Got our phone system operational right away!
After have struggled with various different phone systems for years we decided to give Aircall a go. We have not looked back ever since. It just works! It's really easy to set up and get going. The interface is sleek and gives you a good overview of what's going on and it's easy to learn. We have clients all over the world so the fact that you can create local phone numbers from one single application is ace. It was also really easy to integrate Aircall with our excisting helpdesk, in our case Zendesk and also our CRM. I highly recommend Aircall to anyone looking to up their company's customer service performance.

Great business tool!
I use Aircall daily for my prospection in the UK. It is quite useful and very easy of use. I had tried with Skype enterprise but it was tough and long to install and not that flexible.

Aircall to the Rescue
I have been using Aircall for all my office phone calls and honestly it has been really convenient! The app is very reliable and lets me know right away when there is an update or if there is an issue/bug that is being fixed. I love the constant updates and new things they have added! The e-mails received when something new is added and a "how to" introduction is super helpful as well! I also really like that I can use Aircall when I work from home and do not have to worry about using my personal phone or running out of battery!!

It ticks all the boxes my business needs. The app crashed a couple of times but nothing is perfect. Overall its great

Great use!
Aircall is really pleasant to use, it is a real improvment for our professional use here in our company. It makes it more easy to manage calls of our clients and to forward it.
Vorteile
It is really easy to follow up our clients call, so we do not miss any of it anymore, and clients like it!
Nachteile
Sometime the app collapse, it is the only small problem we get, and it get fixed instantly by relaunching the app!

Smooth transition in transferring calls
Vorteile
Easy to use app to manage incoming calls, easy to transfer and answer calls at a decent pace rather than making the customer hold and potentially get disconnected
Nachteile
Pricing is a little expensive, not sure if the cost per month improves our service enough to make the money for the company.

Good for small teams
This product is good for small teams, but it is lacking the reporting I would like. I do appreciate that you can hook it up directly to your cell phone, though!

Great App
I have been using AirCall for a few months now and I would like to say it is a pretty neat app. It is a very good bargain for the money and I highly recommend it to everyone who need this kind of service.

Too expensive for a phone solution
Vorteile
Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.
Nachteile
Honestly, Aircall is quite expensive for what it is. You can easily use Grasshopper or Telzio, or any other phone provider for a much cheaper price.

Overall it's been a great experience using Aircall!
Vorteile
The sound quality is usually excellent. The occasional bad connection can be resolved by disconnecting and calling again. The interface is simple and easy to use.
Nachteile
When the sound quality is breaking up it can be very unpleasant.

Great product and solution
Very easy to use and in five min you can get a whole international phone platform. It loads automatically different phone numbers from anywhere in the country and you can assign those numbers to team members.
The quality of the call is usually good, you can access to their api to link it to your platform or any other.

Easy to use, so far so good!
So far, Aircall has been great. I love how easy and instinctive it is to use, and so far it's been both reliable and useful. Though it's lacking a few features I really want (separate dial tone and hold music for callers!), overall it's been a great experience.

Vorteile
Best utilized when calling large volumes of customers who are hard to reach.
Nachteile
It really wasn’t what I was looking for. If you have a crm with calling it’s all the same stuff and duplicating features.

Aircall brought my phone calls to the cloud!
Pros:

- Waiting for Windows App (only Web App and Mac App for now)
- Waiting for Salesforces integration (only Slack and Zendesk for now)

A much easier way of doing things!
Easy to use, smart way of doing business.
Vorteile
Cost is right - and easy to interpret. Extremely easy to use. Nothing new had to be learned (for the most part) outside of the software. Fun and intuitive.
Nachteile
Not really any so far. I like being able to utilize what I need when I need it. Plus, it is a great way to communicate with clients.

It's simple to use and if you have any problem or doubt the customer service is always there. I had some problems at the beginning but they have been solved as it was my internet's fault. Highly recommended.

Vorteile
The phone calls that I have used Aircall for have been clear and I have not had an issue with calls being dropped.
Nachteile
I wish that the software would automatically make you unavailable after a set period of time so that you didn't have to keep doing it yourself.
