Confusing at first

Used for school

Great product.

We were unsure what accounting software to use for our rental business and gave the free trail of QuickBooks a shot. It did just about everything I hoped it would do and was pretty easy to figure out. What wasn't obvious was easy to find in the instructions or just a chat away with customer service.

Have used for years, love it!!

I have used Intuit (Quickbooks ) for 17 plus years. It is very easy to navigate and set up. Once all is set up it is a breeze to pay bills and employees along with invoicing.

Solid Software

This software is very consumer friendly and is built for a less tech savvy generation, with still enough functionality to make it applicable to those more technically inclined.

Great Tool but not innovative

I have been using QuickBooks for several years and the ease of learning and using this product has made my life a lot easier. You can print out any type of report you need.

Quickbooks!

I worked at a law firm awhile back. I used QuickBooks to handle the accounting for the firm-- it was a little tough to learn at first but overall got the hang of it quickly.

I'm really pleased with it!

The principal I utilize this kind of framework before I did it physically. Also, the framework it's exceptionally valuable and simple to utilize. I'm truly satisfied with it.

Having used this software for many years, I believe it is a great tool for any business. I transistioned to the online version this year and love the real-time capabilities.

Offers alot but not user friendly

Quickbooks does it all, sometimes more than a small business needs but it has alot of uses. However, we did not find it easy to use. We thought it was expensive for our use.

I find it to be a bit of a challenge to use. I have not had a chance to use to a tutorial, but I will soon.
We have many users and sometimes it makes it a bit clunky to use.

Quickbooks is Awesome!

I have been using this product for years to manage my small business finances as well as personal finances. It's a great tool for someone who needs help staying organized!

QuickBooks is okay

Easy to use

Easy to port from dispatching software for invoicing. Took a little getting used to but once everything was implemented, we were able to transfer everything automatically.

Sure this software is sometimes not for the faint of heart but I enjoy it and find it quite easy to use. Customer service is also top notch. I would highly recommend it!

This app has some good functionality, mainly around banking functions, but not being able to do payroll was disappointing. The app is confusing and not very user friendly

We use it for invoicing and keeping track of our company expenses. All of our estimates are created through here as well and it is a good system to keep us all on track.

I love quickbooks. I have been using it for awhile now and I have no issues with it. Customer support can be an issue sometimes but lately they have picked up the slack.

Great accounting and payroll system!

Works well, but there are now so many other options for this type of service, even other Intuit products that it's no longer the leading and best option for most people.

Used quick books for years, then branched off to other payroll and accounting software. Easy to use, customer support is a click away, and not a bad value for the money.

WOW! So easy!!

We were using an accountant every 2 weeks to process payroll....This was so easy to use!! We switched and I'm so happy we did...not only does it save time but money.

Out of date

File is to large and possibly corrupt. Intuit does not support older desktop versions. We are having to search for new software and begin a file accounting file.
