Vorteile
Aufgaben erstellen und teilen, so dass sie von mehreren Personen abgearbeitet werden können, klappt prima. Und das auf mehreren Geräten sowohl mobil als auch stationär.
Nachteile
Manches ist doch immer noch auf englisch beschrieben.

A deceptively simple yet powerful task manager for busy professionals.
Any.do is a great helper if you want to simplify your life. The Google Calendar sync is very useful if you are a Google user.
Vorteile
Any.do is very easy to use, which to me is the most important feature in a to-do list. The new feature that allows me to create notes from WhatsApp is also very useful, as it creates a frictionless way to add tasks and pending items that otherwise you can forget. The Google Calendar integration works very well allowing for tw-way-sync.
Nachteile
The calendar in the Pro version can be improved to show calendars per list instead of only one for all tasks.

A Versatile Task Manager with Great Features
Any.do has become a reliable part of my daily routine. It’s a great tool for task tracking, planning, and collaboration, whether for work or personal life. The app strikes a balance between simplicity and functionality, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of integrations and syncing speed. Despite these minor issues, I’ve had a mostly positive experience, and it’s proven to be a great productivity booster.

What I like most about Any.do is its clean and intuitive interface that makes task management feel seamless. The ability to organize tasks into lists and sync across devices is very helpful for staying on top of both personal and professional projects. The integrated calendar and reminders are a standout feature, helping me plan ahead without jumping between apps. Nachteile

Great task management
Very easy to use. Scheduling is easy and notifications can be easily set up and changed.

There are good reasons why Any.do is one of the most popular productivity apps
A fun friendly app that has proven itself to me in helping me get things done.
Vorteile
I bounce back and forth between Todoist and Any.do. I use Todoist for work and Any.do for personal projects and side projects, that is, moonlighting. They're both excellent apps but Todoist is less interactive while Any.do really is that app that talks to you and encourages you to get things done.
The web app and the mobile app are quite different. The web app just got an overhaul and I'm not sure what I think of it yet. It's also less interactive than the mobile app. I make a comment about that in the cons.
The mobile app has a couple features that make it ideal for users who need a little push to get things done.
The Focus feature is unique to the mobile app. When the notification bar pops up with one or more of your daily tasks, you have the option to tap the focus button which takes you to Kanban timer. You work on your task for an allotted number of minutes and then take a break. Then start again. That's the Kanban method. I once built a website quickly using this method when I was in an environment with a lot of distractions. It helped my focus tremendously and also helped me keep from panicking.
The mobile app also allows you to easily review your daily tasks, snooze them, or mark them as done. I find the mobile app to be far more useful so far than the web app. And of course the mobile app is oriented vertically and the web app horizontally. The later I'm not that fond of. This makes a difference in terms of UX but which one you prefer is obviously personal.
Nachteile
As far as I can tell, in the web app you need to move a task after you quickly add it. Otherwise it automatically gets added to today's tasks. That seems weird to me. In the mobile app, there are plus signs next to Today, Tomorrow, Someday so that you can put the task where you want it to begin with. I prefer that.

Great App to be Organised
As a social media manager, it is very useful for me that I can manage and save all my work reports and schedule at a single place and can access from my different devices.
Vorteile
It has a nice UI and full of features like priority highlights, subtasking, attaching media files in reminders, calender view, and others. It has smart suggestion feature which is really a time saver. It has task widgets (calender) which are very helpful to me.
Nachteile
Sometimes the software looks messy because of more features. It would be better it had option like Google Keep for note-making. Everything else is fantastic.

Any.do is the Best To-Do List and Calendar Combined!
Overall, Any.do is the best application I used to combine making to-do lists and scheduling tasks on a calendar. I definitely recommend this.
Vorteile
I really like the integration of Google Calendar to Any.do the most! It allows me to keep track of my appointments while scheduling my daily tasks easily.
Nachteile
I feel that what needs to be improved in this software is its real-time connection with Google Calendar. I would like to see that whatever changes I made there would automatically reflect in my Any.do.

