Easy to use
It is easy to utilize and track conversations.
Vorteile
It is so easy to send text messages to clients.
Nachteile
There can be many issues/delays with updating auto-texts for different office hours or holiday hours. We are told we can call BirdEye to make these changes, but then we are always required to send an email to BirdEye Support with the updated hours we would like. Sometimes there is a delay with the auto-text hours being updated, the update request might be inaccurate for our auto-response, or the auto-texts are sent to clients at inaccurate times/outside of what was requested. It would be nice for better consistency with update requests or for businesses to be able to control editing their own auto-responses.

Birdeye helped us expand our reviews and services!!
I love Birdeye and their customer service! When I reach a wall, they call meRight away and they are always so polite and their knowledge is huge!!
Vorteile
Since we got Birdeye, our google reviews went from 46 to almost 1000 in less than 1 year!!! We LOVE IT!! The ability to text patients, confirm appointments via text etc… changed our practice to the better and saved us hours on the phones!!
Nachteile
I I would like the address book to have more fields so we could search lists according to what we are looking to text….

Birdeye takes the work out of asking for reviews
Birdeye has a strong customer relations team. They genuinely seek to provide optimal service. They are caring and will resolve any concerns.
Vorteile
We use Birdeye for a multi-doctor practice. The reviews are sent to our patients after they leave our office. I check the dashboard regularly and respond to received reviews. The dashboard is easy to use.
One feature that I appreciate is that each review states which location the patient was seen at and which doctor saw the patient.
I can also "add a tag" with the name of the doctor that referred our patient to our practice.
If I am looking for a review to use for a radio ad or in a marketing piece, I can search the reviews by doctor, location, procedure done, or key words.
On a side note, we have a contest each month in our office of which doctor and team received the most reviews for the month! This encourages our team members to provide the highest quality of service to our patients and they also remind the patient that they are getting a review request and to please fill it out.
Nachteile
Years ago, when we first joined there were glitches in the software and the review requests would not send out. I could always tell because I would stop receiving reviews.

Great Product
I have experienced a positive relationship with Birdeye. They are readily available when I have questions and they are making me aware of what other products are available should I need them.
Vorteile
Birdeye delivered everything they promised, this is the best money we ever spent for marketing. People use social media constantly to make choices for where they purchase products, where they want to travel and definitely to find doctors in their area. Birdeye has brought our practice up to the forefront in how easily people can find us on the web. It is also great to have our patients give such great reviews, although we can't always make people happy its good to hear where we need improvement. I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business.
Nachteile
Birdeye is very good about making sure we are happy with their product and want to meet on a regular basis, with the practice being very busy it is not always convenient to meet with them. This is a also a pro for this company in that they are always available and want to make sure we are content with their product.

Terrific Business Software
They are always on the ball to provide help and respond to questions. Terrific overall experience. I have recommended your business to other friends who are in business ownership and will continue to recommend you.

I am still a newer user to the software because it is our hygienist who enters in the clients for review requests. I happen to be the individual responsible for review tracking and replying. I did not like a recent situation where the BirdEye software changed our Facebook Profile and Cover photo to match each other, to our logo one morning at 3am. I have talked with BirdEye about this and we are on the same page for the future. We did change our cover photo and profile photo back to the original photos we have selected. We should all be good moving forward now and it did not alter my exceptional rating and perception of BirdEye as a company. We think you are terrific!!!!

Are you the best ?
Out overall experience has been tremendous! We really care about our patients. We are a husband and wife team and we treat them like our family. We have high skill level too and our team is dedicated too in treating and caring for each patient and when they ask patients to fill out the email when they get it after their appointment, it is always a 5 star review ! It is the best way to show new prospective new patients that are looking to come to a practice that want to be treated that way too ! They want to be listened too , not to be hurt,& they want to understand wants going on . They also want to be able to smile and feel good about themselves again. And do it in a way that they can afford it and we seem to make that work for them . And this birdeye reviews is a way that they express it to us . Get it ! Now ! Unless you suck .... then don’t because people will tell you but maybe that’s good too and then you’ll know that you need to step up your game or fire someone or maybe more than just someone maybe everyone and start over with a whole new team and a new mission statement..... wow ... food for thought 😉

BirdEye is Perfect At One Thing, Bad Pricing
As stated above, my office selected BirdEye to boost our online reviews and online presence, in which, BirdEye perfectly pulled that off. Our office reviews skyrocketed thanks to BirdEye. My office stopped using BirdEye when we discovered another product for a much lower price point with more features.

BirdEye integrates with your dental software and helped our office boost our reviews on Facebook, Google, and all other social media sites. At the end of the business day, BirdEye texts all of our patients and gives them a route to easily post reviews about their office visit, which absolutely helped us gain reviews and online presence. The best part about this software is the dashboard that allows users to see review statistics. The customer service for this company is excellent.
Nachteile
The pricing. The pricing for BirdEye is way too expensive for the features provided.

Birdeye is like a breath of fresh air.
Vorteile
With so many in the space of rating and reviews, Birdeye goes above and beyond by being super user-friendly. The dashboard for reviews saves me tons of time in responding to reviews and it's wonderful to have an "at a glance" look at all of different listings from one view. The benefit of this product far outweighs what little time it takes to easily get ratings and reviews from customers who may not have taken the time to do so on their own. Customer support is top notch!

