Pandemic Transition

I was having difficulty collecting consent from clients and other 3rd party individuals. Eversign allowed me to streamline this process and continue to generate business during the shutdown.

Vorteile

The dashboard was very user friendly and allowed me to create, follow, and edit my documents during signature process.

Nachteile

The limited number of documents that I could create and send with my initial subscription.

Fantastic but has no mobile app.

Vorteile

Eversign is intuitive and this is a very key characteristic of a good software product. It is also very simple to use by everyone. We simply upload our document, mark out the parts of the document where we require our partners and customers to append their signature ,and send it to them.
Immediately the intended recipient opens or signs the document ,we get an instantaneous notification.Very simple and effective process.
Also ,it makes a lot of sense financial wise and its probably the cheapest e-signing tool out there in terms of monthly billing.While still offering a similar quality level as close substitutes like Docusign and Hellosign.

Nachteile

The modern day business environment team members,staffs and employees to be able to work even while on the move. Unfortunately ,Eversign does not seem to be thinking about this ,as there is no smartphone app. for Eversign as is the case with products like Hellosign.

Great but for a limited types of uses

Positive. Just limited in functionality as my needs grew over time.

Vorteile

I like the fact that Eversign is an affordable eSigning application. As a solo contractor, eversign fulfilled a needed functionality for my business to run. The notifications came in near to real-time and I was easily capable of tracking the progress of signatures of all parties involved with a contract.

Nachteile

Editing the documents for signing was not as straight forward as I had hoped it would be. Scrolling through large documents would take a lot of effort, even on a powerful notebook. The UI is less intuitive than I had hoped resulting in me not know if I was adding a user or immediately sending a document to that person.

I actually used Eversign to sign for my house, when I was purchasing it. Such a convenient...

Vorteile

I love this program, I have had to use it many times over the last 4 years for signing extremely important documents. I find it to be convenient, easy to use and revolutionizing. One cannot always have access to a printer and fax, so this program really has caught us up to the technological age that we currently live in. As mentioned previously, I have used this program to sign for my house, to sign my NORA documents and to sign court documents. For a person who has many interests in diverse locations, it is difficult to be at the right place at the right time. with this program, I can take care of my business needs from any place that has service.

Nachteile

Sometimes, it is difficult to get the program to work appropriately when utilizing a smart phone. This can create some drama, as our smart phones are now used as computers. I had to sign and resign and resign for my new phone repeatedly and in the end, my signature was never captured. This wasted time and patience.

Great option for Small Business Owners

Overall, I highly recommend EverSign over similar software options. It's the best for the price, and the most user-friendly. It does exactly what it promises to do.

Vorteile

I appreciate that EverSign provides free users with the tools they actually need and doesn't try to up-sell. As a small business owner, I need to keep as much money in my pockets as I can, and I appreciate that EverSign doesn't charge for the features that I need. I'm thus able to use their free account software and save a bit.

Nachteile

I do wish that I could import contacts into the software, as I find that I'm typically sending contracts to the same clients over and over again every month. It would be nice to be able to have those contacts saved, but that's a very minor complaint.

Good solution for eSigniture in small organizations.

I only used to software with a free account, so certainly the full version will give even more functionality benefits. The pricing plan is quite inexpensive and interesting for small organizations.

Vorteile

It is really easy to set up and use. The user interface and dashboard are very easy and give all information you need at a glance. The process of uploading and signing documents is very straightforward and simple. I also like the idea of setting und customize up diffrent businesses but I would rather like to define also diffrent workspaces to represent diffrent departments like HR, Finance etc. in a business.

Nachteile

A mobile app would be handy but with the great web user interface that is also optimized for mobile use a signiture on tablet or smarphone is easily possible, but you need to log-in everytime and no messages or alerts pop-up, so you need to check your mail inbox for updates in the signing process.

This saved so much time and frustration

Overall, I accept its use and I use it. It saves so much time and headaches, and moves things alone far faster than before.