Great personal task management program!
Vorteile
Any.do is easy to set up and use, but there are a few features that make it really effective. First, there is anydo moment, which goes through all your tasks and enables you to select which ones for today (and what time today), tomorrow, next week, or later. This is super helpful as often old tasks get stuck, and this automaticaly brings them up. Another good feature is the ease of inputting a task. When you type something, you can click on when you want to do it - later today, tomorrow, etc - as opposed to having to select multiple boxes or options. Another good feature is the ability to create many lists with tasks to separate different projects. Finally, the sharing feature with others is easy and effective.
Nachteile
The only downside is that I use google calendar, which also has a task program. While Anydo's tasks are more comprehensive, it doesn't sync into Google calender, so I end up using two programs instead of one. It's also a program I just use personally, not for team or professional tasks, as something like asana I find is better for team tasks.

A good planner with some really nice functions
It is really good. i actually use any.do for the daily moments and to do for the integration with my ooutlook calendar. Any.do is more user friendly with less options to control. but the free ones get the job done perfectly

Any.do is very like microsoft TO DO in that it helps you organize your daily life. It depends on the characteristics that someone is looking if one is better than the other. TO DO is easier between both, but Any.do has a better widget system for your selphone integrated into your calendar. One of the best features is the ANY DO MOMENT. It puts your screen white and tells you one by one each assigment to be done the day with the option to change it or move it to another day, ending with a really nice quote of motivation. besides planing your schedule, it helps you organize groceries, tasks, moments, almost anything. The groceries area is amazing. It will help you to know next time which products to buy, and you dont have to keep a list on paper. I do think that an integraton of functionalities between both aps would make an amazing app
Nachteile
The payment. There are a lot of characteristics hidden behind a paywall, whcih i understand because its a third party product that needs funding. The integration with outlook would make it better and easier. And the integration with other apps has to be done with a third party app that has to be paid as well so it could be expensive.

Helps me keep track of tasks easily on my phone
This app helps me to be more productive, things easily escape my mind but Any.do is here to the rescue.
Vorteile
I was looking for an app to help me keep track of tasks and be more productive, Any.do came highly rated on Google Playstore.
Ever since I started using it I hardly forget what I planned to do because I put a widget on my phone screen with the various tasks, like "complete orders on Fiverr"
Kudos to the developers of such a simple but awesome app.
Nachteile
Nothing wrong with the app, it has been working well since I started using it.
Even allows me sync my tasks when I switch devices.

A powerful organization tool with a beautiful interface.
Overall, Any.do is my go-to digital planner for every day. And many times I add my tasks to my own calendar, so it does the syncing for me automatically and keeps me on track.
Vorteile
I always love smooth and simple interfaces and Any.do is just the app for that. It is not just a to-do list, but I can organize my tasks in much more ways that just for the day. The widgets are really beautiful especially the calendar widget. The best part being that it also has the tasks for the day displayed at the bottom which can be edited there only, so no need to open the entire app for that. I can really visualize my whole week with the 7-day tasks option. Best part: it syncs my default calendar's tasks and reminders automatically!
Nachteile
There could be a button or a slider to directly remove the events I no longer need instead of having to tap twice to finally enter the delete button.

A beautiful and smart tool for keeping yourself organized.
Clean simple, easy-to-use app. It really can make everything easier to do.
Vorteile
I mostly use any.do for personal use, but it would easily work well for any business. It's a beautiful, clean app that does what it says it's going to do. The grocery list auto sort is crazy helpful. The morning check-in heads up is really handy for helping to set your priorities for the day.
Nachteile
There's nothing significant to complain about. It all works well. Maybe if there's one thing, the check-in after meetings - I have some recurring ones that I never want to be questioned about afterwards.

Any.do is a top-notch and game-changer platform to organize tasks and help us to keep on track. It send reminders, and this enables us to set reminders for tasks. It also was to share the to-do list and tasks with our colleagues.

