Screencloud is very intuitive and easy to use software for digital signage. The endless possibilities and out of the box integrations provides flexibility to display the content from various data sources.

It cannot display the content from inetrnal systems if the authentication is through our single siign on setup.

Central management of all the screens on different locations is working out very well for us, even with all the different screen sizes we have. All the different hardware options are a big plus compare to what competitors offer.

We like the many features ScreenCloud has to offer. It is able to pick up things from my Microsoft Teams account which is very helpful. Many different designs and layouts to choose from. The thing that we love the MOST is the customer service aspect. Our customer rep, [sensitive content hidden], is always checking in and making sure we are getting the most our of our membership. It's been a great partnership!

I wouldn't say I liked anything the least - I'm still learning new things about ScreenCloud everyday.

What I love most about ScreenCloud is the ability to quickly post a picture or information to get on to our boards. This has been the easiest way to get information to our members other than email (which most of them don't read).

Nachteile

The only thing that I don't like right now is that screen cloud won't recognize the latest picture format of HEIC on most iPhones. This forces me to have to change it before posting it through dropbox. This might be a dropbox issue. I don't know

I love how easy and intuitive the slide creator is. If you've used PowerPoint, then ScreenCloud will be second nature. We were up and running in no time!

The multi-screen function allows us to broadcast to multiple locations at once, and the ability to know that the screens will update nearly instantaneously, allows us to continue to put our focus on mission-critical needs. Screencloud has allowed us to reach out customers in ways we didn't even know were possible.

The most beneficial feature of ScreenCloud is the ability to create so many different screens and channels for our internal audience. We can customize the screens to fit each service area. The ability to add content and have it immediately load is a plus. The customer service team has been helpful and has gone out of their way to assist in making this a great tool.

I would like to have the ability to publish several playlists at the same time as well as a feature to create reports.

The remote screen management is the most important feature of Screencloud. They have a lot of templates and integrations that we can use but we have found that the most simple integration that we can use to collaborate with various content owners is Google Slides.

Nachteile

We run Screencloud on several tv screen across campus through Amazon Firesticks. Ideally, if a television is turned off, when it is turned on again, Screencloud should automatically start. It works most times but occasionally we will have to manually open Screencloud. The Firestick will also go to sleep between playlists if there is nothing scheduled which means we have to manually restart the Firestick.

I've been using ScreenCloud for a few years, but just upgraded from ScreenCloud Signage to the new ScreenCloud Studio. Just in the little time I have used the new Studio version I would say it is a huge improvement over Signage with regard to ease-of-use and new features. There are several features that I like including the ability to create multiple channels and screencast emergency or other important notices and then resume normal scheduling.

Nachteile

This isn't necessarily an issue with the software, but it would be nice to have some more news options pre-set in the list to choose from when setting up a live-feed of a news channel.

Screen Cloud is easy to use and very easy to train staff. Along with professional design features, it integrates with Google G Suite making it easy for the average employee to keep it current. Operation is seamless needing less IT support

Most of the content administration is easy to implement. For the more creative and technically inclined user, it can be difficult to create custom layouts for those who do not understand CSS. A solution would be a feature where users drag the borders of the regions.

The screen cloud software has a lot of pros including the flexibility of the hardware that you run it on to the usability of the software. It's fairly intuitive for simple functions but also has some power user features that can be useful if you have the ability to dig in a little more to schedule and set up various playlists.

Nachteile

The cost can be fairly high for just a few screens. Once you reach a large screen discount that makes a big difference. Most of the issues I would have would be around additional updates that would make specific uses much more easy for a repeat use case.

When looking for a digital signage software, ScreenCloud was a little bit more expensive per screen than competitors, but in my opinion, a lot more easier to understand and use. Also, uploading your own videos and pictures is easy along with scheduling times for certain playlists. The customer service was also phenomenal compared to other software. I would email someone about a question, and then 30 minutes later I would have an answer! The team at ScreenCloud was very helpful and worked with us for a while in order to make sure we understood what we were buying and to help us understand all the different parts of the software.

