Excellent product and outstanding customer support. I've been using it for two years across four different locations, and the few issues I've encountered were promptly resolved by the highly responsive technical support team. Performance is good, and the features are comprehensive for my needs.

Nachteile

While it may be considered somewhat basic compared to some competitors, I have no complaints about its functionality.

NAKIVO engineers connect with you and go over your install and configuration and can schedule this free service any time after install to go over anything you have questions about. My biggest pro is you can go from texting support in the program or website to having a tier 3 engineer connecting to your computer to help with any issues that arise in minutes not hours.

Nachteile

No Cons as of today, have had couple errors that popped up and support was connected and resolved within minutes.

The onboarding with support was most impressive with NAKIVO. You also have an account manager you can talk to any time, and he will issue any licenses you would like to try or extend and get an engineer on the phone for any questions or concerns.

Vorteile

It is running under linux, therefore you can deploy it really fast. The Director and Transporter paradigm makes it convinient to set up in different environments, from air gapped clusters, to edge servers and more.

Nachteile

It does not support RBD as a storage repository out of the box, I am still waiting on that option to be available.

The price was very favourable. There was a perpetual licence option and then we just pay a yearly support cost which includes updates.

its good in its UI, easy to configure and very good performance. Its core is absolutely steady and amazing. easy console to extend the backup repository. Reporting or analytics feature is just great on this.

Nakivo stands top with its UI or we call it Administration Console and great performance of its core then the modules

It's very easy to use, Easy to download and easy to deploy. Agent method installation are very easy.(push method). also best for the migration and replication. Retention and schedule policies are easy to configure and understandable.

Job errors are not easily understandable. It will use local drive space while enable the compression ratio in repository policy.

I have been using the product for approximately 6 months and I was easily able to develop the configuration of the application, both for backups and for replication. I recently had the need to recover a VM and it worked perfectly, I also make replicas on a remote site and it works very well, the other thing I like about the product is the simple way to make my backup jobs immutable

If we can enabled the Data size reduction option (Compression ration) while doing repository creation, then we need to keep the more space in program drive. It has tacking the size while doing backup with compression and due to which drive can get full and console can stuck.

NAKIVO suites our needs for easy back-up management for a reasonable price and it is highly recommended for SME business that looks value for money.