Calendar integration and the ability to collaborate with others is magnificent.

Should implement on constant features update. This will help to unfold new features. Also some more apps integrations would be nice.

Overall I recommend this app. They offer suggestions to new users and has Al also. It's great for small businesses such as mine with planning and is affordable for all!

A truly comprehensive tool
Overall, I enjoy using AnyDo at work and home to plan my days. I take note note for everything and no longer need sticky notes all over house and office

Vorteile
Any do helps you get things done. Great to use with a spouse or in a family for going over your grocery list.Its main feature, Any.Do Lists, allows users to organize tasks into lists, making it easier to manage and prioritize various activities.I personally love that is is cross-platform for the iPhone and in any browser. The syncing is great.
Nachteile
Just wish it was built more for teams and you could more easily assign large groups of people.

The only TODO app you'll ever need ... with some caveats
Vorteile
• Absolutely gorgeous UI. They say it's award winning and no wonder, I've tried todoist, google tasks (which come pretty close but are not as feature rich) and evernote to manage my TODOs and the competition is not even close.
• Integration with Zapier. I don't use this extensively but I have my google tasks linked to Any.do through zapier because IFTTT supports google tasks and not any.do, so I use it as an intermediary with Any.do being the source of truth
• Ability to add notes, subtasks and attachments. Google tasks lets you add subtasks and notes but not attachments.
• Different views for the same list of tasks. I find it very useful to both be able to look at near-term tasks and longer term tasks, and switch quickly back and forth between the two.
• Extreme attention to detail. Tasks have the next reminder time, whether or not they have subtasks, whether or not they are recurring tasks and their tags denoted on the task list itself. I would hate to have to click into a task to get this info.
• Integration with google calendar. It is absolutely essential to be able to view my tasks (I have hundreds of them) in the context of my overall calendar.
• The Moment is a very useful feature to give you a daily view on your tasks for the day and give you the ability to schedule them within the day or postpone them from the popup itself.
Nachteile
• I got premium just because of how frequently I use the app but none of the premium features are really worth paying for. I paid largely to support the devs, it was cheap enough. The daily Moment (where Any.do makes you go through that day's tasks and mark them done or postpone them) is the only thing I'd consider paying for, but even though you technically only get unlimited moments with premium I was getting daily moments even on the free tier. Tags are nice to have but putting tasks in different lists (free feature) has a similar function.
• The Android widget is a little clunky, takes a couple clicks to mark the task done and it suddenly vanishes. Makes for a janky user experience, a far cry from their website and even the mobile app.
• No ability to hide specific lists from the main view. I have checklists e.g. for road trips which I don't need to see most of the times, it takes up screen real estate.
• Reminder notifications on Android appear individually, I would much rather I get one Any.do notification and expand it to view all of them.
• I have to click twice to get a task to go away, once to mark it done and another time to remove it from the list. Why?

Reminder for my schedule task
I really like to use Any.do as my main organizer to keep up with all my schedule task and event that are assign for me. Its sleek and minimal design let me focus on task on hand and not distracted from too cluttered dashboard design that other software do.
Vorteile
Any.do is really impactful for me in managing my list of daily task that i need to complete. All the tasks can be categorized into my personal task or my work task, and separate it into specific folder so it won't mix and induce confusion. Adding other media like picture and audio help me to be more accurate on the task details.
Nachteile
I would love to have a integration with my Microsoft calendar as it is my main calendar that i use in my desktop computer. It will help me to organized my time and event in my calendar easier as i only need to check it from one application.

Effective for daily task usage
Vorteile
Any.do is a software that are specially created for managing a daily task, to-do list and repetitive task. It has work very excellent on those aspect. I love that they didn't occupy the dashboard interface with heavy graphic design and keep the interface simple. I also use it as a place to store all my work notes.
Nachteile
Sometimes, the feature of Any.do is too light that i can't use it to manage some of more complex task that i have. I will need to switch to other task management software that can support the complexity of the task, and it not effective to keep switching on the software. It would be great if Any.do can improve the task management tools and feature.

