The ease with one can manage the calendar is just awesome. Whether used for call scheduling, meeting management or anything else. This is such a beast of a software.

Some sync issues need to sorted, rest everything's been great.

While the software is easy-to-use & is visually striking...it really lacks in features (appointment buffering, customized appointment types, etc.)

Calendly works great. Many of my favorite businesses utilize this tool to ensure there customers are schedule properly, and notified appropriately. It’s take some of the stress out of reminders and scheduling.

What i love the most, its staying ahead of schedule. If even changes are needed, i can simply request the time a change using the calendly without a lot of hassle with my favorite shops.

Being able to customize questions and times and reminders is outstanding

I liked the ability to schedule meetings with the calendar and the ability to share it with others to schedule on your calendar without having to have outlook or google calendar.

I was not able to integrate it into an email template while using Salesforce and Pardot. It works well with other applications but not those.

Calendly is super simple and allows me to schedule a bunch of appointments at once by determining my availability. The applications for this website range from interviews to scheduling appointments for my clients, and the reminder emails makes it so that I never miss a scheduled event again.

Calendly is pretty straightforward; because I use it for such a limited amount of functions, I have not really ran into any issues that I would count as a negative. I definitely recommend it!

I love the fact that you can export the calendar events to your Google calendar. It is so easy to see your schedule. And you can block off your unavailability.

I love the clean aesthetic and the idea of it syncing to your calendar so people can directly set up specific appointments. It's a great idea.

In practice, I find that there are syncing errors with my Outlook so I can't really use the scheduling feature as intended.

With Calendly, it's easy to view open appointments and make an appropriate selection. It's also great to include a Calendly link for clients to book appointments with you. We have found that clients agree the platform is easy and user-friendly.

What I liked the most about this software would probably be how easy it is to use and schedule appointments/meetings. It basically does it for you.

There really wasnt anything that I disliked about the software. I also have only used it a couple of times, so I havent really spent all that much time with it.

I found it very easy to set up. Schedule the time slots you have available and share your link for others to schedule with you or your team members. I think it's user friendly for sure.

There isn't anything I don't like really. It is reasonable in cost. Easy to use. And I can link up with Zapier.

You can connect Calendly directly to your Google account using your Gmail address. It is very easy and intuitive to use, there is a step by step setting process to set an event/meeting/appointment.

I find the monthly price a bit high, I would not recommend it if you don't need it that much, and in that case, the free trial is just enough.
