Overall, it is an awesome email automation software, The cost is justified by the features.

Good Email Marketing Platform

Klaviyo has been a good solution for us, allowing us to integrate our ecommerce related information in with our marketing efforts fairly seamlessly. E-mails are easy to build, workflows can be as simple or advanced as you like, and account management is very straight forward. The support team is very responsive, and any issue or speedbump we've ran across has been resolved quickly.

We're quite happy with Klaviyo's functionality and are looking forward to some of the enhancement releases down the road to bring us more advanced layered segment creation abilities.

Best Email Marketing System Out There

We used Mail Chimp for years but I would rather pay 4x as much to have the access to Klaviyo's flows. They make you the money in the difference.

Klaviyo makes enterprise level email automation available to small businesses like mine. It's really easy to use and very quickly pays for itself. Overall a really good system, a little complex to get your head around the rules as it allows you to do so much. Once you get it going though it's an extremely powerful tool.

Klaviyo Makes Me Money ... It's A No Brainer

I have tried a lot of email service providers and hands down none, integrate with shopify as well as klaviyo does. It is making me 10 times the ROI. Couldnt be happier.