My personal assistant
Any.do will remind me for any unfinished task, event or to-do list that i have set in my scheduler. Managing my time with Any.do has really improve my time management and let me know which task that i need to prioritized first based on the due date that i have set. Overall, i am pretty satisfied with this software.
Vorteile
Any.do is like my personal assistant, it will notify all my incomplete task and my daily schedule thru push notification on my mobile device or desktop notification on my computer. Adding schedule event on my calendar and synchronized it to multiple platform like Google Calendar and WhatsApp reminder keep me efficient in managing my time.
Nachteile
There are some less useful feature that are included on the premium plan, such as colored tags and tabs. They should add more useful feature for the paid version, like cloud storage that can be storing my notes and document. It would benefiting user more than a colored tags. The mobile version is not as good as desktop version.

Any.do - Simple and Effective
Any.do gives me the ability to manage tasks in a simple interface that works flawlessly across all of my devices. It interfaces with Siri and Alexa and has a Plan My Day feature that is very helpful to the way I work my lists. This is the one app that has never locked up or dumped my data.
Vorteile
I love the strong focus on making to-do lists manageable and keeping the interface simple. I have been frustrated by other apps that try to cram everything into the design, Any.do keeps it simple and that makes it easy to use. It installs with clear presets but allows you as much customization as you need - it really should work with virtually any time-management philosophy.
I can also use it on virtually every device I own - the stupid PC at work, my macs, my iPad, my iPhone, etc.
Nachteile
It is hard to find cons to talk about with Any.do. I don't like that there are only two color schemes available in the base app. I am also having a little difficulty with the calendar but I think that might be a user issue instead of a software problem.
Recurring tasks would be nice, but I think I'll upgrade to Premium so I can have a couple of things that I need.

Great Organization Tool
As a product designer and startup owner, I have to plan across multiple calendars and have to navigate between these. With Any.do, I have all my to do list for the week and I can rank based on priority as well. I don't get bombarded with notifications and emails, which makes me like the app more. it functions as an organizational tool to save you time and that's what it truly does.
Vorteile
I have had the app for over 4 years and it is in my top 1% of apps I use for a reason. The UI interface and navigation is pleasing and easy. The app is simple and straight to point which saves me time to create my to do list. Unlike most organizational tool, the features on the app are simple to navigation which reduces the time it takes to plan my week drastically.
Nachteile
So far, I have not had any reason to dislike the app. Like I said earlier, the app is in my 1% of apps I use on my phone for a reason.

Good Task Management software
I like Any.do for its flexibility when creating tasks and reminders as I don't have to fill useless fields.
Vorteile
Any.do is a excellent software to manage your projects and keep up with your daily schedule. You can use it as your daily planner and its reminder feature will always give you alert in time. You can also use it to assign tasks to other team members and keep a tab on their progress. It also allows you to split your project in sub tasks which makes it easy for you to focus an gey things done in time thus increasing productivity. It calendar view gives you an overview of all your task.
Nachteile
Though its free version has many limitations due to many features missing, but with Any.do premium version, you have nothing to complain about.

Essential productivity tool
Anyone has allowed me to remember my meetings with clients and colleagues, I can plan what I should do for my next week and stay productive. I like being able to observe my planned activities from my devices and be able to synchronize all my information.
Vorteile
When you have many responsibilities and you have to deal with different situations at different times, it can be overwhelming and complicated, unless you use tools like Any.do, which makes this process easier by spending a few minutes of your time to plan what you will do throughout the day, week or month. Any.do is a highly recommended software for planning casual activities as it includes a reminder that you can schedule for a few hours before doing the activity. The best thing about Any.do is that it also allows synchronization on several devices.
Nachteile
I have not found many negative aspects of this software. I think the premium version offers a bit high prices, but I think they are worth it.

