Great CRM!
Vorteile
I am new to Engagebay but have been incredibly happy with the CRM and support received so far. I have tried a few CRM's in the past, and Engagebay is by far the best.
Nachteile
Have nothing bad to report so far. As I have only been using the CRM for just over a month, nothing obvious has stood out to me.

Every B2B should start digital journey with EngageBay CRM
As of now, I would consider it awesome, and I hope it will improve in the future.

We don't require coding people anymore to create attractive email templates. Landing Page.
Nachteile
EngageBay should focus on creating in-house integration and provide it for free with an EngageBay subscription.Or else they should provide Zapier and other integrations that every digital advertiser requires for free.

Easy, simple, and full of features
Overall, it's easy to setup and start using it if your demands are not that high. For a small team of 2 sales and 1 marketing, it works great and fits all my team's needs.
Vorteile
The simple interface and the abundance of features in a very affordable tool. It integrates well with websites and can be very customized.
Nachteile
Landing pages and forms designs can be improved to fit a modern style. Forms don't have many field options.

Friendly and easy to use email marketing tool!
The most used feature is email marketing with usefull workflows. They suite our needs the most. Also pop ups are great to use and bring us expected value.
Vorteile
Creating any email is very user friendly, easy to make, even creating custom emails according to our design manuals. Our emails reach highest scores in deliverability. Reports are easy to make and evaluate. Pop ups are really good feature, we use them a lot and they do generate lots of leads for our sales team.
Nachteile
The only con is that to import database you have to split contacts into 25000 contacts. With huge database its always the longest quest ;O)

Vorteile
Engagebay allows us to automate many processes, such as sending automated emails, tracking user data, daily meet-ups, support tickets and tracking the lead status or funnel stage.
Nachteile
The creation of Landing pages is not possible. The Livechat integration is not available at the moment.

For a small business, this tool does pretty much everything required by teams.

They need to make some improvements to the email templates.

The training manual can be improved-that is, they are always helpful and prompt to help-but some of my questions.
