Nothing as now the platform is really good and I have started using it recently so don't have any negative things right now.

I am new to Engagebay but have been incredibly happy with the CRM and support received so far. I have tried a few CRM's in the past, and Engagebay is by far the best.

Have nothing bad to report so far. As I have only been using the CRM for just over a month, nothing obvious has stood out to me.

Landing pages and forms designs can be improved to fit a modern style. Forms don't have many field options.

Creating any email is very user friendly, easy to make, even creating custom emails according to our design manuals. Our emails reach highest scores in deliverability. Reports are easy to make and evaluate. Pop ups are really good feature, we use them a lot and they do generate lots of leads for our sales team.

Nachteile

The only con is that to import database you have to split contacts into 25000 contacts. With huge database its always the longest quest ;O)

Meager the duplicated e mail address immediately and can see the result of import easily.

Some of the original category can not change.Ex, I would like to make "Email" category mandatory but can not.

Secondly, the platform has both automation and landing page on the same place. So, if your business involves a lot of emailing, then you are definitely going to find this useful. It will save you an incredible amount of time when marketing.

There's also the option of having EngageBay Marketing customized to best fit your needs. So if you need changes of any sort, you don't have to worry about the tool's flexibility. Also, the customer service is excellent. If you encounter any problem, you will be assisted accordingly.

For a small business, this tool does pretty much everything required by teams.

They need to make some improvements to the email templates.

It has an email marketing tool that is simple to use. The best part is that you may use all the effective tools, including sequences, autoresponders, email broadcasts, and landing pages, for nothing. Excellent for a new business. Even the help center and live chat are included in the free plan. Upscaling is simple and very effective to use.
