Really Simple, Really Good
Time and time again Chris and the team have gone out of the way (and sometimes far beyond what would be expected) to look after us. It has been very easy for us to scale up and expand a lot of our work in the system, and we are in the process of simplifying a lot of the workload for our teams by integrating it with other software. Being able to bulk import data is great for an organisation as large as ours, and would happily recommend it to companies both big and small!

Easy to use and flexible software
Vorteile
The best things for us about the software are the ability to adapt it to our specific business needs; the API with our CMS makes life a lot simpler and the interface for users is intuitive and clear.
Nachteile
It doesn't do everything we would like it to, but that it because of our specific business needs, rather than the fault of the software.

I have found the system useful to track sales opportunities, and each dealing with each account
All info for accounts kept in one safe place and tracking opportunities

I like that I can keep all my account information in one safe place and I like the webinars, and support offered.
Nachteile
Reports! I find them to be a bit tedious to set up. I have been trying to see my sales in 2018 and have found it difficult

Dont waste your time
The UI is really terrible, not worth the time.
Vorteile
It had sme really useful CRM features but not better than a Zendesk.
Nachteile
They advertise a free forever version but it really does not exist , its just a 14 day trial and they really just want to get you into a one of their most expensive plans.

Once the free trial is over, you're automatically enrolled onto our free CRM plan which is (as we advertise) free forever for up to 2 users.

Simple & effective CRM!
I love how you can really make the CRM work for you by customising fields. Any issues i've had have always been dealt with in the same day in a quick and efficient manner.
If you are looking for something that you can tweak to really help your business that is also great value for money this is the CRM for you!

Software review
I never imgaine how easy your sofware would be. I have tried a number of different ones. This seems to give me more the dge on how simple it can be. Even my team found it enjoyable and amamzed how easy it was too. The system is not over technical easy to follow and digest. So yes great experience

Dashboard set out neat and tidy. Easy to follow. Also has a lot to offer as extra features to pay for which I don't mind. As long as it able to deliver what I needed.
Nachteile
None at present. Yet to test and see how it goes as I go along.

Generally good, with excellent customer service experience.
Versatile product that can be customised, which we have done to some degree but will need to do even further. Very good customer service in this regard.
Does what it says on the tin, providing with a basic CRM system.
We would generally need more training to fully be able to utilise the features offered, ideally as stored training sessions/manuals we can refer back to. So far the webinars have been good, but not comprehensive and also not addressing issues we may have at a later date.
For a company like ours, selling a professional service, where every product the client buys is tailored and much of our sales is ongoing collaboration, (rather than one-off sales) we have also found that the Opportunities page doesn't reflect this way of selling - it would also be useful to be able to log future sales per month or per year.

Doesn't allow you to have contact title in reports - contact name yes, but not contact title

In the report section you will find an option for User.Salutation or Contact.Salutation depending on what you are reporting on. This will include the title of the contact in your report. Kind regards

Good CRM but inadequate marketing package
I really like the CRM system as it has proved invaluable if a little complicated on the reporting side. I do have a gripe regarding the newsletter marketing tool as it is very much behind the times and the best one looks like a newsletter I used 5 years ago.
Please make it so that it has less problems with text not working correctly, image sizing issues and layout/template looking too old. We used Mailchimp previously which looked so much better and provided much better functionality. I know it doesn't provide a full data CRM package but having one great package with one substandard package is letting you down!

User friendly, does what it says on the tin.
This has transformed our department's day to day work flow. Everything is now on the database and easily to hand.
Vorteile
Set up and tailoring to our needs was extremely simple. It has been easy to add, delete, amend fields. We have been able to use the software in a slightly different way, but which suits our needs.
Nachteile
Would be great to be able to move the placement of fields on the form for a better flow of data / easier user experience.

RSS CRM gets straight to the point, it's very efficient and user friendly.
We needed an easy to use CRM system which got straight to the point without having - and paying for - all the unnecessary (for us) features and functions. The ability to customise the layout and headings etc. made it feel more like a custom-made solution.

Really Sinple ... Exactly that ...
I am a consultant with about 80 clients, I use this to manage updates on each account, tasks, activities etc, so although I don't use the complete package, I can see how useful it would be as a sales package

Simple to use, customisable, reliable and great that it can be run on a phone, tablet or pc, most useful out on the road
Nachteile
I don't use the sales or opportunities sections, but other than that, it is perfect for what I need

Quality and value for money
We have been using Really Simple Systems CRM for just under two years. Prior to that we had a bespoke online database. Although it took a little while to get used to free support (!) and to readjust the way we work with our new crm, we now really love it! The best thing is that after having to pay for every amendment, upgrades to the system are included in the price. I find the support team helpful and responsive and I would recommend them. We enjoy having an eshot system integrated into the database and although that was one of the advantages which has taken us longer to intergrate, we are now enjoying all its new features and hope to be using this from now on. It is a great system which is simple to use and yet ticks all the boxes.

