Experience with route4me last year
Maximum efficiency in the delivery of our products as well as a control and follow-up of the moment, allowing to improve productivity.
Vorteile
Ease of use, route planning alternatives, adaptability to our customers for control and follow-up.
Nachteile
The features to be improved could be more personalized advice and thus take full advantage of the different options and thus seek the efficiency of drivers and deliveries.

Great time-saver that's easy to use
Vorteile
The route optimization feature has saved my organization so much time when it comes to planning routes for our home-bound deliveries. It has allowed us to organize our deliveries in a way that is easier and more manageable for our volunteer drivers.
Nachteile
Occasionally when using Route4Me, I will need to input the excel file twice because the app will miss a route due to an input. For example if I put 10 routes with a max of 10 deliveries on a route, it will give 10 routes with 9 deliveries on each route and another route for "Unrouted Destinations"

Easy to manage. I love the route map, that allows us to adapt to che client until the last minute
Nachteile
The SMS option does not wok very well. We cannot display the truck localisation on time.

Not that great. It’s not really needed.

Tool I cannot live without to do my job!
I could not do my job as easily and efficiently if I did not have a route for me
Vorteile
So easy to set up my routes. I can set up hundreds of addresses if I need to. The optimization is amazing!

I can’t say there are any concerts this point

Overall experience is great because there are times that I need to get to multiple points and this makes it extremely easy

It used to be free upto ten routes a month. This was perfect for me.