Vorteile

I like its ease and that it is readily accepted by both parties. Prior to this, I would have to print out, sign by hand, scan and send back (and if by fax, check if they got it.) That was not that long ago. And as someone who is constantly traveling from job to job, I did not have the time or equipment to get this done for a while, but of course, everyone wanted it back right away.

Eversign made that such a thing of the past that I may as well be talking about 1987.

Nachteile

I am always wary about an electronic signature being as valid as my real signature, as if anyone couldn't hack your email and make you legally responsible for whatever it is you signed.

Getting Started with Digital Signatures

We are a location-based service provider. We work with other small businesses in rural, scattered locations helping them to meet government compliance rules and regulations. We often need a business owners approval/signature on plans and documents on short notice. After looking at a number of other services we choose and Eversign to meet this need. We are very pleased so far and would definitely recommend the product to others.

Vorteile

I looked at a number of options for my small business to begin using digital signature/signing software. Eversign had a great reputation, offered a rich feature set, but what sold me was ease of use and simple tracking of the signature collection process.

Nachteile

While Eversign is easy to use, I would have liked a better "Getting Started" experience. Some solid examples of "how-to" do A or B would have been nice. However, Eversign is intuitive enough that this slight negative was not substantial enough to be discouraging.

Small Business Savior

With Eversign, I am able to make my small business look like. A professional organization by sending documents that require signatures the same as multi million dollar corporations. Eversigb evens the playing field for business

What I loved most about E is it’s easy to use interface. In a matter of minutes I was able to create several signatures and signature blocks and sent my first documents for digital signature.

Great solution to simplify the signing tasks.

It helps me a lot when I have to get people to sign a document. I can create a form and send it right away instead of having to print the form and make people fill it and sing it in person. It's also great to have all the steps organized because I can check at any time which documents have been already signed and which ones not, so I can send a quick reminder.

Vorteile

Great looking and easy to use interface. Clear organization of the signing order.

Nachteile

I need to make a whole new document if I want to add any minor change in one of the pages (for example when I have two identical documents with just a difference in one of their pages). It would also great to have an automatic document converter from PDF or .doc to a complete fillable form.

As good as Adobe's e-sign, but free!

This allows me to send documents securely, quickly and efficiently to any clients that may need to sign anything. It allows me to have as many signers as needed, myself included, and is very simple to engage with. It also offered some personalization, which to me was an added bonus, especially since I'm only using the free version!

Vorteile

This software is very similar to Adobe's e-sign that I used for years in my former job. It is secure, intuitive and offers all of the same functionality as other e-sign programs that I've used. While I'm currently using the free subscription because I won't be sending out more than 5 agreements/month for now, I do plan to upgrade once I have a need. But even with the free version limitations, this software does everything I need.

Nachteile

Formatting can get a little weird if you upload a Word document, but I've had that happen in other programs too. The simple solution is to just PDF the document before you upload, and then there is no issue.

Eversign is Becoming Awesome by the Day

Am using eversign to work with my business partners oversees and ensure we have a better business agreement signed, sealed and delivered.

Vorteile

The software is really intuitive and has some great features, like the signature recognition of each allocated users. And of course, I love the simplicity of the landing page of the website.

Nachteile

The GUI needs improvement. I would really appreciate it if they could work on the user interface and see how to bootstrap most of the elements and functions to allow for a better user experience.

Single sign in for multiple businesses

Overall a pleasant experience.

Vorteile

The product was easy to use for electronic signatures. Easy to set up. Intuitive. I created a document and I needed to get a customer signature. Customer neither had a printer nor scanner. In the middle of covid I could not send them to a print store. So this software was really helpful, time saving (and possibly life saving depending on whether COVID 19 is in widespread in the signers neighborhood). I was able to upload the PDF of the contract quickly. I identified a signature spot easily and hit send. The receiver received the document. They viewed it, signed it and we both got a copy of the signed document automatically.

Nachteile

I did not find anything unpleasant about the software. No specific cons as such.

A terrific alternative to docusign

Have only used it a few times but can already say this works well. Best of all, you can use the free version for up to 5 documents a month to see if it works for you.

