Still in old inverement and too slow in many views. The app doesnt issue new passwords but have now heard that its coming.

The software is easy to use and learn and there are different kind of ways to do the same thing.

It would be helpful if the system could provide with same kind of logic setting. For example rules between shifttypes and agreements.

The opportunities and that it is user-friendly, especially for the employees. You get a fast overview of the staff, which makes it easier for you to schedule your schedule.

Absence management is very bad and circumstantial.

It has taken time for local managers to learn how the system works. It is very simple in some aspects but also complicated.
We have been running for about 1 year now at the warehouse but still have problems with webpunch.

Before we used excel, and didn't have full control over our shifts. Now we easily have a clear view and can communicate it easily to our staff.

Nachteile

That it do not have a reporting system for our staff. We would like to have an integrated sales reporting system.

I love the fact that it has a very user friendly app so i don't have to start my computer up every time i need to check something.

Nachteile

Not sure if this is the same for everyone using Quinyx but i can't see the location of all my shifts/classes, i can only see the hours i'm working. Seeing as i have classes at different locations/centers i would love it if that minor detail was included.

Quinyx is intuitive and easy to use for the employees.
Easy to administrate and great customer support.

Nachteile

For bigger businesses with complex organisation there are some challenges since Quinyx organisation set up is a bit flat.

Due to transition phase between two platforms, functionalities are missing in the newer platform meaning that the user might need to switch between two platforms. Additionally, the dashboard could be very mch improved to help optimize the managers' daily work

Effective way of working when you need many employees

Some functions need to be shaped to our needs and it takes a long time. We are waiting for Neo to get started

The sofware is easy to use and have a lot of smart functions. The app for mobilphones makes the communication with our employes easier. We look forward to see new functions. Quinyx are in cloud and accessible.

Nachteile

It should be easier to make Our own reports. There are restriction in display and calculation of target numbers. E-Learning should be in Shorter and in more modules, that makes it easier to learn one function at a time.

The opportunity to optimize college planning to increase customer satisfaction and the business needs. By using forecasts the planning is getting better. Salary was also correct from the very first beginning.

Part time sickness is a little bit to complicated.

Expecting stronger support for some blue collar union agreements in the Nordics that have complex time rules. However, Quinyx are super strong in the service/retail industry where they have their roots in and they are rapidly growing in to other sectors.

Very easy to use, can see everyone's available shift rather than ask around work, tells you the times you punched out for breaks which makes it easier to make sure you are back on time

There is no break option so therefore when we click out for unpaid breaks we have to punch out which may be sometimes confusing

When I started to use the product it felt a bit old (how it looked) but think they have started to shape it up really good!

For the end-user Quinyx is easy to use and intuitive. Mobile app is great and basically can be used without training.

The back end for Admin is at a first glance more complicated however in there you can configure everything you might need.

It's a one stop shop for everything related to rotas, holiday etc. It has streamlined our processes and is super easy to understand

Can be quite slow sometimes and times out but that could be our internet so time will tell with our infrastructure upgrades.

How clear and easy it is to see my shift times and areas of work. Swapping shifts is simple also.

There are many options on the app which are just unused. I don't know whether they will be used in the future or if they just don't hold any purpose but they clutter the experience.

he sitch from Quinyx Classic to Neo is a bit messy, some functions differ from the two applications and it geta i little bit confusing for administrators and implementers.

Easier to plan your shifts, your holidays, who’s working with you etc.
Also have access to your punch in/out times which is very useful

Not necessary in a very small team
Difficult to understand how holidays are paid

The best part is the daily/weekly scheduling for our staff and output directly to payroll.
Connecting to the quinyx database to build automatic reports in our own report-system.

We had a very long implementation time for some of our contries.
Took a lot of training and follow-up to make the managers use the system correctly, for payroll output.
