Document360 is a great software to help increase your knowledge and the great part is that it is very inexpensive. I would suggest everyone to at least try it once. The markdown editor feature proved to be of a great help to me in documentation and also the software Document 360 helped me solve basic issues such as lagging in back up ecetra.
Vorteile
I have been a Document360 user for a while now and I really like that it is accessible from any device. It helps in creating very rich content due to its knowledge base platform which comes with a great search engine.
Nachteile
There isn't any thing that I necessarily dislike about this software however it could be improved with thing like a 24/7 chat service to assist the users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Otherwise It's perfect.

Easy to use, quick to get up and running with instant results. They follow up regularly with calls that ensure that all updates and enhancements to the platform are understood.
Vorteile
Maintaining a knowledge base on this software is both intuitive and easy. The ability to quickly add and organise sections when your application is rapidly changing ensures that your customers are always looking at the correct data.
Nachteile
One con is that I think the MIS on page visits could be more advanced by I don't really expect that for the current cost.

Very easy to use
Our employees can find the information necessary for their missions independently and clearly. We can provide all kinds of information, documents, links in a clear, readable and pleasant environment.

The use is very simple, the installation is done very quickly. Our entire team can use and update this tool without the need for specific computer knowledge. we can update the information quickly, and adapt day after day to our own evolution
Nachteile
We would like to have more modification options on the appearance, and even minimal follow-up on the most consulted pages and the number of visits. Solution that are not included in our choice

Very simple setup, from an IT side, with very little maintenance needed for our end users.
Nachteile

Great product by an enthusiastic team
We are using Document360 for the customer documentation for our software product. It has been really easy to set up and maintain and the Document360 team is really pleasant to work with.
Vorteile
The product is intuitive to set up and manage. Creating and updating articles is really easy.
The support / customer success team is eager to help and to build and deploy new functionality.
Nachteile
Since it's a relatively new product, it doesn't have the full maturity of a product that has existed for years. But it's quickly growing towards full maturity.

Gets it done
It's an easy-to-use solution, both for the end-users and for our company.
With the statistics, we are able to quickly find articles that are not performing as expected, broken links, or articles that our users are looking for.
The article editor is pretty simple to use, although not perfect, which means we don't take a long time editing and can publish information very quickly.
Vorteile
Easy to use. Apart from being a good solution for writing your documentation, the statistics are very helpful: Geography (visitors), Performance (views, reads), Search (popular and no results), and Link Status (redirect, broken) are what we use the most.
The Support is great, they respond quickly and are very helpful!
Nachteile
Needs more personalization features out of the box. Theoretically, you can select from any font for your articles, but only a few are selectable from the UI and the rest need some engineering from their side.

Document360 offers a great standalone help center that integrates with most other tools. They're continually improving their offering.
Vorteile
I love the look and feel and the menu bar on the left. It's easy to read through the content and easy to navigate quickly to what you're looking for.
Nachteile
I would like to see more customisation and different layout options, for example, a better way to display popular articles and more control over the visuals.

Great Customizable Product
We are using Doc360 for creating an internal knowledge base. Our company members with experience are taking time to put as many of our known processes and standards into the knowledge base as we can, so that as we grow we don't miss a step on future projects.
Vorteile
I like being able to build the software in exactly the way my company wants/needs it, whether simple or complex. While we use it in simple ways, I can easily see the ways it is helpful in complex ways as well.
Nachteile
Nothing wrong with the software, it just feels a little old school in some ways. The amount of settings is overwhelming sometimes, and difficult to sift through and understand in detail.

Document360 made knowledge sharing with team members and clients far more efficient. It is very easy and quick to update the knowledge base and add material to it. Also, they constantly develop new features and the account managers are proactive about checking in and making sure you have a smooth user experience.

Overall the Document360 publishing process is decent and the tool is user friendly.

Easy to use, yet the suite of publishing and admin tools is comprehensive.
Nachteile
The document review process with stakeholders could be aided by having a way to share a link to an unpublished document.
Currently, there is no way for team members to see an article preview without also having an account, so we must resort to either publishing the document prematurely or generating a PDF, which is not ideal.
Technical Support for specific issues can be hit and miss at times.

Vorteile
The articles display really nicely. The software is overall pretty easy to use. I like having the option to include a table of contents and links to related articles when I created an article. I like that the Document 360 team is very open to feature requests and suggestions on how to improve their product. They have a great support system as well.
Nachteile
I believe there are a few things that could be done to make the software a little more user-friendly. That being said, the team appears to be open to making changes that will improve that point, and one of my suggestions is already being given attention, so I'm very happy with the product and the team so far!