Really Simple Systems supporting community project
As a not-for-profit community project, we are always looking for sponsors and supporters. Really Simple Systems when approached did not hesitate to support us. Their CRM product does exactly what we want. CRM has been really easy to implement, everyone in our small project uses it. Not only is it simple to use, but importing data is a doddle. They have thought very carefully about how to assist users of CRM make best use of their system. Our latest request for support was again responded to without hesitation, and now our blind founder of the project can input data into the CRM system. I highly recommend Really Simple Systems as both a provider of an excellent product and responsive after-sales support service.

First company CRM system
Really simple systems offers a easy to use basic CRM which was a good solution for us as we moved away from multiple spreadsheet management to a single point of customer data. We were able to quickly implement the system it provides a simple single point to upload and update customer account data. RSS is constantly striving to improve and are quick to look into any enquiries or requests we have made and have implemented several of our suggestions to improve the system.
The customer support team have always been friendly and helpful and always provided a solution to our queries.
Overall I think the system is a good value for money, easy to use and well supported by customer service team.

I particularly like the fact that the system is easy to customise. It makes the daily use a better experience and the data more meaningful.

The CRM could include a customisable Accounts view to enable for example customised views that show just those accounts in a particular post code, or `My Accounts' with a particular sector or type attribution.

Nice - Simple - Quick to get going
Vorteile
I like the fact that it's free up to a limited number rather than time. As a new start business the system has helped me keep track of my prospects and successfully turning them into customers by the time I reach 100 customers I will be able to justify the subscription.

I haven't found any negatives as yet but I am only a small business and not really using to the max.

Review of Really Simple Systems
we love this system. It is incredibly easy to use, to personalise and to create the reports that we need to keep control of the business.
But better still the staff at RSS have been massively helpful in customising our system in certain instances which involved changes to the program.
I have never experienced the quality and depth of service that RSS give us and all the staff seem to reflect that ethos. We find the IT team to be wonderfully polite, patient and helpful.

Really Simple - ans that's the truth
This is really helping to streamline our operations across the team.

the marketing module never should have seen the light of day. sending an eamil should be so...

accounts and contact management is great. beyond that...it is not very intuitive. in fact its very difficult and cumbersome.

Amazing that this is freely offered for up to 100 accounts
An introduction to using a Customer Relationship Management software. Previously this information and how I used it was in my head - which didn't help other people! Much easier to use a system.

it is relatively easy to use. I'm not the brightest on software but this is straightforward. The welcome video was very helpful, I've not used the offered webinars.

This CRM works for us
As a medium winery selling to a lot of wholesale accounts this system works for us very well.
We've just updated to Premium so that we can add more accounts. We like the simplicity , straight forward updating process and the ease of access.
Haven't had any need for actual customer service as the system is simple and easy to work out
I'd recommend to any business selling to repeat customers

Vorteile
The bulk upload of contacts is very quick and simple.
Nachteile
They do not always have someone to respond straight away. They do come back very quickly but sometimes you would like to sort immediately and on the phone.
I dont like having to put my company name in the very first screen when I have a log on already.

Really Simple for Small Business
I own a small business that requires a high level of documentation of activities and many tasks that must be done on time for each of my clients. I find Really Simple the perfect blend of business and simplicity for what I need. It is a great small business solution for CRM at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

Not only is the system great, but the customer service is head & shoulders above the competitio...
I spoke with a rep via the live chat feature about mailsync integration. Not only did I buy the service but John did an account review and found that I was paying for an unused feature. He not only suggested I turn it off but he put the credit towards my upgrade to mailsync! I'll be a customer as long as I am in business development!!!

The Best CRM I have used
From ease of customizing, to having a full email marketing platform built into their CRM, Really Simple Systems ("RSS") is hands-down the best CRM I have used. Any of the slight nuances that I would like to see addressed, they are already planning for in their next update. We reviewed 4 different CRMs and went with RSS primarily because of the built-in email marketing platform. Also, we have been really impressed with their customer service response time and availability especially given the fact we are in Florida and they are in the UK. Great job, RSS!

Does exactly what it says on the Tin
We have been using RSS for many years now and it has proved to be an excellent piece of software.
Not only are we able to customise and grow the system as much as we need from the comfort of our office but the support staff have been on hand to help us with changes as and when we have needed them.
RSS have spent time over the years developing the system to improve its functionality as well as adding in extra elements to help us support the work we do in managing our sales activity.
I would certainly recommend this system for any sme business

Simple but...
I have started using this CRM to keep track of my prospecting business calls. I have chosen the free edition of RSS because I could not afford to pay a monthly subscription and because it is compatible with XERO.

It does what it says on the tin

I still haven't managed to connect it to XERO! The process is not as simple as I would like it to be.

A smart little system
My company is new to using RSS, and enjoy the minimal style of the system.
There are frequent helpful webinars that you can attend to learn more about additional functionality, we have been told who our customer service advisor is (though have not yet had to ask them any questions).
There are a few things, such as the lack of automatic saving of contacts whilst typing, that mean the system can take a little while to get used to, but we look forward to learning more about what it is and what it can do.