My new favorite task planner
As a remote worker, task management and scheduling are so crucial to me. That's why I applaud Any.do for the amount of simplicity and efficiency it provides even free users. In the past I've tried to create time-related tasks but it usually interfered with my Google Calendar. Any.do creates a sub-calendar that is easy to see overlayed with my actual calendar and I love it. It's agile, flexible, and adaptable. Any.do is simply beautiful.
Vorteile
After trying dozens of similar task managers, Any.do is my new go-to because of how simple yet powerful it is. It's loaded with features without feeling overwhelmed and is designed with productivity in mind. A lot of other software give the illusion of being productive, but Any.do gets straight to the point. It's clean and I love how it shows my calendar (upon request) so that I can how my tasks fit into my day. I also like how it creates its own calendar when setting a time for a task without it interfering with my general calendar. I'm able to schedule out my day without necessarily having to add it to my Google Calendar as a busy event.
Nachteile
While I do plan on upgrading to Premium, I wish there were a bit more free features (wallpapers) and I wish the text was easier to read on Dark Mode. For some reason, it's extremely difficult to see the grey text over the black background.

Any.do is my main to do app since 2011
Vorteile
I love the UI: very simple and easy to use. You can easily organize tasks by category (personal, project, whatever works for you), and I love that it has a separate grocery list. The daily plan is amazing, it helps me re-prioritize my tasks.
Nachteile
Custom scheduling a task could be improved, or when you want to schedule a task, for example, for tomorrow morning, but you want a different hour than the default. I want to be a bit faster and easier to do this.

An app that asks how it can help you
The only thing I constantly have on my person is my smart watch, I loved Any.do since I could still use it and get reminders.
Vorteile
I love that there's an app for my phone and watch. I also love using the daily planner, calendar, and budgeting. I finish my To-Do lists since I'm focused and get reminders. To-Do/tasks don't have to include a time. Any.do asks what my focus is in the morning and helps with that goal. I haven't seen that in any other app.
Nachteile
I want it to be user friendly and I want more in the free part of the app, or lower cost altogether. I also want a note category.

My tasks and ideas organized and classified. An excellent notebook.
My days were chaotic because of so many commitments that involve my work duties and I began to use Google Task and I improve, however I heard about any. I started with my colleagues and immediately began to use it and generated a positive experience, today I can say that I efficiently organize my time during my daily work days that are usually long. It was very easy to migrate my google task notes.
Vorteile
Any.do, I define it as a virtual agenda, I like that its design is elegant and comprehensive. It provides us with the facility to define and schedule tasks. It is multiplatform. It is integrated into google maps, mobile calendar and facebook. I like the categories to prioritize tasks.
Nachteile
There are no elements that allow you to style the notes, for example color palette, emoji, although it is true that this does not affect the operation if the style and personalization that we want to give our notes.

"Any.do is nice and excels from the rest"
I'm really grateful with this app, I notice my productivity increased notably, I owe part of a great experience of life to this app, the other part was for my efforts haha, but I would recommend this to anyone with huge goals on mind, because in order to achieve a dream, one need to achieve little goals, and this app is perfectly for that.

I really like a lot of things from this app,
The first thing: it's beautiful designed, I have tried a lot of to-do apps, but I always uninstall them because their colors, or their lack of features, Any.do is nice and excels from the rest and my productivity is also agree with that.
One of the best things of the app is its presence in my phone. Sometimes I find myself wasting my time, watching youtube videos, scrolling on facebook, but when I see my goals in notifications, or in the Widget on Launcher, makes me recover the sense of consciousness of my goals and immediately get back on track.
The tird thing I love from Any.do is the online platform, I can easily access to my tasks on the pc.
Nachteile
There are just a few things Any.do can implement in order to be the best productivity app...
Personally, I trouble too much to process text in my head, It would be a great feature to choose icons to find the task more attractive.
It would be nice to choose a reminder whether in the morning or the night to set up the day goals.

