I love how all I have to do is input the numbers and quickbooks handles the rest.

Nachteile

I did not like the fact I could not enter the information mannualy.

The reports could be much better to manipulate in excel.
It is crying out for a better practice manager. It is a new feature but hopefully will get better - namely reminders for filing dates etc
The columns often don't fit in the page, but there is loads of white space between them.
Can't have a year end mid month

I use for it everything. Inventory,business travel, gas receipt's and more. I could not dare give nothing but 5 stars.

Nothing bad to say at all. If anything it would be I wish I could find other smart ways to use Quickbooks.

Quickbooks makes it super easy to track income and expense. Also, using Quickbooks for payroll is pretty streamlined and allows for easy submission to the IRS.

A little pricey when it's time to upgrade to a newer version every few years.

This software has helped me manage my small business expenses and allows me to keep track in real time. I love the app that I downloaded makes it super easy for me to upload my receipts.

The thing that is best about the software is the ease of use. It is super easy to use even if you don't have an accounting background. All the icons you select from are pretty self-explanatory

The thing that is not great about the software is that you can change transactions that happened in the past. You are able to delete things that you shouldn't be able to delete based on the accounting rules.

ease of use. You don't get bogged down w jargon you don't need to hear about they get straight to the point and you answer questions with ease.

I never received my refund from my home state. Maybe it was incorrectly filed or maybe bureaucracy's fault.

Reliable and Easy to Use. Has all the modules needed for most businesses. Has the ability to delete transactions which makes it easy to correct mistakes.

Price is much higher than it used to be. Now only available as an annual lease. Payroll is very complete, but it would be nice to have more HR features. There should also be a QuickBooks CRM package by now, not just and add-on.

I love the fact that when it comes time for taxes, it all fills in. The ease of using QuickBooks is so simple anyone can use it. If you need answers, they are there to help you find them. They will guide you through the beginning if you need help, but it is easy enough.

The only problem I had was when someone paid extra money, and where could I put it, because the program did not like it on that invoice. Solved by calling customer service.

I love how this program tracks your everyday business from your milage that you use on your car to receipts saved for all your taxes information at the end of the year.

That you constantly have to have good WiFi or data inorder to to record and save your information for tax season.

Great product, has simplified my work experience. Very intuitive software. Easy for me to send company files electronically. Organizes all my files for when I need to file taxes. Very easy to use, straightforward and great advice section to help if you are having any problems.

Would like the system to be cloud based. System can be unstable when handling large amounts of data. I would also like to see the app have more features like the online version.

Easy to install and navigate. All the tools are needed to manage accounting for a small business or for personal use. I have used Quickbooks for both. Over the years the this software solution has been a breeze to use.

Sometimes it may be tricky to find exactly how to find certain options, but with support you can always find and learn all Quickbooks has to offer.

Windows based, so it's very user friendly. Love that you can export to Excel. Easy to set-up. Really like that you can limit access to different users. The ability to scan files and attach them within QB is fantastic.

Titles of some of the preloaded reports can be confusing, but they're still very easy to run the report you need. Customer Support is somewhat difficult to navigate. I find it's easier to google a question than try and use customer support.

I love how quickly I am able to be invoiced after my vendors complete their work.

I don't like that I have to click a link to access the invoices that are e-mailed to me. I would much rather have the pdf copy sent via email.

QuickBooks has been a great product for the organization for the past 5 years. Updates and upgrades are consistent and are applied with relative ease. In the event of necessary support, the QuickBooks support line is always available and has helped where needed.

I was put in charge of handling billing, and payroll for my department, Quick books makes life really simple for me to do that. I fill out the forms, follow the instructions and Viola! Its done. Its very self explanatory. It keeps track of all the things I need it to keep track of, and its made my life a lot easier.

You can make changes to an entry after it is posted by changing the original entry, rather than a requirement to make a journal entry

Considering you could achieve 90% of what QuickBooks provides with an Excel spreadsheet, it's pretty expensive. If you don't have the budget, there are free versions that will accomplish what you need to account for finances.

I love the report functions, the ease of data entry, and the quick glance of the company on the home dashboard. I recently started using the mobile app as well and it has proven to be helpful if I'm out and about and away from my laptop.

Occasionally the default fill ins when working in expenses is troublesome but that can easily be deleted.

However, when I went to do something, it wasn't horribly intuitive to figure out how to do most things. It often took some poking around and trial and error and even after I figured it out, it didn't feel like that should have been the right way to do whatever I was doing.

I think the only con I have is the option to receive emails with notifications about bills of the day, that's not exists.

I get invoices on a daily basis and having quickbooks to easily being able to input them within a matter of minutes and tracking everything has made life a lot easier.

Sometimes I would delete invoices but it would take multiple attempts to clear them off the home screen because of glitches sometimes.
