Autocad LT
Great software for engineering design. All of the features of full version of Autocad except 3D. A less expensive alternative to a great product where 3D is not required.

Overall an excellent product for drawings
Vorteile
Works well. Have been using it since 2005. The 2019 version does what it is supposed to do. Works well with Windows 10.
Nachteile
Subscription based. Over priced in my opinion.

Overall, I enjoy the software. I need it for my job and because what I do, I know I will get it down in no time as I am still new to it.
Vorteile
I like that the software pretty much prompts you to do what you are asking it to.
It's helpful.
Nachteile
I think there is just so much to learn still and get used to navigating through everything can be difficult.

Cost Efficient Drawing Tool
Vorteile
A great work by Autodesk for providing a lite version of Auto Cad it has all the tool for 2-D drawing and can be easily understood by the user.
Nachteile
Of course it doesn't support 3D drawings,LISP,VBA which are software programming languages but still gets the job done.

Vorteile
It was quick. It loads fast and then up pops the colleagues draft.
Nachteile
a bit cumbersome when zooming. Sometimes the default colors make it hard to see which lines ar to which feature

AutoCAD LT
Vorteile
AutoCAD is an easy to use architecture/ drawing program. I had to use it for a project without any prior training and was able to handle the basics easily thanks to its simple interface.
Nachteile
The only thing that bugged me about AutoCAD is the long start up time and the fact that it lags sometimes, which is still understandable considering its size and many tools.

This is the best value Cad software period
Ive tried to save money and use other cheaper software, but nothing compares to AutoCAD. This Lt version is just a great deal. Even though they went to a subscription model only, it is still the best for the money.

Good for basic drafting.
It aid the accuracy of computer aided drafting and very friendly for the beginners.
Vorteile
I think it's like the usual AutoCad but i think it has less functions. It's very useful for basic drafting.
Nachteile
The isometric function was not there and you have to so it manually. It was quite important to my job for visual presentation

Cost Effective Drawing Tool
Vorteile
A great work by autodesk for providing lite version of Autodesk. It has all the tools for 2D drawing and can be easily understood by a rookie.
Nachteile
Of course it doesn't support 3D since it is lite version. LISP and VBA programming languages are also not supported. But still a good software.

Vorteile
Cheap and affordable. Won't do everything but it is a basic CAD program that gets the job done.
Nachteile
Nothing really. It is bare bones so take that for what it's worth.

This is basically the same as the previously amazing program that is Autocad
AutoCAD is great
Vorteile
This stripped down version of AutoCAD gives you all the tools you need to do basic drafting. If you have no need for all the bells and whistles and want to save some money by not buying the regular AutoCAD, this is the way you should go.
Nachteile
Since I do use all of the original AutoCAD features my biggest con is the limitations of this software. This is an unfair evaluation though considering the whole point of this software is to provide limited functions.

Nice tool for light drawing
As the name suggest Autocad LT is a nice tool for light drawing and a tool which is user-friendly.
Only concern is of large companies when you have multiple product licenses you have no option to utilize higher end licenses to gain Autocad LT license.To simplify you can not open Autocad LT if you have Autocad premium design suite license.

I'm very happy with the MAC version of AutoCAD LT. Works similarly to the PC version
I can use it on MAC which has been my preferred platform for the past 5 years.
Vorteile
Since moving away from the Architecture industry and going from being a PC user to a MAC user I was happy to see the ACAD LT was available on MAC. Everything works seamlessly and virtually the same as the PC version
Nachteile
The biggest challenge has been plotting. There are a few bugs with saving previous plots and settings but otherwise it's not prohibitive.

LT gives you almost all the features of the full version
Use to have the full version, but have been using LT for the past few years. Able to do the work needed without the added cost. Not super excited the software companies have gone away from buying the program to more of a lease, but has smaller up front cost. Also, you as the user get more updates and new features this way.

Occasional User
I have used CAD a few times over the years. After needing to draft some modifications to a plan, I downloaded CAD LT. It was so easy to pick up and start drafting again. The product was extremely user friendly.