Plan your daily task with Any.do
Vorteile
Any.do is really helpful in planning and managing my daily task and the notification system will give notification both on my phone and my computer for any task that i had set previously. The add-ons and widget feature is really unique and different that any other To-Do software.
Nachteile
Any.do will be more interesting and fun to use it daily if they can provide more customization on the color, layout and the font that user can change themself in this software. I use this software daily and if i can change they total appearance of this software every month, it will be more interesting.

Any.do is a sure app to see the job done.
I am a satisfied user because I got a reminder app I realy needed.
Vorteile
What I like most about Any.do is that it forces me to complete my tasks, even when I have lost the drive to do it. It has a robust reminder system that will keep a task appearing on top of my screen until the task is completed. That way, forgetting is impossible.
Nachteile
The app in itself does not have problems to report about, based what it was meant to do. But I wish there was more space and customization in note taking.

Say no to procrastination
My day starts with any.do for about 4 years now and it's awesome.
Vorteile
This is a great app (even just the free version) that helps you organize your everyday life and makes sure you don't forget anything. You can set recurring tasks, events, reminders, due dates. Notifications and alarms keeps you awake all the time.
Nachteile
The features are limited for free version. It would be great to have integration with other project management tools and I would love to see integration with Evernote too.

Any.do is on of the best softwares to keep you organized and manage your time to get it more productive. It let you organize all your tasks, appointments and event reminders in ine place. Its intuitive interface makes it super easy to use. As Any.do is cloud based, so it easily syncs across all your smartphone and computer devices without any problem or OS limitation. Its calendar feature is also very unique which along with pleasant themes also Integrates functions to keep a track of your progress and reminders. It also offers integrations with Google Calendar and Gmail. Inshort it is and excellent application to plan your schedule and manage tasks and get timely reminders so you don't miss on any important thing to do.
Nachteile
Any.do do not provide integration with Microsoft Calendar, which is sometimes a negative point for most of the business and people who works primarily with Microsoft 365 or it related softwares.

Do it quick with Any.do
Vorteile
I Any.do for two main reasons.
Firstly, it was designed to save time. When you are typing a reminder to call someone, the app automatically picks the contact, and brings that contact to your dialer, ready for you to place a call at the scheduled time.
Secondly, it allows for flexibility. It has a calendar view where you can add multiple accounts and choose what must and must not appear on the calendar from that account.
Nachteile
What I do not love much about the app is that the Calendar menu does not have an annual view. I wish it was there.

Really good choice for increasing productivity and improving workflow.
overall any.do is my favourite task management tool and for daily task scheduling that has lifted my workflow and task progress.
Vorteile
the productivity tools are very great and very immense. they have actually improved my task management and the reminders have never let me forget my daily essentials. the alerts and notifications are also very on time and very optimum and sync perfectly. the task progress tracking is also very effective.

i feel that different themes can be made available according to different needs and moods, also task scheduling can be even more customized and personalized.

I really like it but I have a hard time using it regularly. I will go in spurts of using it and not using it.
Vorteile
It’s great for making multiple lists, adding to them, crossing off, etc. it’s a very easy interface and works well.
Nachteile
It can be a little tough to switch from one list to another when assigning new tasks. It would be nice to set reminders for specific tasks.

Best app for short-term and long-term plans
I love the app because it helps me achieve more goals in a day than before.
Vorteile
I like this application because it helps me to make plans of all duration, both brief and detailed. It is very easy to enter an idea in the app, from many screens, like from widget, notification panel or directly from the app itself.
Activities can be tagged with different colors, which gives a quick idea on what kind of activities are eating your time, just by looking at your widget on the screen of your phone. It also allows to attach picture files, which to the tasks assigned.
Nachteile
Picture attachments show a very small thumbnail and there is no option to change how it looks. Making adjustments would make the app more flexible.

