Great Product for the price!

It's a truly decent programming for organizations. Quickbooks is a magnificent bookkeeping device. I gave it a 5 star for usability simply because it took some inventive speculation to order family uses inside a business domain.

I use the software almost every day. I have a wide variety of clients who do their own books and almost all are able to use qb regardless of their experience with accounting. It's nice to have many clients in the same platform.

For someone who's never really done accounting for a business before this could be someone overwhelming. I had to pay for extra training to be able to use the software. But it does what it is supposed to and does it very well.

I like that I can have all the administrator, cost and invoicing in one place. CRM is not a required from my point of view as though you place everything in one place then more often than not it begins to need personalization.

I use it for a church to pay company bills and payroll.

Popular for a reason

I find QuickBooks easy to set up and use. Recommend using a ProAdvisor for best results. QuickBooks Online is being updated regularly so if not a good fit for you today, check again soon! New features rolling out regularly.

QuickBooks Makes NonAccountant Look Like A Pro

As a small business owner, I tried both Quicken and QuickBooks. QuickBooks was, by far, the best product in ease of use, functionality, features and support, and it made me look great! Quicken was hard to use and confusing.

Quality at a cost

I believe quickbooks is the best accounting software for busines use but this comes with some caveats. It is not the most user friendly and if you have questions they will help you but you have to pay them for their answers

I have never regretted the decision to purchase a subscription to Quickbooks Online. It has a comfortable layout and user interface, not intimidating for novices. Customer support is always reliable and extremely patient.

Good but needs improvement

It has some cool features like integrated with the Bank and reconciliation of accounts. However, it need a improvement for the invoicing, bills, tagging bills with invoicing. It should also calculate the pre/estimated tax.

I have used quickbooks pro. I am happy. For small business owners, it has True accounting, Robust feature set, Hundreds of reports, Strong reputation. The learning curve is steep and customer support is spotty at best.

Overall the program provides the options that I need and ones that I don't for when I do need them it is efficient and effective in most ways could be navigated easier but that is to say the most about its improvement needed if any at all.

I had a hard time getting a hang of Quickbooks but I am able to call in each time I have a question and they are great to help me understand!

Best option!

I run a small business and Quickbooks allows me to do my bookkeeping without hiring out. It can take a little time to get it set just the way you want it but overall it is easy to use. There is a nice support forum too.

Crashes way too much. Ads are annoying (finally figured out how to turn off). Get error messages that make no sense. Have had to hard boot out on occasions. Not really user friendly, without some sort of training.

I've been using QuickBooks for about 5 years now. Overall, I feel it's fairly easy to use. My favorite feature is using the charts to see how my business has grown over the years. This a great product for any novice!

Fairly simple

More or less it was easy to use and intuitive however some areas did require more explanation than given. Also, the software was not Asmara compatible as I thought it would be. It would not work with payroll online.

QuickBooks is a user-friendly program that is easy to learn fairly quickly.

Really - made for dummies. The one time I needed customer support they weren't super responsive or extensive, but I don't mind because I am really illiterate when it comes to this and they make it simple for dummies.

I grew up using QuickBooks, and like most early adopters didn't love QBO when it first launched. It's become much more user friendly over time, and their compatibility with other apps is expanding, which is awesome.
