If you don't need to contact customer service, life is good.

Love! Love! Love!
Quick books has made my life so much easier. I am thrilled we were recommended this product.
Vorteile
When we first started our business I was overwhelmed with all the accounting bookwork that I was about to face. Quick books made me feel at ease as it was easy to navigate through. Creating and tracking invoices became second nature to me. I love the software!
Nachteile
At first I was overwhelmed. There were so many options that I had not even thought of. Learning to design the layout for invoices was a bit tricky to me at first but I may have just got in my own head.

Used Quickbooks when freelancing, then began using it for the company I now work. It's easy.
Most of the items that are needed are available. The layouts of the screens are conducive for our day to day operations.
Vorteile
Ease of use. Easy to setup, conversion from old software is easy. Could start using Quickbooks right away with very little training. More than one person can use Quickbooks without causing hiccups for other users.
Nachteile
Custom reports not as easy to do. The help is not always "clear" however with a little experimenting the issues are resolved.

Best Solution I've Found
I use Quickbooks constantly for both of our businesses to help keep track of our profitability and expenses. I love it!
Vorteile
I like how they guide you through the set up process and show you how to do everything. It's much less intimidating than I thought it would be.
Nachteile
There were a few things I wish they offered more suggestions on, like reconciling expenses and categorizing certain things.

Full Functionality with most businesses. It is good for detailed reporting and overall accounting usage.

Touted as a manufacturing program. However, it lacks the job costing functionality for a true manufacturing environment. Lacks diversity in the key areas of labor costing, & true build assemblies unless you pay by the job and bill a % or Amount over Cost. Cannot bill a flat fee or job cost time if employees are paid hourly.

I really Injoy the ease of access for quickbooks. The invoicing was really a simple process...
Updated account information on all customers announced that were outstanding and ease of access of usage

I really like the ease of access to the invoices kept a running total of all the payments as well as the invoices outstanding.
Nachteile
What I like least about this software was the fact that it did not give you not opportunity to take off a discounted rate for in advance or a discount due to the event. In the trucking industry, this is a very important aspect of invoicing and recording income into the business.

Review of Quickbooks Online
Quickbooks Online is very intuitive. The developers seem to have prevented any possible quirks. Getting up and running on a daily basis did not require a manual or any special instructions. Using QBO saves not must money but also valuable time.

Easy to use, good reporting, familiar for most accounting related personnel, and the cloud based software allows for accessibility, seamless upgrades, and storage anywhere in the world.

Quickbooks POS - Not Best For Retail
We feel stuck with Quickbooks POS at this point, we wish we had a different system that was newer and had more advanced features, but the cost to switch systems is too great.

We have used Quickbooks POS for 10+ years, the system is reliable and maintains our inventory and customer database.
Nachteile
Intuit forces you to buy licenses at a very high cost. Everytime there is an update you end up losing good features, the last three updates have made the program worse instead of better

Easy to Use but really bad customer service
It is convenient but their customer service needs more training. I love to be able to just scan my receipts and go on to the next task.

I liked that it is very easy to use, specially the mobile application. I love that it is very convenient and all you have to do is scan your receipt and pretty much the system categorizes them when once you have setup rules! It makes it so much easier and saves you time!
Nachteile
I hate the customer service and support. Not sure if it is due to the current situation in the country but their support sucks. I reached out to request a data migration and the representative had me waiting simultaneously for about two hours. Apparently she did not have the access to process the request and she had to reach out to supervisor to do so. Also the request took several days which was inconvenient since I had to wait to file income taxes.

Overall, this product has allowed us to really solidify our accounts payable and receivable all in one place!
Vorteile
We really love that it can coordinate with the software we use for inventory management as well as Purchase Orders. It integrates easily and allows us to see what has been paid and what needs to be paid as well as it allows us to pull reports easily!
Nachteile
The hardest time is sometimes our software doe not cooperate with Quickbooks, but that could be more at the end of the other product we use as sometimes it messes up balances depending on if something is discounted.

Easy to use, and simplifies the headaches around accounting. I have no background in accounting - but this software is very easy to use for payroll and inventory management.

It would be good to have more options around the SaaS version, but I can't complain about the cost - it does everything I need it to.

Seeming Outdated
Vorteile
Very easy to navigate and the fact that everything can be put into numerical order makes navigating faster.
Nachteile
Freezes often, the amount they charge is insane and not worth the features offered. Unless you have Quickbooks online you cant access your data unless your at the office where the administrator is. Can only have one company open at once (if you have more than one LLC.) Customer service is also a pain to get in touch with.

