I would like to see a little more flexibility in the reporting. We are on a fiscal year of July 1 to June 30th and I would like to be able to tailor reports such as rent forecast to our fiscal year calendar.

The most important feature to me is the customer support. If there is an issue, it gets resolved very quickly.

Honestly, I can not think of anything that I don't like. Every item that has been an issue has been addressed and corrected by our rep.

Fairly easy to use and teach to new people. We rarely ever have any issues, and when we do have issues tech support is fast to fix it.

Sometimes it can run a little slow, which is not necessarily a huge deal because we can always call tech support
