The templates are limited but, we've been able to manage to personalise these.

The automation's are a no brainer. Easy to use and set it to forget it. They look professional and represent our company well. We pay for the private training and there is no one like [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. She is fantastic and I would highly recommend paying the extra for private support because you learn so much more.

Nachteile

Adding people to audiences with the tagging is a bit much. I always forget how to use it because I don't do it often and there is a lot of steps to it.

I like that OmniSend links perfectly with Shopify, we used to use MailChimp and since have made the swap due to MailChimp cutting off the connection. However we don't regret the change whatsoever, and OmniSend's interface is easy to use and train new staff on.

Nachteile

I feel like there are some areas that OmniSend could improve on mainly when it comes to customisation, as a graphic designer, there are some features lacking such as kerning and whatnot that would take OmniSend to the same level as competitors such as MailChimp.

Cheap, average in ease of use like other platforms

Nachteile

First they have very limited templates. And then I raised first case related to one of the templates and they've failed to resolve it. Instead working on it their tech team advised me to use jpeg and other supported formats. While there was no issue with the format as I used jpeg only.Had given them real campaign code to check - not sure why they asked for it if they had to give generic advice.They again asked me to wait for tech team's revert.They actually don't look at the problem and intend to solve, but rather give generic advices.

If you want to see the design of a marketing automation email, there is not a preview button.

Usually software with complex functionality is super hard to navigate and use but Omnisend got the idea of marketing automation just right and even the less experienced junior colleagues are able to use it with very little training.

I haven't been using Omnisend long enough to find any flaws.

SMS and email marketing were convenient and easy to set up. Finding a software that integrated SMS / email smoothly was important and there wasn't a learning curve.

I don't have much to say about disliking this software. Their support was attentive and responsive whenever anything came up.

Lower pricing vs another large ESP. Customer support is available 24 hours. Small features like pre-customized buttons that I can then add without needing to customize every time make work more efficient.

A lot of little features that I miss from using their competitor ESP. But the biggest issue is that they pause your account if you get a lot of unsubscribes. While this is important that they red-flag it, it's very annoying that you are not the decision-maker and can't even get the metrics from them for what caused the pause.

With this service you are able to use all types of email marketing and they are all necessary. So I dont think that there is any function which can be least used. All the things you can do with Omnisend are the needed ones in email marketing.

It has a very user friendly UI which will amuse anyone. Even for starters it is easy to navigate & start using it ASAP.

They manually verify users which takes a long time, for me I had to reach out to their customer support.

however - it was a little challenging scaling to the full paid version. I wouldn't totally recommend this product in all honesty. It was clunky and a little challenging.

I've been using Omnisend send Shopify severed their link with Mail chimp, truth be told i was very skeptical about it, the pricing is acceptable, Not the cheapest but i think you get what you pay for I'd give this software 5 star on : Ease of use, Function, and speed definetly one of the top 10 I've tested, I am not endorsed nor getting paid by Omnisend I own a Fitness apparel brand and Omnisend was a game changer for me, their automation are worth gold and the software has been more than reliable since

Price can be better for sure, there is little functionalities that can be better as well, but truth is quality price nothing can beat them.

The templates made it so easy for me to edit any and everything - It is really self explanatory and was easy to sync to my big commerce store - I had an issue and used the 'live chat' and it didnt take anytime for them to fix what was my fault... refreshed the page and campaign was on its way. When I refreshed the page, I lost the customer service chat box and I got an email from the rep asking if all was OK before she got off shift or if she needed to help further. I really appreciated their help and follow up! I LOVE BEING ABLE TO USE LIVE CHAT and love getting 'immediate answers' and not having to call, hold, speak to someone I cant understand, etc... this was a very easy/pleasant customer service experience.

So far- I dont have any - I have not had to use customer service - and everything has worked like I needed

I really was tired of manual work, even very popular apps like mailchimp or klaviyo say they have automation, however, is nowhere near as sophisticated as i did like it to be. Here's where Omnisend came to help me and my business. The abilities are endless I think. My fav feature is cart recovery. Without it I did lose about 20% of sales.

I am native russian speaker, maybe the app could be in russian someday. They do have spanish though.

Great email marketing software which allows your marketing team to create amazing newsletters. The great advantage is that you can easily automate some tasks as welcome emails, abandoned cart, etc. Moreover, the variety of signup forms were really useful to grow our subscriber list.

Some areas could be improved - mainly when it comes to design customization.

Omnisend has simplified email marketing for me so much that I actually enjoy sending emails to our customers now! The automations, the templates, the design options... it's all so intuitive and EASY! I love the analytics and how I'm able to track the sales brought in by the campaigns too! I'm a big big fan!

Not self explanatory on how to use with segmented lists. Had to play around with it for awhile. Not as intuitive as I would have liked it to be in regards to the dashboard and how to implement it.

to compare with other similar app, this is best software I can tell. very easy to use without instruction. not complicated. clearly defined what it can do. automation function is very useful and easy to create email campaign as well. And one of best is free for starter. I will definitely keep using this software!!

would like to be able to edit scheduled campaign without cancel the schedule but it is not big deal.

I don't like how the help searches lead to the same few articles on how to do things. Not very detailed or specific. I also didn't realize that it doesn't really integrate with the Shopify forms, so you have to adjust your storefront to accommodate an Omnisend form if you want to truly trigger without assistance.
