quickbooks has made our business operations far less demanding. The use reports are fantastically useful as far as following the effectiveness of our groups.

Quickbooks tells you how to do the accounting. So easy to use and so logical. You don't have to be an accountant to understand and use it. A must to have.

I personally didnt find it helpful for my small business and my particular type of business. I think however for some businesses it could be very valuable.

Quickbooks is great for small business with simple transactions. If you are a company that resells or does professional services, it may not work for you.

Love the Auto Emails

I look forward to the automated emails containing all my client's overdue bills and don't have to worry about logging in each week to check. Simplicity!

Easy to learn, hard to master

The software typically requires a course or to hire an expert in order to get the full functionality. It was difficult to get beyond basic data entry.

We use QuickBooks to make transactions at our clinic. My favorite thing about it is how easy it is to correct mistakes! Doesn't take very long either.

I have been using this program for years for the books for several of my clients. It is easy to use and integrates well with sevral programs I use.

Great software , easy and quick to use.

Never seen such a great product compacted into one, its great and efficient.
It also has the best GUI that I have seen, I can do my taxes quickly.

Over priced

Good product but don't need 3 year life cycle. Great payroll service however they require you to buy a new version to use the paid payroll service.
