I am new at this software and with the help of technical support, I managed to get a hang of it. Once I am familiar with the program, I find it very easy to operate. I especially appreciate Eversign given customers trial runs before signing up. Overall, I am very pleased with the program.

Since I am not tech savvy, I don't know enough to comment what I don't like.

As a (very) small business, eversign let me send contracts out to be e-signed in a secure way without having to subscribe to a monthly plan. This let me stay within my budget, but also be able to get electronic signatures without making my clients jump through hoops.

Nachteile

It'd be nice if I could save documents on the free version, but I can do it on the cheapest monthly plan, so I could always upgrade. That's the only thing that I've found that I really want, otherwise, the 5 free contracts a month works for the size of my business right now.

Affordable software to quickly get docs signed so I can focus on other things. It was easy to upload a doc and start implementing which was a plus.

So far it's been good, no complaints. Price is affordable. I'm still relatively new to using it so I may come across issues later but so far so good.

I'm very satisfied.
My clients can do this easily from their smart phones. That was one of my main concern. I was afraid they wouldn't get the email or that it would go to their "Junk" folder. Everything was seamless.
Also, the "Help center" with the tutorial makes it easy to create templates and prepare documents.

Nachteile

Nothing so far really. More templates would be nice. I'm just starting out with this software. In my industry, companies change their form very often. I figure there's a way to change a template completely without going over your limit (of templates). I just haven't figured it out yet.

The ability to get a legally signed document by 15 people wihtout having to traipse around all their homes. Especially useful in this time of lockdown.

That on inital use I had to input the names and email addresses and could not find a way to just drag the ones I need into place. On the second use very easy to call them up.

This is a great tool that allows my team to sign contract while on the go. I also used this personally to sign my lease agreement. It was quick, painless and helps to save a tree.

A mobile app would make this so much easier. We do so much from our smart phones and needing a computer can sometimes be cumbersome.

Being in a pandemic, getting things signed can be a little tricky. This software helps to get what you need in a safe way and be able to track. For those who are going paperless, this would also be beneficial because you can upload your documents, right into it.

It has been a useful tool for me. The only hard thing is waiting for people to complete their signature.

User Friendly platform, it makes all procedure easier and faster.
We liked to spend less time thanks to eversign, and focus on other priorities.
We also liked to have multiple signatures in less time than the old fashion.
+very easy to use, great time saver for multiple tasks

color selections, signature backgrounds, drag and drop and exctraction opsionts could be improved

I like that it is simple and very intuitive. Easy to upload, send and download the final signed docs.

The thing I like least about the software is that it doesn't seem as robust as other software programs available. As well, not sure if it can be integrated with other software programs.

The best thing about this platform is that it's very easy to use. The Chrome extension and GSuite integration work perfectly too.

Nachteile

I don't have any recommendations atm. I've used 2 Signature apps before and this one is a definite winner for me.

I just started my own therapeutic private practice. Due to COVID 19 I have only been doing virtual sessions so I needed a way for clients to sign their paperwork. Eversign has been great for that.

The software is extremely easy to use. The cloud functionality and electronic signature are very important to my business. It seems pretty simple and user-friendly.

I was able to jump right in and use the software without needing to look for online manuals or contacting customer support. I needed financial documents signed to individuals in another state and this beat snail mail. I tried a similar program but kept getting error messages. Eversign was a great find!

For someone who may only need to use 1 time a month or less, a cheaper price plan would be nice.

This is a great option for signing documents. I switched because they have 5 free documents (as opposed to 3 with hellosign). Although I occasionally have more than the 3, it is not often enough to warrant an ongoing subscription, and the price jump with hellosign is significant (goes to $16/month).

It was extremely easy to upload the documents and send them to the required party. Working in a law firm there are plenty of documents that need signed. Now, with the COVID-19 restrictions, Eversign has been a lifesaver. It makes signing documents easy for the clients and extremely helpful for us during this complicated time.

I have not run into anything, yet, that I have not liked about the software.

As a sole proprietor completing all the tasks required for your business to run smoothly can be a daunting task. For me the most nerve wracking part of my business has always been the proposal stage. Eversign has allowed me to take the worry out of looking professional to my clients, and instead focus on getting them to sign on the dotted line. I would recommend this platform to all entrepreneurs without a team behind them.

I have yet to find anything I don't like however I may as I continue to explore the software.

From previously using DocuSign, I found that Eversign was just as easy, if not easier. I also liked the free service for 5 documents per month. I don't have a requirement to send out lots of documents for signature and Eversign allows me to do this without the need of a paid plan, something that DocuSign and other providers do not. In the future, if the necessity arises that have more documents requiring signatures, then I will upgrade to a paid plan and continue to use Eversign.

At the moment nothing, but I'm just using the basic package.

This gets the ball rolling quickly when onboarding new clients. No more printing, signing and then faxing a contract back. So clients can just e-sign, and I can get right to work for them! Easy peasy.

And I love the fact that the free version allows up to 5 contracts/documents per month for free. That's an amazing value for a business owner who flys solo.

The only con to the free version is lack of editing ability on some things. But this is such a minor hiccup to be able to use it for free.

I hate having software that is free, but with a limited number of uses. So you can only use it so many times before it's no longer free. I much prefer to have limited capabilities or features on the software for a free version than to be shut off completely.

I liked the ease in which I was able to upload my document, send it to my client, and receive the signed copy. I also appreciated that my client received a copy of the fully executed document and that I could track the status of the document throughout the process.

So glad to have a website that can simplify contracts for my freelance business. I was super stressed out about dealing with contracts, but when I found Eversign, I was so relieved that I don't have to figure it all out by myself and can easily obtain signatures from clients. So helpful!

My favorite thing about eversign is its ease of use. I need a simple, speedy way to obtain signatures on release forms for online yoga classes. Eversign is perfect for this.

I really have no problems with eversign. I do work with seniors, many of whom balk at technology in general. Getting them to use any type of software is a bit of a challenge.