Easy to Use
It's been great. It allows me to take care of all of my bookkeeping and the ease of use for invoicing is fantastic. Not quite sure what I'd be doing without it.

I love how easy Quickbooks is to use and all of the resources available online. I get hung up on a few problems from time to time but I'm always able to find what I'm looking for online. There's plenty of online tutorials that walk me through exactly what I'm looking for.
Nachteile
I think that the initial layout of the home screen isn't as intuitive as I would have hoped, but there's a learning curve for everything. After a couple of weeks of use, it felt normal.

I loved it!!
Excellent App!!
The best bookkeeping app ever
Vorteile
I love how it keeps up with my mileage since I do rideshare. It doesn't bug me after every trip, I simply go in when I get time & enter whether it's a business or personal trip. I also LOVE how you can take pics of your receipts & it'll log them for you. I haven't went any further or added my bank acct yet b/c I have to handle fraud on my acct but I'm sure I'll love it once I get further into other aspects of the app!!

Found the Software very easy to use. There are so many reports you can't generate that are very helpful. So far I prefer the desktop version however I'm getting use to the online version.

Definitivamente Quickbooks me hizo mi vida más fácil! Realmente no soy contador, pero estoy a cargo de la nómina y los impuestos de la empresa que trabajo. Calcula el impuesto deducido de cada cheque de pago y calcula y paga los impuestos por mí. Ahorro tiempo y me hace el trabajo más sencillo, ¡Este sistema es Excelente! Recomendado 100%.

Siendo veraz y objetivo, no hay nada que me guste, realmente me ayuda mucho en lo que hago, Puedo hacer mi labor contable en solo unos minutos sin preocuparme sin preocuparme de algún error cometido.

THOUGH IT'S A LITTLE PRICEY AND THE FAQ QUESTIONS AREN'T ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL, THE EASY TO USE AND STRONG BENEFITS OF THE SOFTWARE FAR OUTWEIGHS ALL OF THE MINOR LIMITATIONS.

Lots of possibilities & functions, easily laid out
Vorteile
This software is capable of a lot of things for our firm, multiple user accounts make it where we can use simutaniously with our accountants, being able to remotely log in, lots of great features.
Nachteile
Since this program is capable of a lot of different functions and settings it can sometimes get overwhelming. We use a company that helps with questions and answers which is great for learning how to do things in different/easier ways.

An expensive headache.
I no longer see any benefits since the API requires us to update it randomly throughout the day.
Vorteile
The best thing about QuickBooks is that it does what it's supposed to do. Track money and expenses. In that regard, my company couldn't have asked for more.
Nachteile
Connecting QuickBooks to our client's website was a messy and expensive mess. None of the documentation was up to date and after three months we're still trying to figure out how we can move from QuickBooks without causing more expensive loses. If you haven' tried to API, don't.

When it's good it's great, when it's bad it's really bad.
About 50/50 on the benefits vs headaches of clients using quickbooks software, sometimes it is QB problem, other's user error.
Vorteile
The desktop version is very user friendly. Self explanatory and ease of use just need to know how to write a check to use the basic functions.
Nachteile
They are trying to push the online version and it is less user friendly, easily messed up when importing transactions from multiple accounts and you can't adjust anything in the online payroll.

Why quickbooks enterprise works
Vorteile
My favorite feature is the direct deposit for our employees. Our employees have been asking for this feature for years and quickbooks enterprise make it so easy.
Nachteile
The learning curve was somewhat difficult but I was able to overcome my insecurities and prevail in learning the software.

It was very easy and interesting.
You can have better adaptability by using the product. It is really very easy to use. I recommend it to everyone.

This software seemed very easy to use, besides being very practical. It is quite efficient and its quality is second to none.

What I liked least about the product was the customer service or support for the consumer, the truth is deficient.

Pretty good experience overall. Have occasional issues with launches.
It really saves me time inputting transactions - very intuitive. Besides, I even think of a competing product worth mentioning.
Vorteile
Once launched it is easy and quick to use. I don't have to spend a lot of time inputting transactions. In addition, I can share the data with my accountant for tax filings.
Nachteile
Issues with launch. Over the last 2 years, I have had to download and use the Quickbooks Doctor software (to "fix" whatever issue was hanging it up) about 6 times.
