If you like a tons of bugs, features randomly removed, and terrible customer service that...
Aircall used to be a solid product with fair pricing and good support. I don't know what's changed in side their company, but something has gone wrong and now their product and customer service are suffering.
Vorteile
They have dedicated apps for all the major devices (iOS, Mac, Windows, etc). They have a good website that's easy to find what you're looking for.
Nachteile
I have to begin with the fact that their customer service is horrible and screwed me out of so much money after they changed the product without warning.
I was on their enterprise plan and paid for the entire year upfront for all my users and lines. 6 phone lines, 4 users. I was supposed to get an account executive, but was never assigned one until 7 months later when I had a major issue happen and asked where my rep was. She had just been hired maybe 2 weeks prior, she said.
Halfway through July 2017, the engineers accounted a bug in a feature we depended on. They issued a 'bug fix' by removing the entire feature without warning! Without this feature, we couldn't use the Aircall service. I had several phone calls with them and maybe a dozen back and forth emails, but Aircall wouldn't add the feature back.
I politely asked for a refund for the remaining 5 months of service and they flat out refused, even though the product I paid for had changed, I didn't sign a contract, and there was nothing in their TOS about it. Now, I've paid for 5 months of service I'm never going to be able to use because Aircall removed the function we needed.
This is AFTER I'd written glowing reviews on various ecommerce platforms, told other entrepreneurs to get it, and again, paid for an entire year.
Outside of that, the software always seemed to be loaded with bugs. They do not add features very often, including some that are needed badly. You also can't put customers hold hold when you dial them - only when they dial into you!
I would strongly suggest skipping Aircall and trying out something like Dialpad or Talkdesk.

Customer Service is non-existent
Vorteile
Easy to use, has mobile app but sometimes glitchy. I like how you can set office hours
Nachteile
My annual subscription renewed without any notice and when I found out on the day it was renewed for another year, I contacted them immediately and asked them to cancel. Even though I contacted them on the day, they refuse to cancel and decided that their policy states they cannot cancel once it's renewed. What an easy money grab to lock customers in for another year. Doesn't take much effort to cancel/refund?
Doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth and I won't be recommending Aircall to my network. There are other companies that offer more features for 1/5 of the price.

Aircall: Top logiciel de Téléphonie
Vorteile
Aircall présente une interface facile et accessible. Ce logiciel permet de communiquer avec les clients et aussi d'enregistrer et de gérer la distribution automatique des appels. C'est un service client très efficace.
Nachteile
Aircall présente des bugs par moment mais outre cela, c'est un logiciel très utile.

Llama y monitorea en un solo sistema!
Es muy fácil de utilizar, tiene herramienta que permite manejar las llamadas de una manera segura, rápida y con funciones muy beneficiosas.

Me encanta lo fácil que es escuchar las llamadas que realizamos y lo fácil de usar, a diferencia de otros sistemas este tiene un formato muy amigable, es como si utilizaras tu teléfono celular.

Entiendo que podría mejorar la estabilidad de la llamada.

simple and straightforward ... dare I say basic?
Loved it but at times felt like I was "playing" customer service rep rather than actually having a big girls or boys ob
Vorteile
It was incredibly simple to use. Literally log in … credential … short tutorial and you're up and running ... easily scalable quickly and to the masses. Very fast learning curve = Aircall was the least time consuming aspect of my nearly 2 week self guided onboarding/orientation
Nachteile
Almost too simple... although easy to use right out of the proverbial box the software at times seemed a little elementary and childish with underwhelming features that seem easy to knock of out the park. I feel t his could have been a result of amazon's attempted to easy their way into the logistics sector despite quietly being the forefront this whole time.

It is easier and quicker to use, fairly efficient, a bit confusing when using with Gorgias as seems to make multiple tickets. sound quality isn't great.
Vorteile
I love that it tells you what timezone the person you are about to call is in, and what time it is there.
The app interface is easy to use, it is much simpler than others I have used. with less button to press to get places, and everything in one place.
Nachteile
the quality of the calls is not great. I'd say the calls are crackly at some point in a call most of the time, and gets to the point that I have to hang up and re-call a person frequently

Good Overall
Overall aircall is easy to use and integrates well with our email platform. The only con I've had is not being able to use bluetooth headphones with the software. This makes taking calls rather inconvenient and less ideal.
Vorteile
What I like most about Aircall is how simple the interface is and how easy it is to use.
Nachteile
What I like least about aircall is how is doesn't seem to be compatible to AirPods. Anytime you try to use AirPods it creates a weird robotic sound for your voice and makes phone calls impossible. This has interrupted service and effected customer service provided. I have received a response from the aircall team as they are aware the software does not work well with bluetooth devices. As modern as everything is using plug in headphones is not a very great option, especially when you are using a new Macbook that does not even have the port for old school headphones.

Simple phone service
It has been so much easier using aircall compared to our old phones!
Vorteile
What I like most about this software is that we can use it on our desktops as well as mobiles. It is very helpful that we can attach customer profiles to phone numbers as well so when their call pops up we can view their profile.
Nachteile
I wish there was a way to be able to turn off calls on your mobile but only get them on the desktop, but still be able to have the app on your phone.

Great Value for Price
Great price for the value of the software. Easy IVR process and my agents all trained on it to the point of proficiency in less than 1 hour.
Vorteile
Easy to set up, the pricing is way better than most VoiP providers, and the user interface is easy to use. The soft phones work really well and the call quality is as good as it was on our desk phones. They handled all of the number porting and even set up the user profiles for me. No outages to date.
Nachteile
The support is a little slow to respond, but any issues that I've had since using them haven't been seriously urgent.

Sometimes it can be glitchy but honestly I've noticed it's updates I forget to do !
