I really enjoy the customer service level from Intuit. They are very responsive and friendly. The product had very few things that were unclear but the reps were very knowledgeable.

Some of the interfaces on the backend with banking information and ACH is difficult to use and understand.

There were no pros about it. It was not the best.

You had to pay to use it. The prices were high. I would rather use turbo tax.

QB pro easy to use. On line QB still getting used to. Unable to do on line bill pay which was the reason for purchase. That is the disappointment.

Unable to use on line bill pay. Moving around the software is confusing and not as intuitive as QB pro.

The set up for this software took less time than I expected. I liked that you were offered step-by-step instructions. It was pretty easy to figure out, even if you're not very "tech savvy."

There should be an easier way to get support while installing the program. Perhaps an added "help here" feature for FAQs.

Ease of use! Everything is very intuitive and their knowledge base is an excellent tool available to use when you need a little extra assistance.

Cost. I love the product and really believe nothing else on the market compares to QuckBooks. With that being said, I can always use a discount to save a few bucks!

I am not good in accountant, but this software doesn't let me feel this, so overall it's user friendly and its good in keeping records, I can easily manage past record with this software

The fact that you can download bank and credit card information is such an incredible feature and saves so much time for me and my employees.

There are quite a few problems when trying to match bill payments to outstanding invoices. You have to be extremely careful or else you'll make quite a few mistakes.

The basic version of QuickBooks is designed for the user with limited accounting and financial needs. Therefore, it does not offer all the accounting processes used by professional accountants.

The software, both accounting and payroll are easy to use and the UI is straight forward. It is also affordable compared to the competition. Love that it is both Accounting and Payroll all in one place.

This is a great accounting software and it really helps figuring out many ratios and exporting to excel helps with projects.

There are a lot of features and training can be very intense for people who have not used this software, however there are many training guides on hows to use the many functions.
