Cons
The search facility is only really effective if the syntax is exactly as recorded on the system but this is only a very minor gripe.

A New User
We switched to Really Simple Systems from Salesforce because it aligned with our needs more closely in terms of cost, service and adaptability.
My personal experience with the support team has been amazing and surpasses all my experiences with Salesforce.
Highly recommended. We use it to manage our niche offshore financial advisory practice and have found that it meets 95% of our needs 100% of the time.

Simple as it says
I introduced this as a start with plans to progress to a more detailed system at a later date. As a small company RSS has everything we need, we may never need to move over to another system.

Easy to use & good customer service
We started working with RSS this summer & have been happy with our choice. Its easy to use, support is of a high level, they have an API allowing us to bake RSS into our processes to get more efficient. And we can run CRM, Sales/Marketing & Support via RSS meaning our entire customer facing team is working off one product. RSS makes life easier for us.

Delivers More Than Promised!
New to Really Simple Systems, but I once owned an online software service for over 10 years and without hesitation my experience with the support at Real Simple Systems is what my company strived to provide ourselves.
Fantastic support all the way up to Mr. John Patterson himself. Something that I did not receive from 3 years with both Salesforce and Goldmine.
I am enjoying the learning curve and look forward to seeing more features as this company expands.

Great System - Good people and easy to use!
We're using the system to try and centralise our 20+ regional sales people and have found the system easy to use and great value. We had to make a few tweaks to suit our business and found the team responded quickly and nothing has been too much for them - so far!

Excellent tool
We've been using RSS for 18 months and it makes a large difference to our business. All customer information is stored and reports run for scheduling engineers workloads. The customer support is great and they are very quick to resolve issues. I love that I can move screen, items and fields around to make it the best view for all staff. very user friendly. If only we could have recurrent tasks, it would be perfect!

It does what it says on the tin
Weve been looking for a CRM system for years now and having used ACT and Goldmine previously we came across Really Simple Systems. We needed a sales tool to track, record and monitor activity. As the title suggests RSS does exactly this and the support is second to none. Priced competitively and you only pay for the modules you require and the users you require. True value for money with superb back up!

Great CRM!
We have been using Really Simple Systems for some years now and we don't regret it. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and we enjoy having both sales and marketing tools all in one place. The customer service is excellent; everyone is very helpful and quick to solve any issues we might have. We are also happy that RSS takes into consideration our thoughts and challenges when enhancing their system.

Really Simple Systems
Vorteile
Simple enough to set up and customize for my business and it was really generous that the software has a free version which allows us to test it to our needs. This is so important as the hospitality and travel business needs do not necessarily fit into neat sales force boxes. I do like the online help facility.
Nachteile
Learning curve is still fairly uphill especially for someone who never used CRM software before. I would also have liked to also try a mobile edition.

Great CRM Tool, Just awaiting the new version.
RSS is great. It offers pretty much everything you could want from a CRM tool, if slightly clunky at times. From what I could tell at the release of the new version, it seems like a lot has been improved and may issues have been resolved. The customer service and support is really second to none. Everyone's always been very supportive and happy to help, whatever the issue.

An excellent web based CRM solution
We have used Really Simple Systems CRM for over 8 years and found it to be a stable, effective system. Since the email templates for email campaigns have been updated these have been a lot easier to use. The support staff are always really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely continue using the Really Simple Systems CRM for our business.

Relaible adaptable and excellent customer support
We have a rapidly growing company and RSS has allowed us to expand the company on the back of extremely sound systems and processes. We have been extremely impressed with the versatility of the system and the back up support.
The system now allows us to send out all communication by email.
We simply could not have grown our business without this system

Nice & Easy
I have used a number of CRM systems & the biggest compliment that I can give "Really Simple Systems" is that theirs is nice & easy to use. Which as any sales person will tell you that is what you require most from a CRM system. You have enough on your plate that when you sit down to do your tasks you want to complete them as efficiently as possible.

CRM FOR CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
This is our first experience in utilizing a program like this and I must say it is one of the more user-friendly programs we reviewed. Not only is the program itself easy to use but the customer support was even a bigger selling point. Between the support you receive and the follow-up web seminars that is offered this program is second to none.

Broadly lives up to its name! Not without its flaws, but as a starter system for dummies, it's...
Pros: Quick to orient, straight forward to use. Fantastic, super-responsive and ultra helpful customer support.
Cons: Analysis dashboards in email marketing module are inconsistent - this needs development. Email marketing templates are v. inflexible. True - they are 'really simple' to use, but they also look 'really simple'.

Does what it says on the tin!
This is just as the title suggests - A really simple system! Easy to navigate and can do most of the things that we need it to, offering reports and statistics. All this at a very reasonable price.
I would recommend this to anyone about to use a CRM system for the first time. You will wonder how you ever managed without it!

Very Easy to Use and Good Response from Customer Service When Needed
We had to wipe our entire database and re-upload it. Instead of traipsing through the entire site to try and find a solution to our problem we wrote a quick message and the staff helped us all the way.

A Lightweight, simple
RSS is a system to grow with. You can start small and tailor it to your needs, then as your company grows, your CRM will grow with you. It's a nice system that I enjoy using with a few little additional features that help with the extras in the role. I would recommend this to any small-medium company.

Easy to get to grips with, & has most of the functionality of larger CRM's I have used in my...
Simple to use, and has a nice simple layout.
The cons are the timeout which I cannot seem to change to more suit my working style

Incredible customer service, for sure. the sales manager who worked with me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent staff! The user interface is very easy to work with compared to a lot of other CRM providers we tested out.

A little less visual-based than my sales director would prefer. Maybe a way to graphically show the progress of each lead would be nice.

The live chat is really helpful, when I have a quick question and don't have time to go looking through all of the information available, they always respond quickly.
Nachteile
The Marketing Module is no where near as simple and easy to pick up as the sales module and I would like to be able to save a list of regular contacts for my marketing campaigns instead of having to and find them using "if" statements.

A very good system with great support, the reporting system does anything that you want it to do and lI dont think I ever found anything it couldnt do. The cost is very high compared to other systems and other systems offer nearly as much as really simple solutions.

Not sure who 'John ' is but he very kindly resurected me from the dead. Having let my account lapse it was supposed to be buried out there in the ether, however, John kindly dug me up and I'm back! Now to get on using the product which so far has been great!

One of the Best Value CRM systems I have used
Vorteile
The system itself is easy to edit and set up exactly how I want it to be. I have been able to tailor it to my own specific Sales and Marketing plan. The system is very flexible and very easy to set up and use.
Nachteile
Some of the integration on the marketing suit could be better. For example I would like to be able to set a task up n the sales suit on the back of a marketing response easier.

Everything but process...
Vorteile
It seemed to cover everything really well (except workflow/process) a simple GUI and intuitive ideal for our non techy users.
Nachteile
We really liked this system but there is no workflow at all - which we maybe could have lived with - but with so many other systems on the market offering something and at a lower price it didn't seem great value for money.
