At the beginning we were struggling a bit with the possibilities to place and resize pictures, creating tables but in the end we figured out a way that was satisfying for us.

Efficient way of store and manage your knowledge base
Using Document360 helps me to store my ideas and review them when I need it. And also it helps to share those ideas with my colleagues.
Vorteile
Document360 is the best option to your knowledge base. You can save, review and share your knowledge very easily and safely. And this software can used by anyone who has no any technical knowledge.
Nachteile
As a free trial user I couldn't find any issues yet. But if there is some more demo videos it will be more helpful.

Very easy to use and works great for our Help Center
We use Document360 for our customer help center and it works great for this use case.
Vorteile
Document360 is very intuitive -- it's nice to see previews of your changes, the analytics tool is helpful, and customer service is world-class. Their team is willing to help with anything and very receptive to product feedback.
Nachteile
It's not possible to easily change the font and size within some articles, although this is not a big deal since this can be accomplished via custom CSS.

Commenting feature: This feature was the reason we had to switch our existing software to Document360
The ability to have bi communication engagement within each individual article was well received by all our staff.

Great product
I have good experience with the product so far. Looking forward to get all our content out in the portal.
Vorteile
I like that it is easy and does not take much effort to create professional looking documentation. The version control makes it easy to maintain multiple versions of a given product. Search is good. Support listens and is willing to extend product to solve future use-cases.
Nachteile
It can be pricy if you have lots of products and want to have a separate project for each product. It is missing multiple language support for the content of the articles (this is on the roadmap). It does not have fined tuned permission control of the articles and sections. Sometimes it seems a bit slow to load pages.

Easy to use Documentation solution for our users
New features are being added constantly and the bi-monthly meeting with our account manager to review new features and help us implement them properly really helps. Great company, great support.

Great experience getting started
Very impressed with the Sales team and the Customer Happiness team members. They are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, which will really enhance our use of the tool.
Vorteile
There are many features to keep your knowledge base organized and the information secure by user type. It doesn't go overboard with the formatting, and a lot is templated so you can get started quickly.
Nachteile
Sometimes it's a little tough to find a helpful feature, like different levels of bullets, but the team is very responsive to questions.

Document360 is one of the most customizable knowledge base site providers available.

- Very fast and friendly support team

Nachteile
- The speed at which the knowledge base page loads is very slow compared to other providers.
- In addition, the view of the knowledge base page on the smartphone is very confusing and urgently needs to be improved.
- The design is very similar to Freshdesk, which might not be bad, but it would be better if you could choose between different, unique designs.
- Nevertheless, Knowledgebase360 is not cheap

Simplicity, Thorough, and Value
Vorteile
Simplicity, Thorough, and Value these are some words that come to mind about Document360. Exceptional Service! We had one minor issue when we first implemented the tool, we contacted them and they setup a conference call. Within 48 hours the issue was resolved AND fixed. I have not had an issue since. My company and I are extremely pleased with Document360 and what it accomplishes.
Nachteile
Nothing. The software is just awesome. Try their trial version and decide.

Privately hosted knowledge base uses secure log in and can assign team access.

Great SaaS Tool for Knowledge Management
Vorteile
SaaS model makes deployment easy, I had everything up and running within a week; Conversion from MS-Word is very good, almost seamless; User management is pretty good with its self-service registration.
Nachteile
Some fundamental features such as multi-language are locked behind enterprise edition; Performance suffers a little when you have many documents under one category.

Good KB software for general use
We were looking for a KB software that allows us to have customer facing and internal facing instances so that we can provide consistent information between customers and our internal teams. Internal sections would need to be protected from general readers. The product solves the challenge. Customer service and support has been stellar. My experience interacting with the team found that the company works with users to help solve challenges.
Vorteile
It's easy to setup as it is offered as a service similar to our own products. Not having to figure out system requirements and hosting needs is a breeze. Overall usability is good, and simple to get a good KB site up and running.
Nachteile
"Reader" count and security features being offered by tier doesn't make much sense. I can understand limiting the number of editors, but requiring an expensive tier to provide content security doesn't make much sense.

- We now rolled out a knowledge base for our tool including URL mapping (customers love it!)
- We make use of the SSO feature

1. Document360 is having many rich features and one of them is “Tree view structure” which make our readers to find what they want exactly.

The availability of the customer support and the help of them was very useful.
Nachteile
Some Features are missing that we found were essential in some cases. Like Custom Icons or likely more. More No-Code Customisation in the Homepage-Builder could help us also.

We feel our knowledge base is more secure with Document360
Vorteile
1. Document360 offers wonderful backup capability to make sure your knowledge base platform.
2. It allows two types of backup which is the system daily backup and manual backup. So, we do not worry about accidently deleted articles at all.
Nachteile
We are expecting that the multi-language capability to be released soon, as this is a feature we would like to see.

Vorteile
This product met all of our needs and their team was very easy to work with. Every time I ask them "can we do ____?" the setting or feature has been there.
Nachteile
While I love all of the features and the ease of use, there is a small bit of HTML writing that is needed from time to time. However, they do have a WYSIWYG version for help pages that can be utilized as well.

Perfect knowledgebase platform
I would really recommend Document360 as a knowledgebase.
Vorteile
I really liked how easy it is to edit the knowledgebase, and it comes out as an interactive, searchable platform. They have regular, monthly updates and their support team is also very helpful.
