Great affordable training solution
I created an employee training library with courses and certifications to track internal training. I was able to create trainings easily and my employees were able to have courses assigned to them individually and pick up right where they left off of they stopped mid lesson.
Vorteile
It's so easy from the end user perspective and everything looks clean and professional. I used it for employee training and they loved it.
Nachteile
It's a little bit of a learning curve to use but their team is amazing and will keep turn your vision into reality.

Excellent but still scope to get even better

Innovation and evolving. Also excellent customer service and tech support
Nachteile
I’d like to see them embrace recommendations engines more and to sort out in-app subscriptions

Good product, great service
Great - support has been brilliant and engagement from our community has been improved by the platform.
Vorteile
LearnWorlds' customisation is brilliant. Anything you can think of, you can create with no coding needed and minimal tweaking. The support team are incredibly responsive and helpful as well.
Nachteile
The community setup is odd. Having the newest reply to a comment at the top is not a user experience that I am used to, nor one which our users enjoy.

My experience
Always helpful, responsive and accessible.
Vorteile
Cool, user-friendly software, which develops continuously.
A good mix between online marketing focus and organisational LMS.
A client service team and spirit which rocks.
Nachteile
We use SCORM files. The speed with which SCORM based e-learnrings are loaded and played is clearly way lower than on other LMS. This leads to waiting time for the users.