Features like tags, SEO, snippet and variable etc. all the features are very helpful. Article and content editing is very easy and cool. This feature in which we can add video, audio and any other file is really very helpful and enhances the whole eperience.

Session expiry which happens often is what i found to be a drawback of this application. And some other complications in content editing.

Useful for user guides and changelogs
Document360 is helping us enormously with our lack of user guide pages and changelogs; it is super easy to maintain and update the articles. Today we have a wholly dedicated page for the changelog, which has given more confidence to our product.
Vorteile
Document360 makes building a guide website very flexible, and in a very facilitating experience, you can assemble different sessions and topics for articles and manuals. Fantastic customer service where the team is constantly pursuing suggestions and satisfaction.
Nachteile
I wouldn't consider it a big issue, but despite numerous features, there is a need to upgrade the subscription plan.

Extremely User Friendly
Vorteile
The main reason I switched to Document 360 was because the KBS used previously was complicated and also outdated in comparison to what is available in the market these days. After shopping around a bit, I decided to go with Document 360 because its team went the extra mile, with regular and prompt check ins and patiently answered all my concerns due to the previous KBS experience. The transition was trouble free thanks to the team.. I have used the product for 6 months and counting.

Easy to set up and author content.
This has been an excellent product to author content from a non-IT person perspective. I have had my IT guys jump in and help for a few things and they have also found it very easy to utilize and customize.

The biggest time saver for me, is the ability for Document 360 to create articles and multi-step processes by simply uploading from a Word doc.
Nachteile
Some of the set-up was not intuative, but easily resolved by playing around and experimenting.

With Doc360 I dont have to care much about styling, spacing and formating. Every change I do is tracable and easy to check in the right panel.

I am little bit dissapointed about the way I have to "re-write" tables from microsoft office or excell. You cant just copy-paste a table.

Overall the customer support has been excellent and using Doc360 has been easy/intuitive and at times positively surprising.
Vorteile
Starting and progressively organizing information while creating a visual hierarchy has been easy. The interface has been fairly intuitive for me and the search feature is proving helpful.
Nachteile
I've had a bit of difficulty with formatting when creating a new article by copying and pasting from an existing article, but I think this is in the process of being fixed.

Overall, my experience with Document 360 has been great. I appreciate that it is fairly priced compared to other Knowledge Base options on the market.
Vorteile
Easy to use without much training. For the most part, able to just jump in and learn while you go.
Nachteile
There are some features with the WYSIWYG editor that need to be improved. For example, numbered lists should be easier to create. They are working on making these changes, though.

A straightforward knowledge base that will adapt as our service develops
Document360 feels like we have a knowledge base with longevity and has enabled us to embed it into our processes really easily, with plenty of support from their customer service team
Vorteile
It was really straightforward to set up and populate. The interface is very intuitive and the initial guides built into the software are really helpful. The customer service that backs this up is exceptional. They're very responsive to any questions and were happy to help us choose the right plan. This continues with regular meetings (if you want) keeping you informed of new features. I get the impression it's constantly being worked on and very much in response to customer feedback.
Nachteile
It would be good if it could be integrated into more third party apps.

New user of Document360
So far it has been very positive. The support we receive from the Doc360 Team has been very good.
Vorteile
From an administrative point of view, this platform is highly available, secure and intuitive.
Nachteile
One feature that would benefit from some additional functionality is the IP restrictions feature found in Access & Security. Having the ability to import a list of IPv4 addresses would be very helpful. Also, being able to use CIDR notation for address blocks would be great.

Great knowledge base solution
I have a very positive experience with the product. Everything is made easy to use and customer support is excellent.
Vorteile
Document 360 is really easy to use. Articles are easy to edit and publish. Great customer service if any issues occur.
Nachteile
Haven't come across many issues, and even if they occur, they are fixed quickly.

Have multiple knowledge base for your multiproducts
Vorteile
We have more that 2 products and worried to have aseparate knowledge base with its brand identity.
Document360 resolved our problem and now we have three separate knowledge bases with its unique brand identity.
Nachteile
Copying articles from one project to another would save a lot of time and would be great to see this feature.

Document360- Fully Featured knowledge base Solution for Internal and External support
Vorteile
Centralised knowledge management that it works as an extension of other features and integrates perfectly your favorite third-party tools like Zendesk, Freshchat, Olark, Google analytics, etc. making Document360 the preferred choice for all knowledge management needs. The private documentation allows us to maintain files of high-security user login access. Training is well laid out and there is plenty of support from the team and enough online resources to reference.
Nachteile
There isn't that many... feedback analysis feature is very basic, needs to extend where the visitor can input their comment. This will help in shaping the documentation.