Nachteile

The canvas feature has limited customizability and the app store doesn't have a ton of new apps. Using internal links is also not possible at the time but it seems like other services also do not have that feature. However, from talking to customer support, it seems like they are working on new apps and improvements all the time.

I would like to be able to export the whole playlist so our upper level management can see what is being displayed at a quick glance.

I use this software for the display screens on our K-12 campus. ScreenCloud is completely web-based so it's easy for me to access it at school, at home, or anywhere else, and update on the go. At the moment, you do need to be on a desktop/laptop to access the control panel, but once you have a playlist set up, sometimes it's just a matter of updating a Google document or slide, which can be done from your phone. I wouldn't be surprised if ScreenCloud develops a mobile app soon. They are always improving their product, they're always adding new apps, and they have always provided me with excellent customer service.

ScreenCloud doesn't require a huge amount of time to set up or maintain. It has a very user-friendly interface and you get instant results, especially when combined with Google slides and Canva templates.

It's light. It provides the tools I need to run what is essentially a digital bulletin board for K-12 students as well as faculty and staff. I'm able to communicate and promote relevant, essential information and events effectively. I can easily display photo galleries and play video playlists of recent student activities and accomplishments.

It's a great product. You can tell the developers and their customer service team care about the quality of their work.

Nachteile

It'd be really convenient to have a ScreenCloud app where I can create/edit playlists and content from my phone. I like the apps that ScreenCloud has provided in their content library. It'd be great if we could customize those apps to match our school colors.

Cloud managed, only need local access to internet in able to manage a remote screen.

Required the use of a credit card, at the time of acquisition. Invoice would be better suited to our needs.

ScreenCloud has proven to be an extremely effective tool at getting company messages and information out to our greater team. With multiple operations and varying team member schedules, it can be difficult to have everyone in one place at the same time. With ScreenCloud, I am easily able to create, update and post content that'll air at each operation. The platform allows for easy customization and immediate display with a click of the mouse.

There isn't much negative to say. My only true complaint is that the "Canva" content creation function can feel clunky at times. I hope to see further improvements and updates as time goes on. I also wish there was a better way to file my templates and slides in folders for easier navigation.

I am in complete control of managing our info screens at six different locations. I needed the ability to control all the screens from my desk without having to run all over town. ScreenCloud was the perfect solution for the task.

I wish there was more instruction on how to link music. I figured it out, but with trial and error. I also wish there were more tutorials. I have the basics down, but I would wager that there are features that I don't know about that I could be utilizing.

Everything! The level of customization is wonderful, if you are a creative designer you can do pretty much anything you would ever need in a menu board.Integration with growflow is great.

Would be nice to have the option to eliminate the title row at the top of every menu scroll.

It just works. Every day it launches and runs seamlessly. The Apps are great to pull current news and events and customer services are very responsive!

The integration with the Fire Stick has not been a good experience. The Firestick display needs consistent refreshing and doesn't work always like the web browser so does. Also, the trickiness of adding a new screen, not knowing to do a trial version first, and getting charged was a bad experience. Contact customer service and they got me a refund, but in the begin, I didn't know how to navigator a new screen.

The interface and setup is generally pretty easy. We have several devices running ScreenCloud across multiple buildings and once it's set up, it just works.

The interface of the editor is a bit simplistic, and there aren't very many supported content layouts.

The ease of changing the signage in 1 minute I can update my information. Also the ease of putting outside up to the minute information (weather) for our course is invaluable.

The best solution for in-store screens and advertising I have found for our business. Simple to deploy using Firesticks. It's simple to create and customize playlists for each screen, have expiration dates for time-specific information, and it serves up both images and videos, plus screencloud's own useful content too (e.g. weather forecast etc).

Nachteile

I have had some issues with Firesticks that have required replacing because of updates not being compatible with Screencloud. From time to time the app will require a little attention (re-boots, login etc), but most of the time these devices are reliably up and running 24/7.

The remote access is helpful because I'm not at the place alot.