Vorteile

To put it simply, Eversign is super easy to set up and start using right away. I have used docusign for some time, as well as tried a couple of other options. Unsatisfied, I was searching for something that is easy enough to use without buying one of the super-expensive packages for someone that needs to use it sporadically. This is what I uncovered from research, and I am quite happy with the experience so far.

Nachteile

Slightly different / less easy than docusign for some of the field setups, but nothing significant once you get a hang of it.

Vorteile

UI is very user-friendly. The price is reasonable. Real time notification are very useful. Customization is great.

Good alternative to Docusign

Eversign is used to bulk send documents, like policies that every employee has to sign, as well as employment contracts, in order to make this process a lot easier and smoother

Vorteile

Eversign is a lot more affordable than Docusign and Adobesign, which made it a good alternative. Additionally, it has API integrations and it's pretty easy to use

Nachteile

While the possibilities are pretty great, we kept having the issue that the signature is always off once the document is finished, and it's uneven in the page (like way above or below where it'd been selected).

The e-signature solution I have been looking for my business contracts!

Getting contracts to clients where they can sign without having to print, scan and e-mail back to me. An easier process for them and I have a paper trail proving their online signature to protect me.

Vorteile

The simplicity of this software is one of the best assets as well. I wouldn't send out any e-document with software that makes capturing a signature more complicated than it needs to be. I feel confident that all of my clients, regardless of their level of computer-savviness, can understand how to use eversign.

Nachteile

I would like to be able to always sign-in person as an option from the free account and up. That would be a huge value for me as an ala carte item to add to a plan as a small business owner who doesn't have an IT department to help me do that myself or the need for all the items in the higher packages.

Absolutely amazing!

Vorteile

I love the fact that you can see the documents you have signed in the past, documents awaiting your signature and waiting for others all under one column in the dashboard.

Eversign makes it easy to a upload your documents no matter where the are located, as it integrates well with popular cloud storage apps.

Navigation when signing documents is easy, as a thumbnail view of each page of your document is shown as well as the full sized page. Managing team members is a breeze.

Nachteile

This is an extremely well priced, feature packed product and I haven't really had any negative experience with as yet. The only thing I found fault with at first was the fact that I had to upgrade to use the templates feature but I totally understand the concept behind that.

Best E Signature software I have use yet

Great program was looking for a good alternative to Docusign and found a home in Eversign.

Great for remote deals

Vorteile

I am grateful for the free feature of a few signed documents per month as it was a significant help to getting my business off the ground and looking like a serious business. I still use the software for one off documents that I need signed and sent asap.

Nachteile

A bit of a learning curve and no tutorial on how to use the features. My first document I sent to a client only had my signature line and no way for them to sign as I had set up the initial settings wrong. Not very intuitive, but I got the hang of it quickly. Second one sent was a success.

Proof of satisfaction

Vorteile

Eversign is in my opinion the best tool on the market. Simplicity and accessibility are its strong points. I have already tried several products on the market but eversign is by far the simplest tool on the market at a reasonable price.

Be Prepared to LOSE documents and clients

Horrible. Don't sign up. Don't use.

I liked the simplicity of it and was looking forward to using it as it seemed straightforward.

Nachteile

I could not get documents uploaded. The ones I did upload disappeared. Customer service could not figure out why my account wasn't working. It was one fail after another.

Systemise my contracts with a simple click

Easy to set up and send documents to sign in an instant.

Vorteile

Now I am able to send all the service contracts in a secure, and more professional manner. With eversign the subcontractors and customers don't have to be IT literate to complete the agreement.
It is also saving me a ton of time in sending this.

Also, when I receive documents with eversign I feel that it is more professional and I can trust the process.

Took a few goes to work out I had to create a doc first, leave a space, then upload in to eversign to add signature boxes.

Online signing functionality - used for a project proposal.

Nachteile

Not the clearest instructions to work out what to do. Create your own PDF first with a blank area to add Eversign features in afterwards.

