Ich arbeite im Sponsoring der NÜRNBERGER und mir gefällt am besten am 4ALLPORTAL, dass wir hier ein zentrales Tool mit allen notwendigen und zur Verfügung stehenden Dokumenten, Bildern, Videos, Produktinformationen aber auch Sponsor-Partner-Informationen. Das ist zum Einen für uns intern ein enorm wichtiger Baustein zur sauberen Dokumentation und Bearbeitung bei Kampagnen etc. Auf der anderen Seite können wir aber aus dem 4ALLPORTAL heraus auch direkt unseren Kooperationspartnern Dateien und Informationen per Mail schicken; ohne dass diese ein eigenes Konto beim 4ALLPORTAL brauchen.

Nachteile

Ich habe einen kleinen Wermutstropfen bei der Verwendung der Suche im 4ALLPORTAL. Denn ich muss bei relativ allgemeinen Suchen für meine Einschätzung einfach zu lange auf das Suchergebnis warten. Klar, funktioniert das besser, je mehr Suchfilter man nutzt und die Ergebnisse vorab entsprechend einschränkt. Allerdings geht das oft gar nicht besonders tief bei meiner Nutzung. Zum Glück ist das aber kein Problem für unsere externen Partner, da diese einfach deutlich weniger Inhalte freigeschaltet bekommen, die sie überhaupt durchsuchen können. Aber ansonsten bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Tool und nutze es mehrmals die Woche für meine Arbeit.

Vorteile

Es kann viel angepasst werden, sobald man die Logik verstanden hat.
Das System wirkt aufgeräumter als das vorherige System.
Es gibt gute Funktionen für die Massenbearbeitung (Ordnerbasierte Verschlagwortung, Hebelfunktion zur Abbildung von Filtern, Freigabestatus für die leichte Verwendung der Assets)

Nachteile

Es ist langsamer als das vorherige System.
Es ist an einigen Stellen buggy, so verschwinden bereits generierte Vorschaubilder ohne erkennbar Grund. Auch hat die Generierung der Vorschaubilder bei knapp 120.000 Assets sehr lange gedauert.
Das Backend für die Administration ist leider nicht so übersichtlich.
Gerade beim Upload von vielen Dateien kommt es zu Fehlern
Der Warenkorb und die Sammlungen sind im Ansatz gut gedacht, aber noch nicht so passend für den eigentlichen Arbeitsablauf.

Wir verwenden 4ALLPORTAL, um unsere Dateien (DAM) zu verwalten und unsere Produktinformationen (PIM) zu pflegen. Das 4ALLPORTAL wurde angepasst und mit unserem Firmenlogo und unseren Farben versehen. So wurde die Software schnell als "Teil von uns" akzeptiert und genutzt. Dateien und Informationen werden nun schnell und selbstständig gefunden. Viele Aufgaben sind automatisiert. Wir pushen Informationen aus dem 4ALLPORTAL direkt in viele andere Kanäle.

Nachteile

Das 4ALLPORTAL ist der Ferrari unter den DAM/PIM-Softwares. Die Möglichkeit, DAM und PIM in einer Software zu haben, ist unschlagbar. Für eine effiziente Nutzung von Tag 1 an, sollte die Einarbeitung in 4ALLPORTAL mit einem Berater erfolgen. Hier können 4ALLPORTAL und seine Implementierungspartner helfen!

Vorteile

Die erste Hemmschwelle bei 4ALLPORTAL war für uns die erste Kontaktaufnahme. Die Software wirkt sehr komplex und so fragten wir uns, ob es die Lösung ist, die wir brauchten. Nachdem wir unsere Anforderungen mitgeteilt haben, wurde uns in einer Live-Demo bereits ein auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnittenes, individuelles 4ALLPORTAL gezeigt. Wir reibten uns verwundert die Augen und fragten uns „so simpel ist die Lösung?". Die Antwort war: JA!

4ALLPORTAL ist eine Enterprise Software und somit nicht die günstigste DAM oder PIM Software am Markt. Jedoch vereint 4ALLPORTAL so viele Anforderungen und skaliert mit dem Wachstum von Unternehmen, dass man sich mittel und langfristig viele Sorgen und Geld spart. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Nachteile

Anfangs war unser Team etwas überfordert wie 4ALLPORTAL unsere Arbeit noch besser unterstützen kann. Hier gibt es mittlerweile Termine mit einem festen Ansprechpartner von 4ALLPORTAL um zu evaluieren wie die Software weiter optimiert oder ausgebaut werden kann.

Versand von E-Tickets. Bilder, wenn sie gut verschlagwortet sind, übersichtlich zu finden. Einbau von Fotos in PPT-Präsentationen leicht möglich!

Nachteile

Einige Features der Suche sind optimierungsfähig. Das System springt oft zum Anfang zurück, man beginnt also wieder ganz von neuem. Schlagwortsuche funktioniert nur ansatzweise.

Vorteile

Das Tool bietet eine großartige Möglichkeit, Mediendateien zentral zu verwalten und auszutauschen, was den Dateien- und Informationsaustausch innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens erheblich erleichtert. Darüber hinaus ist die Software sehr benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv zu bedienen, was zu einer verbesserten Organisation der Dateien und schnellerem Zugriff für interne und externe Benutzer führt. Eine weitere Stärke der Software ist ihre Leistungsfähigkeit und schnelle Verfügbarkeit von Informationen, die die Arbeitsabläufe verbessert. Ich kann das DAM von 4allportal nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Nachteile

Trotz gründlicher Überlegung und genauer Betrachtung der Software, fällt es mir schwer nennenswerte Nachteile zu finden. Einzig die Anpassung von Metadaten und Rollen erfordert etwas Übung, was jedoch angesichts des hohen Nutzens der Software vernachlässigbar ist.

The data modeling enables different user groups to search based upon the natural language of each department creating a great user experience for each group. Their workflow and annotations within the platform allows the users to create works in progress (WIP) within the DAM instead of using an outside tool.

I recommend conducting business analysis before implementing the solution so that the business use cases are captured and configured into the system.

It is easy to use and navigate. I like being able to customize my dashboard. The category feature is very helpful for breaking up types of content that you could find.The bread crumb feature is also very helpful. The design is very intuitive. The selection to download feature is my favorite because it is so easy to use.

No real complaints here about usability. We have been able to get everything we need from the experience.

Very efficient for managing marketing materials. Searchability through multiple search types is guaranteed. The duplicate search avoids unnecessary double data storage.
