Over Promised, Under Delivered
Low support, Terrible transition, over promised on the product
Vorteile
All sites are in 1 log in, website looks great!
Nachteile
Creating templates is over complicated, support is under educated and sound like they are reading off a script, no person to person training or support before launch day, on launch day our point person didn't even get my team their log ins, we got our log in from the website developer

Great potential, but doesn't work right, VERY DIFFICULT to navigate in background
Was told from the beginning that since they have videos online, they don't have time to spend an hour with each new customer. From set up until now, 6 months later, I am very confused and videos don't help. Now I'm still just as frustrated and it seems like some techs are too.
Vorteile
Love the texting, emailing, and incoming calls feature!
Nachteile
Navigating to set up, change letters is awful! It's very confusing, and VERY DIFFICULT to make any changes, and ALSO who makes it so that you can't put in page breaks?