Another Signature Application

I did business using Eversign to sign the agreement,

The process was pain and simple, though the graphics was not that of the more costly competitors.
The customization, and at the desk contract signing feel, is what set Eversign apart from all of its competitors.

Vorteile

Ability to receive mobile signatures from any device.

Nachteile

The features are are not clearly defined and many of the features are those that come standard with other signature applications.

The price-point of the product is fair, but it falls into the range of more functional PDF software packages that offers e-signatures as part of their product offering.

Very User Friendly - Streamlines Work Flow

I have found that it helps me be more efficient with my time. As as small business owner I do alot of tasks on my own and any time saved is a great assesst for me. It also helps me keep a better record of all my contracts because everything is saved in the dashboard so its easy access if I need to refer back to anything. It also helps portray me as more professional to anyone I work with because Im using a software to get a contract signed versus sending something via email and saying please print, sign this, scan, and email back.

Vorteile

I love that it streamlines my work flow. I dont have to worry about emailing final copies of contracts to everyone because Eversign does it automatically once all parties have signed. I dont have to worry about scanning and uploading contracts signed on paper. Just saves me time.

Nachteile

I have not found anything that I do not like yet.

Sign Documents with Ease

Eversign makes it easy to sign documents or send documents for signature without having to see the signer in person or have a printer and scanner available.

Vorteile

Eversign makes it super easy to sign and send documents to be signed by others. Especially in today's climate working remotely, it Eversign makes it easy for those who are not near a printer/scanner to sign documents from anywhere. A nice feature that some other online signature software does not have is the reminder and expiration feature. You can set up reminders for those you have sent the document to and you can also set an expiration date for the document.

Nachteile

The interface is a little busy. It took me some time to figure everything out. I think the interface could be a little more user friendly and provide a little more direction for setting up and sending or signing your first document.

Great investment for a small non-profit

We are reducing the time it takes the Secretary of the Board to send out documents and track the signed copies back down. This will also help with ease of storage. We are reducing the cost of printing and don't have to find storage as well.

Vorteile

We send documents to all of our community twice a year. We found that even though we send the documents out electronically, in order to get them signed and returned in a timely manner, we were having to chase members down or print them out for the community members. This product is saving us time, money and aggravation.

Nachteile

I have questions that don't seem to be specifically addressed by the help section. I would prefer to have the option of asking questions of a person. However, when I have tried using the chat feature, it is outside of their customer service hours.

Saves our company time and money

Customer service has been great and very fast to respond so far

Vorteile

Before eversign, we were having everything signed on hard copies, wasting paper and time to get the copies to the signee. By sending the documents electronically and having them signed electronically, it saves us money and saves time for everyone involved. The system is user friendly, and the dashboard is great to see what documents have been signed and which ones are still awaiting signature. It's so much faster than trying to read through correspondence or ask the person if they've signed the document yet.

Nachteile

Our organization doesn't always need documents signed every month, but the months that we do need things signed, it's usually one or two documents over the free version limit. It would be nice if the free version included a little more than 5 documents per month, or if the number of documents could roll over to the next month if not used because it doesn't make sense for us to pay for a plan that we won't have to use most of the year

Great tool

I have a number of apartments for renting and getting the contracts signed digitally saves a lot of work/hassle. EverSign is a godsend for me. I looked around on the market and tried a few, but EverSign seemed the simplest, clearest and it does everyhting I needed.

Vorteile

It was easy to upload a new document ( did in PDF, so document format was OK) and added fields for signature and other things (such as date of signature). The whole process was easy and though I had to have a few goes intially, it was still painless. Then, when the document was completed by all parties, a handy audit trail was added to it. Emails informed me what was happening throughout the life cycle of the document.

Nachteile

Though the audit trail is nice, in some cases it may not be needed, so it would be nice if the document could be generated with or without the audit trail.

Great software for creating electronic documents

Great and easy to use.

Vorteile

My wife and I own a few rental properties and were looking to have our lease agreements in electronic form for ease of gathering signatures. This software was easy to use and since we only use it for about 10 documents a year at the perfect price.
Tutorials are useful and easy way to learn to use the software

Great system for getting documents signed.