No cons-- everything has been positive! If anything... my only regret is not finding Birdeye sooner!

Great Reviews Easily Posted by your Patients
We have had the software since 2016, and have received 100's of great reviews. It has definitely been worth the investment for our office.
Vorteile
This software allows patients to post reviews easily as it automatically identifies where they already have accounts. There is no need for them to log in or create an account to write you a great review.
Nachteile
I wish there was a feature where we knew which patients were going to have reviews sent. Families have the same email for several members, and sometimes they receive an email when they have already written a review. I would like a dashboard where I can control who receives an invitation to review.

I love my BirdEye
We changed the software so that we control who gets a review - We pick them out in the AM. We manage a 5 star on Google and all our reviews are so positive and flattering to the office.
Vorteile
The ease that any of my staff can present the software and the patient is at ease seeing it isn't a big deal. Lots of patients are afraid the click here, click there platforms, or even before we had BirdEye, us telling them how to do it! This is easy breezy for all!

There isn't anything I don't not like about it - We were able to custom tailor the software to what we wanted and it's what I got!

Totally worth it
We wanted to increase our google reviews and had tried 2 other products prior to BirdEye, spent thousands of dollars elsewhere and got zero results, felt frustrated, and were hesitant to drop any additional expenses because we thought the process was just too difficult. Good thing BirdEye found us and told us they had a special connection with Google and other review processes. With BirdEye's customer setup and support and training, my spouse who isn't even tech saavy, was able to immediately start using BirdEye and we had positive reviews within the first month, and every month thereafter. Our business has increased beyond expectations. We are very satisfied customers.

Worth it!
New patients have increased significantly based on positive reviews generated by BirdEye. The best investment.
Vorteile
The review requests are automatically generated and patients are encouraged to leave reviews. It has fueled my practice growth! Also love the option to reply to the patient if they have feedback for the practice and how we can improve.
Nachteile
I had one patient complain that she already left a review and was still asked to leave a review after her service. I'm not sure if this is true or not.

very important to reach our patients and Birdeye allows us to text message.
Vorteile
We like Birdeye for the ease of reviews sent to our patients. We like how it populates to our website. Birdeye sends any reports on how successful we are on Google, Facebook and Yelp. They also respond quickly if a negative review appears. The text messaging is very helpful on a day to day basis to reach our patients.

I would like to see the software intergrate with our dental software Dentrix, so we may see multiple families due for treatment and or exams and account balances

Love Birdeye software!
I have had a great experience with Birdeye, it is easy to see all patient communcation through the software in one place.

I wish Birdeye chat's linked directly with the patients accounts in our dental practice management software. Birdeye has the capability to recognize the patients name, but we end up having to copy and paste any relevant information obtained through birdeye into each patients account. If the conversation waas stored and/or recorded directly into the patients account, it would be incredibly helpful!

Since starting with Birdeye, our reviews have increased dramatically. Although we recently had some technical difficulties, they were eventually solved satisfactorily.

Knowing when a good or bad reviews comes in from google. You can go into birds eyes and reply which is plus.
Nachteile
Getting to speak with someone or cancelling a contract that was done incorrectly the first time was a problem. They don't return phone calls. I had to filed a complaint with BBB before they return my call. Terrible customer service. Spoke with manager he was not very nice. They couldn't fix the problem so I had cancelled the contract which was difficult to do.

Great Product!
BirdEye has increased my visibility on line and on social media tenfold.
Vorteile
This software works seamlessly with my practice software. It is extremely user friendly!

I love using BirdEye
Vorteile
I can access BirdEye from anywhere, in order to help our patients. The app is on my phone and it makes it so easy to communicate quickly.
Nachteile
Since I have been using BirdEye I have not disliked anything.

Online reputation management streamlined
It has been positive, we have seen an increase in online positive reviews due to the simplified link that we can now send customers.
Vorteile
The link for customers to leave reviews is simplified and easy.
Nachteile
There are small attributes that need fine tuning if we were to use all features to their fullest functional ability

Birdeye
Vorteile
I really like that I get notified when someone leaves a google review and that it will let us auto-respond.
Nachteile
So far, I have not found anything that I did not like about the program, but, I have not been using it for long!

We are still new to BirdEye but everything seems to be great so far.
We are excited to see new Google and Facebook reviews.

The most appealing feature to me is the amount of customer support and detailed FAQ list making it easier to get started for first time users.
Nachteile
The whole set up seemed a bit intimidating and overwhelming at first but once I got started I realized it was relatively simple.

Ease of use, the ability to track all of our locations at one time and the ability to respond to reviews directly form dashboard.

Vorteile
Simply results on getting positive reviews. So far, so good. I'd love the opportunity to re-review in 6-9 months but currently I'm impressed.
Nachteile
1. Ease of transfer/ability for BE to extract data. 2. Need to know/use more of it. (Partially I need more time or assistance in delegating the marketing aspect of this).

The experience has been good so far.
Vorteile
That it gives patients the option of writing a personal review they can post, or a review they can send directly to us. It also gives patients the freedom to review and comment on their experience.
Nachteile
I haven't found anything I don't like as of yet.
