging.
The calendar keeps track of all reservations across multiple platforms.
The Direct Booking website was very easy to set up and have running in very little time.

Nachteile

Dynamic/automated pricing would be an incredible addition to the software.
I would love it if the pricing was a percentage of the cost of successful bookings rather than the flat monthly/yearly fee.

I love the fact that you can set up your messages and they can automatically go to the person they need to go to at the right time and that they are personalized with their name. I have two Airbnbs and I couldn’t imagine if I had to manage them without this software Let alone expand to more than two of these spaces!

It was easy for set up. The support worked super good. It is reliable in synchronizing the bookings, good for message automation. The price is affordable compared to other apps.

I miss the same features for Booking.com as there are for Airbnb (e.g. message automation). This would enable me to use just one app for all the work. I also miss the possibility to link other channels (e.g. agoda, expedia)