This app is great to stay organized and accomplish all your tasks.
Never missed something to do because you get reminders every day and also have the chance to postpone your tasks if you are unable to get them done the same day. Also, you get the calendar view by day and missed calls to follow up.
Nachteile
To get the most of the app you will need to upgrade to Premium, but if you do not use the other functions as tag & color management or sharing lists, there is no need to upgrade.

Very Effective!!
Vorteile
I like that I can reschedule tasks on the fly. If you aren't ready to do that task just yet, Any.do allows you to set the time back 30 minutes or to another day.
Nachteile
What I like least is the Any.Do screen that comes on 8:00 am every morning making sure you knock out your task. It's annoying but... Very Effective!!

Best task manager with beautiful clean interface
Of all the task managers I've used, Any.do has been the easiest and most enjoyable to use. It is intelligent, giving suggestions for tasks as you type. It works seamlessly across my mobile and desktop devices. It is feature rich, allowing multiple lists, subtasks and reminders. In the end, I stopped using it as I wanted an integrated task manager within my email client.
Vorteile
The intuitive and intelligent interface and workflow is a joy to use.
Nachteile
Lack of integration with my email client meant it was frustrating to keep swapping between programmes.

Simple Task Manager
Any.do is one of my favorite task management tool along with Wunderlist. Like any other task management functions, it has tasks, subtasks, reminders.
Simple reason why I love Any.do over any other similar task manager is Any.Do Moments. Every morning I got a notification to open Moments that gives me an idea and my tasks to complete. Afer checking Any.do moments, it welcomes me with a motivational message that encourages me to work more and stay productive.
Any.do basic plan could be enough if you are a basic user. You can upload 1.5 MB per file to Any.do tasks. There is no location based reminders with the free plan. I use Any.do Chrome extension that helps me to add tasks from within Gmail itself so I never miss any important Email that related to my works.
When you upgrade to the premium version on Any.do, you will get the maximum features like location based reminders, unlimited collaboration, better recurring tasks options, unlimited file size attachments, and more.
Vorteile
You will get all basic Task Manager needs just with the basic free plan. If you just need to manage your personal daily tasks, any.do free version will be enough for you.
Nachteile
There is no standalone desktop app and the web app for Any.do is really terrible. So far there is no IFTTT integration to add tasks automatically using recipes.

Complex but works well
I use Any.do to manage tasks for side projects and my general day-to-day to-do lists.
Vorteile
I use Any.do to manage my personal calendar and tasks for side projects. It's deep and feature-rich, which can be more intimidating at first compared to alternatives, but it works extremely well. Its Google Calendar sync is great and it's built to do pretty much anything you could want.
Nachteile
The complexity can be a little off-putting at first. It isn't as easy to get started with as some other alternatives, but that's a byproduct of having more capabilities.

Complete task management tool
I am using the free version of Any.do at the moment. The option of connecting Any.do to a vast amount of software is very efficient. It helps keep things in one place and be more productive. I am considering upgrading in order to be able to take advantage of more features of Any.do
Vorteile
Any.do is a complete tool that allows you to manage your tasks, set reminders and add collaborators. Collaborators can be current users of the tool or can be accessed directly from your contacts. You can copy notes into Any.do, turn them into tasks and link each task to a specific list. Tasks can have tags too and you can choose from a list of available tags. Another thing I like is that the settings of Any.do makes it possible for speakers from different languages to use this tool.
Nachteile
I can easily share the tasks in Any.do with my English and Spanish speaking collaborators. However, I have some collaborators that only speak Arabic and I would love to be able to share this tool with them as well. Right now Arabic is not available among the languages in the setting. I hope Any.do can add it in the near future.

A tool for remind important tasks
Any.do assist me to organize my weekly tasks and daily routine.
Vorteile
I like very much that you can create a task anywhere from a desktop computer and your smartphone is syncronised after that. By this way you cannot miss a task.
Nachteile
It is still difficult for me to figure out the easiest way to delete a task which is completed.