Eversign allows me to obtain signatures without having to subscribe to additional services. I love the ease and flexibility of the system.

Vorteile

First Time eSigner

So far so good, had no real world experience yet but still testing out the product and workflow. It is promising. I had not tried other products to compare yet.

Vorteile

This is my first time using any eSign product. It is quite easy to use. It allows 5 free documents signing per month compared to the others which had only 3 documents. I had been testing this product with the 5 free documents and had not send out any official esigning yet. I had since exhausted the number allowed per month and had to wait for another month. So far it is encouraging.

Nachteile

It allowed an ordered eSigning but even when not all signers had finished signing the document, the workflow still emails the signer that the document is ready for download. I think it is just a minor bug.

Being able to get my documents signed by my customers anywhere in the world.

Vorteile

Being able to have my documents signed easily anywhere in the world. I can easily send an email and have the software keep track of all signatures and send reminders when necessary.

Nachteile

Nothing so far. It would be good to have an android app to manage the process instead of having to login to a website.

Great E-signing Tool

Vorteile

Easy to use and an intuitive tool for e-signing purposes. You can easily map the area in the scanned document where the user / customer has to sign and send it over. Handful options for emailing the doc for the signature.

Nachteile

Accessing the tools for large set of documents that needs the signature becomes difficult. Apart from that, the tool does a decent job!

Complete Satisfaction From First Time User

Vorteile

I found myself unexpectedly in need of a way to create documents that could be shared and signed electronically. Having never done this before, and not knowing how frequently I would need this service, I set out to find a free service. What Eversign offers fit my needs perfectly and I was grateful to have found it. It was easy to figure out and use, even though it was my first time using one of these services. Would definitely recommend.

Nachteile

When I sent my first contract, my client asked for a correction to be made. I didn’t see an option to simply correct the doc, so I had to use the same template to create and share a new file. The only issue with this is that there is a limited number of files that can be shared for free. It would have been nice to be able to easily correct the doc and resend it. It’s very possible that this is an option, but I didn’t see it and it was easier for me in that situation to just start over.

Smooth and fast

It allows me to provide an easy way to help my clients sign LOA and contracts quickly and efficiently.

Vorteile

It has a great UX and UI. It's pretty intuitive and allows me to quickly prepare documents for signing which is pretty great.

Nachteile

The adding signature process on the document itself is a bit quirky, but still not terrible. Other than that it's well thought and designed.

Often when I update a staff member's contract, they will take away a hardcopy and forget to bring it back signed, so this software ensures we are compliant and up to date.

Vorteile

This software is great for getting things signed on time and filed away, all without printing paper unnecessarily.

Nachteile

When adding multiple signers to a document, the email cannot be customised for each signer.

Very good. Not a lot to complain about.

We use eversign for contracts with external clients. It has been going largely well.

Vorteile

I like that it is very simple and straight forward. Very easy to use and is reliably secure which is important for contracts.

Nachteile

The only shortcoming of this product that I can think of is that sometimes clients don't get the email or it shows up in their spam folder.

It was easy to use.

It eliminated the usage of paper.

Vorteile

Easy to use and it lets me have a customized template. In the other hand, The value I was receiving from the software was not as much as the price.

Nachteile

The price was too much. I could buy a printer and have the documents actually signed and scanned for less than what the software was charging for a year.

Most logical electronic signing software available

I used it over a month now. Absolute gem. It has all the functions that I can possibly use without the big price.

Vorteile

First, it has all bells and whistle.
Second, it is very easy to use.
Third, reasonable pricing especially for a small business or a new startups.

Nachteile

I don't see any drawbacks yet. I tried many functions but they were all easy to use.

Eversign has helped me several times throughout the years

Vorteile

Being able to electronically sign documents from your phone or tablet is such a great help. It is easy to use and very secure.

Nachteile

You must have an internet connection in order to use it. It would be much nicer if you could use it offline.
