I used Skedda in the shared offices that I held my meetings in. It was fairly easy and it made things systematic.

Nachteile

What I dont like is because Skedda has made the room booking process so easy, some people abuse it by booking rooms but end up not using it. I find myself looking at empty "booked" rooms.

Quick and easy, I even like the little messages you get when you have booked something in! It is very easy to edit or cancel bookings too, which I like

Nachteile

None that I can think of, other then not being able to see all spaces on one screen, when you have a few different ones.

In my office we have 3 different small companies sharing the same office space. Skedda helps us organize all of our calendars so that everyone can reserve spaces for when they need it on one calendar.

Nachteile

There are some basic features you are only able to do as an admin that I think should be available to all, for example deleting recurring events.

Great package - simple to use - by far the best of the booking packages I have used - thoroughly recommend.

This software was so easy to set up and implement, great reviews from all my users. Managing meeting rooms and offices on over 6 level of building was difficult before, now with Skedda i do not have to worry!

Nachteile

for what i have been using it for, managing 5 spaces in 1 building. there are 0 cons with this product.
Possibly to add pictures/thumbnails to each space for users to see before booking ?

Shared spaces are easier to manage using this tool as it works on a first come first served basis. Bookings are also time framed reducing conflicts.

Nachteile

This app performs as expected. I did not discover any errors or issues whilst using it. I think its really great.

I really like the clarity and simplicity of the Skedda software. It's easily set up to suit different situations. And, it's free! Great for a small community club like ours.

The only real disadvantage is that users can't see who else has booked a space. We got around it by giving reliable members the admin login.

I run a multi-discipline clinic with over 30 therapists. Up till now they would text me their room bookings and my life was not my own. They now book direct onto the Skedda software and even the most IT phobic have got to grips with it easily.

Nachteile

There is very little we like about the software. Sometimes on a mobile it's a bit cumbersome to select a room number as the dropdown menu comes out illegible due to being too narrow a measure.

Vorteile

What I like most about Skedda is that they have figured out a way to make their offering simple and robust at the same time. It's super simple to log in and move bookings, but you're also provided with tons of tracking options which is really helpful.

Really no complaints here. Skedda has been a pleasant surprise and provides a lot of different options.

I enjoy the flexibility and ease of use. The options for privacy and members are all very well thought out and easily customizable for user needs. Even our most technologically challenged staff are able to navigate and book the room needed.

Whenever I had any questions a quick email was sent and within the day it was replied. I have fully appreciate the response time from the Skedda staff.

Nachteile

The pricing can be steep for some companies who are in the education or non commission companies.

Beautifully laid out and everything other than the pricing conditions has been a breeze. Luckily the support team has been there to help with the (many) inquiries I've​ had regarding this and gone out of her way to fix them for me time and time again.

It is a service that is very easy to configure and use! It is like an immediate response to any question you may have and excellent customer service that is worth noting.

Some people have had problems resetting their password when they forgot it. When you need to interrupt a series, delete it from the date it was selected.

Our office needed a way to manage the reservations of meeting spaces and conference rooms and this program is perfect. Easy to use and does what we want.

It is so simple to use and you update a whole year of regular bookings in a matter of seconds

It would be great if when booking slots, we could change the colour of the boxes to make it instantly recognizable who has booked

An easy to use but functional piece of software. The free version is completely adequate for our croquet club to organise bookings for our courts.

Users tell me the process around logging in and resetting their password is a bit clunky. They end up phoning me to do it for them.,,

I used this tool daily to reserve call booths as a Remote Year traveler. It's easy to use, and involves minimal clicks to book a space!

Sometimes I cannot cancel an event after booking it, but I think that's an admin-level setting, and not Skedda's fault.

Very user-friendly, If you make a mistake it lets you know, so you can easily make corrections. The Technical support are very helpful and always there to assist you.

I would like to be able to print out the data for stats, for example: if I had a repeat booking it would just show dates and repeat booking without every showing every booking in detail.

Ease of use. It is idiot proof. I deployed it and I have had few users asking how to use it. And people at my office are quite tech averse...

It allows the software to be used for free if you have 5 spaces/resources. I wish it were 10! I suggest you do a trial with a pilot group using the free trial before you deploy it just to be sure it will work for you...

Very user friendly. Easy to learn in minutes with little to no experience needed. I'm new to the software because of a change in management but that doesn't stop me from using the program at all. I feel like I've used this software before despite being new to the company and only have been exposed for a week.

Allows multiple users to remotely view and book the pitches and facilities at our football club. The pitches can be broken down to 1/4 and 1/2 pitch sections and relationships setup to avoid cross bookings.

Nachteile

Standard users can't see who has made pitch bookings. Should be able to zoom out on schedule to see whole day.

How easy it is to understand . Minimal learning curve. It was easy to get our 25 practitioners on board with their smartphones as well.

I really can't think of any. I guess it would be good if it integrated with other calendars. It might, but I just haven't found how yet.

The private practice I work at recently started using this software to manage our schedules of when someone is going to use a room in the office. It has been so helpful with organization and allowed us to be more at ease with the knowledge that we will have a room reserved for when we schedule an appointment. It has been a great tool to help us manage and plan things.

I was not able to easily find how to delete an appointment when I needed to remove it.

It's easy to add and see each booking, and to make changes as needed. My whole staff uses it with ease.

I wish the monthly tab displayed more like a traditional calendar, otherwise I think it is a great product.

We were looking for an easy and self service system to book rooms. Skedda fits in perfectly with our needs, it is very easy to use and has saved us a lot of admin work.

This app is great for shared spaces or boardrooms as it allows for a convenient way to book usage of facilities. The easy to use web portal is very user friendly

I think this app should allow basic users to be able to see who has booked a slot instead of just reflecting that the venue is in use and hiding the rest of the details

Its free, but that doesn't detract from the value that it provides in any way. Its the simplest, and easiest booking management software I've ever used.

Would be nice to show a month overview on a calender type format similar to how google calenders work.

It allows me to organize the multiple rental spaces and event spaces among the entire museum. We are not overbooking space any longer!

That you only get so many rooms for free. Of course, we can purchase a premium package to get the extra features but I only need 1 or 2 more slots.

People have a little difficulties in booking the room. However they are able to find it and reserve the room.
